Review of zoom
Will not let you download your videos on free plan. I spent a ton of money with Zoom for months over lockdown. I paid for a one off subscription to download my dad and aunt's lockdown funerals. But Zoom has now cut my access before I could download, saying I am out of storage and asking me to pay more money to access them again and have more storage. I don't want more storage, I just want to download my videos. I don't even use the call features.
Review of logitech
I ordered on 1st of April one Brio Stream web camera and one MX Master 3 mice. When I ordered both, they were available according to the online store. The update from Logitech was that both shipped and they would be delivered. When I checked with UPS, I worried as the package seamed too small. Finally, on the 6th of April, the package arrived, but it contained only the mice. The call centre is not available, and I managed to open a ticket where I had not received any update from them. Luckily enough, I purchased the items using PayPal, so I filled a claim through PayPal for a refund. If you check in their forums, there are more than 2.000 complaints with shipment issues. Verdict: Logitech owns me 220 GBP not calculating my time that I need to spend for making a claim back, any interest that I am loosing and that I am not able to do my work. Although they have friendly products avoid at any cost ordering from their online shop and good luck if you find anything available in the online retailers.Update on 14.04.2020I filled a claim with PayPal as Logitech is unable to provide any kind of support. What they are proposing is for me to wait for them to ship the product (they don't know when), deny the package and when the package reaches back their warehouse they can issue a refund. Update on 21.04.2020They didn't manage to cancel the shipping on time, and they stick to their process, which means that I need to wait for an extra two to three weeks for the camera to be returned to their central hub in Holland from the UK and then proceed with the refund. In the meantime, they are not responding to PayPal on my dispute claim. Update 26.04.2020PayPal closed the dispute on my favour. Logitech didn't bother to reply to PayPal at all. ConclusionAs Logitech has friendly products and at the same time retailers don't have availability, as Logitech has better margins to sell direct, buy from Logitech but only if you are using PayPal and you are ready to get delayed. Another advice from my side, buy one product per order if it is possible.

Review of freepik
I'm extremely disappointed with Freepik. Their subscription system is a complete scam—they force you to link a card during sign-up with no option for a one-time payment. Even worse, if you try to unbind your card, your subscription gets disabled, yet they keep attempting to charge your card repeatedly. This removal of the option to unlink is fraudulent and completely unacceptable. Avoid Freepik if you value control over your finances!!!
Review of elementor
I was so far pleased in general with service due to Elementor capabilities as an intuitive option as CMS/website builder. However their hosting services is unstable and three days ago the cherry on top of the cake: two of my clients websites down. Trying to solve this issue with a tech support that keeps on delaying to solve a problem caused by elementor: update gone wrong. Only today they have escalated to hosting services! Difficult to understand as my website that is still damaged is under their hosting. Apart of not solving they have done the unthinkable: reinstalled the wordpress without a proper backup and my website is completely screwed up: no menu, missing sections, no pages!!! How incompetent can this be?I will not recommend neither propose Elementor to any of my clients in the near future for sure! I will move my subscriptions and services elsewhere once finalized.

Amazon Spain have both a delivery and customer service problem but that'would seem to be typical of Amazon Spain now - I had the same late and non delivery problem last month.Amazon Spain if you read this and want to check out how truly useless your delivery system is now, look at reference ES2002974453 to 14 Calle Ramon Freixa Torrevieja. How stupid it is don't you think that the only was to contact you is via a third party!!I had ordered a mini oven. The delivery date was entirely unclear just "Friday" but it didn't arrive for two Fridays in a row, so obviously late and in fact Amazon sent a message saying that.I gave instructions on the order online that it should be delivered to my neighbour. I supplied my neighbour's name, flat and mobile number - she lives in the same compldx. I also passed on to her every delivery security. code I received including the most recent. I was away abroad.. I received. a message to say that the oven was to be delivered 'today' - I alerted my neighbour. Subsequently, I received a message to say that the oven could not be delivered because the correct security code was not given - this was quite simply an outright lie because no one called at my neighbours flat, neither did anyone call her mobile. There was no information about what to do next of whether they would re-deliver. I then went on the Amazon site to try and explain to someone what was going on, and spent a very long time going round and round on an automated electronic multiple choice answer system - there was no customer service enquiry email and no phone number - zero human interface. Conclusion - Amazon Spain couldn't care less, and haven't the first clue about how to set up a proper customer service interface. They are completely useless. The only solution was to cancel the purchase and apply for a refund. I will buy elsewhere in future. Clearly a merchant who consistently cannot deliver, and who you cannot contact when things go wrong, is not worth dealing with.
