Review of box
I contacted Box a month ago to enquire about setting up a business account using their non-profit package. I had an online video call with a sales rep which went well. He suggested a mid-range paid package. He said he'd be able to set it up by the end of the day. I then emailed to say the free starter package would suit our needs best to begin with, and I haven't heard a thing since, despite emailing twice. 3, nearly 4 weeks have passed and I've had no response. It could be a coincidence, but it doesn't look great that as soon as I said 'free option please' I heard nothing more. I invite Box.com / org to get in touch to complete the setup.

Review of zara
On August 28 2024 at about 7pm I went looking for 3 pairs of earrings of the same kind for bridesmaids. I went to Square One Zara. I found 2 pairs and I inquired about another pair from a woman who was wearing a white outfit. She was polite and assigned another person to help me. This person was wearing dark blue pants and a dark blue blazer. She immediately said we don't have any more of that. Another associate heard the conversation and she said that you can look in the fitting rooms and at the back. She went around for 2 mins and said they don't have it. I looked around and found it hung on a different peg. I asked for her name as I wanted to complain but she said that they are not allowed to disclose their names. She just wanted get rid of me. She projects a bad image for Zara.

I ordered a Thinkstation P330 for $1700 on their website with the 12 months of interest free payments. Great system and deal on paper. After placing the order and providing my Amex (which i thought they needed for collateral) i was billed for the full amount. Their financing through a company called Klarna was supposed to pop up a the end of the transaction. It did not. You needed to click a small button to select this option in the beginning. Very confusing interface. I cancelled the transaction within 15 minutes of order placement. Here’s where it all goes downhill. They immediately shipped the Adobe Acrobat - by shipped I mean they sent an email with a product key. They would not refund this even though the system it was intended for was cancelled. The finance company (Klarna) tells me i’m not approved for 12 months of payments. I have a 795 credit score. I call them and they tell me this is what their software decided. 5 hours later I get a call from a Klarna rep who says it was all a mistake and he emails me approval for credit up to $2750. I reorder the system on their website with the 12 months of interest free payments. All is good and i'm excited - NOPE! I check the system the next day and it shows as cancelled. No notification, no heads up, nothing! They unilaterally cancelled my order and did not inform me. I call them - their customer service people couldn’t care less about me or my order. They are trained to say NO to every request I made. They tell me my financing was no good even though i had approval in writing from their finance company. I call the finance company and they tell me the approval they sent wasn't really an approval and additional verifications are needed. They would have to call me back. I told them they had an hour or i was going to buy another brand. The rep at Klarna said they will try. 4 hours late they call me and i tell them to stick it. I wasted 5 hours of my time trying to give them my money. In the end I called Dell and had a better system for the same price with financing approved in 10 minutes. If you are considering buying from Lenovo, DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. They are horrible. Give Dell a call. They were helpful and returned my calls promptly.

I do not allow the storage of my payment card details. And this site stores credit card information. Is this generally legal? Moreover, they write off money for the subscription, although I did not give such permission! It's outrageous. I bought 1 month, but they hid the subscription information somewhere, and in the end you are left without money again. This is a very vile model of behavior. I do not recommend this site.
Review of yahoo
Yahoo, contrary to their claims, blocks, censors and removes comments far worse than Facebook and Twitter did. If you do not walk in lockstep with their policies, don't bother commenting these days, they disappear with little notification. There's no way to appeal, no responses to any questions and over all a total scam. I've reached the end of my use with Yahoo and will be transitioning to a different service for emails and news articles that allow comments.
Review of evernote
Have had Evernote since 2015, but not only have they completely ruined the user experience and accessibility to the product with their ridiculous new payment models and prices, their constant pop ups and commercials, but I’m sure also breaching European requirements for users’ ability to delete their accounts and user data. To get out of this shit, you have to give them your full name (didn’t have this before) and provide them with more personal data than they already have, re-confirm your email address, and submit a lengthy form, and wait on them to reply to and process your REQUEST to delete your account and personal data. This process is nothing less than appalling, and I’m still waiting on my account and data to be deleted. Don’t go anywhere near this app, utter rubbish and I’m seriously concerned about their use and processing of my personal data.
