There is good and there is Elite.Sometimes you hear so much hype about a product and you wonder. But let me tell you, not only is Wordfence THAT good, it totally stands in a class all on it's own. I marveled about detailed and how intricately layered this app is while all at the same time as easy as activating it and you're good to go.But what got me to do this review is the OUTSTANDING support.Wow. Hats off to Scott Miller!Mark and Ram, please give this man a raise!Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he went the extra mile(s)!In the current world we live today, people like Scott make all the difference!Thank you Scott.Thank you Webfence.For me, going premium was the easiest decision in a long while. I could use all the security I can find.

Used to be a pretty great app to buy and sell on, but they changed their terms of service overnight. Screws sellers over by charging to get the money you earned and by allowing all returns, opening the door for scams. Buyers are also screwed with tons of hidden arbitrarily added purchasefees and service fees. Absolutely terrible to use and no customer service to speak of.

I ordered an item off of Mercari (This is the second time this has happened but the first time it was resolved) where they "shipped" the item USPS with a tracking number. The Item shows in their system as delivered but I never received the item. I have a locked Mail Box so it was not stolen. I personally checked the mail so it isn't lost in my home. And when I put in the tracking code that code is not valid in the USPS system. I shared this with them and they told me that I had to contact the USPS because their system showed it was delivered. Never going to buy anything from Mercari again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would...Under no should you purchase a dishwasher from Lowe's and have them install it. The dishwasher from day 1 was defective and did not work. They did not have that dishwasher in stock so we have been waiting 15 days+ to have a new dishwasher installed. Learn from this and if you don't want to do dishes by hand for 15+ days NEVER BUY FROM LOWE'S

I am sort of disappointed. I thought the car camera was a good purchase. I thought that that for the price I would be able to download a app and keep an eye on my car. This model does not. I had asked the employee and he just said no. Didn't tell me that the model sold is not configured for app. And when I drove off I noticed it had the wrong time on the screen.Am glad I have the camera, not happy with the results.

I am done with Amazon Canada after 3 years of being prime member (10 years on Amazon USA earlier) I understood that new Amazon is not prioritizing customers but just giving promises and if anything happen just blaming the system. So it is breaching our trust to system since it does not make customer happy. I see the future of Amazon. There will be always better system and I will use them for sure. And I will spread the word by social media, my blog, and word of mouth. I am pretty sure there are more unhappy customers everyday due to Amazon's new approach to customer
