Great experience. Duncan really knows his stuff and was very helpful. Got frustrated going to my local store in Columbus. Not helpful at all. Duncan knew exactly what I wanted and needed and came up with good recommendations. It literally only took minutes to place my order. Will be back again.

Absolutely shocking. We booked an apartment in London where someone entered and stole cash when we were out this is under police investigation. There was a broken window, broken shower, the mattresses were filthy amongst other things. The host never responded once during our stay or after. It seems booking.com do not care or the CEO Glenn Fogel they are not responding. Will be taking this further now

As with many other reviews, I too was put on automatic renewal without my knowledge, and had to cancel and only received a partial refund. Then Animoto continued to bill me for 2 years without any kind of email notification of the billing happening. I caught it this year when it appeared on the credit card, but missed it in the previous year.I have saved email correspondence with their staff to prove I cancelled the account 2 years ago, so waiting to see if I can get them to refund everything.

Watch out for a 'free trial'. I cancelled within the given 'cooling off period', and was surprised that I have not received a cancellation confirmation. Monthly deduction still happened. When I logged back again it stated I still had an ongoing plan. When i cancelled again, they charged me £120 as 'early cancellation’ fee, despite no cost incurred to them. Absolute scam, please do not support unethical companies with your money. There are so many ethical ones, who are struggling and simply deserve your custom more. If you work for this company, please consider changing job, fairness and kindness should be the core of human being, this company does not have these values, many other does.

Terrible. I have been both a personal and a business user. As a business user for a decade they were fine until they started finding ways to restrict content and charge more for less. As a personal customer, almost all content that is any good is unavailable on the Unlimited plan but that is not divulged anywhere.

I have been a loyal NT member for years and so purchased memberships for all my family at christmas - over £400. Because of COVID they have been unable to use them and now they are reopening, no one in the family is still able to visit as all tickets are all sold out. The NT should offer an extension of memberships like most other organisations have done. I have wasted £400 with them. I will NOT be renewing.

Purchased the soft AF A&F Beastie Boys t-shirt recently, around 2 months ago. Absolutely loved it to begin with. However, after just one wash the front of the t-shirt is riddled with holes. After panicking thinking this had something to do with moths, I then noticed that all other t-shirts were still in perfect condition, apart from this one. After the 2nd wash, it was quite frankly ridiculous. Our front loading washing machine doesn't have anything for it to catch on within the drum, therefore I'm at a loss as to why this t-shirt has done this. I can only assume it is shockingly bad quality.Won't waste my money there again.

Thank you for providing an update/response in 4 months! You have not addressed my complaint about the so called “liquid spillage” not being the reason for the breakdown of the fan. There has been no incident of liquid spillage at my use and possession of the note book and it had not been reported to me earlier. I am assuming there is a misconduct by the contracted part for the repair. Please arrange for the return of my notebook or replace with a working notebook!Let me 'Repair' Scam! ASUS TP410UR CORE İ7GBB4L70648,HBN0CX246739473:This letter is to address my complaint about Asus & LetMe Repair as my notebook is not repaired under the warranty, claiming that a “liquid spillage” was detected.- I have sent my notebook (HBN0CX24673947) 3as advised on 06/07 - with initial complaints on the fan noises of excessive work and one day it just didn’t turn on. (RMA: GBB4L70648)- I have requested for a replacement as during lockdown it was vital that I have a notebook to work from home. I realised my Asus Notebook was no longer produced. I have hired a replacement myself- I have received intermittent responses to my follow up that the repair was in progress and spare parts were expected etc for more than a month.- Although I was assured that the repair was in progress, I later received a hefty quote more than the price of a brand-new Asus compatible notebook for the repair and the repair was not covered under the warranty.- My notebook ASUS TP410UR CORE İ7 8550U 1.8GHZ-8GB RAM-256SSD-14"-2GB-TOUCH-W10 was no longer produced probably because the fan was designed faulty and it wasn’t suitable to work for longer hours.- The repair should be covered by the warranty as there was a problem with the fan.- The claimed “liquid spillage” did not happen under my possession of the notebook and the fact that it was not reported earlier during the examination hints that Asus or supplier for the repair is trying to avoid repair under the warranty.- I demand either I am replaced with a compatible notebook or mine is repaired under the warranty as confirmed initially whilst they were expecting additional spares. For further clarification please correspond via email/ phone.Kind regards,Esra
Review of twilio
Twilio steals credits from you if you downgrade in a month even if you already paid for the credits in your account. Then they claim to give you a credit/refund. They don't. To get your credits restored, you essentially have to pay double and I can't get anyone on the phone to resolve this. This has happened multiple times.

The software used to manage games is an embarrassment to programmers. Clearly someone’s relative got the contract even though they program at a second grade level. A multi billion dollar enterprise and they suck….a huge disgrace and embarrassment.

I spent hours building a profile and applying for jobs, and then noticed that they had changed my display name from my name of choice back to my birth name on my pubic profile after I submitted my background check. My first name is extremely rare and I don't choose to use it on public forums for safety reasons until I have personally vetted people. (Obviously I am fine with its being used for background checks, etc., but I did not give consent for the display name to be changed.) When I asked for help with this, I was told that they could not change the display name, but was assured that my account would be hidden while the issue was forwarded to a supervisor so we could figure it out. Minutes later, I got an email saying that my account had been closed "as I requested." The email said to "let us know" how they could help, but when I replied, the auto-reply said that account isn't monitored. (That part is just dumb and inconvenient but not actually a major issue in itself. However, it does show how poorly the site is run, IMO.)There were several other issues, like the phone app and site showing differing requested pay rates and my not being able to adjust them without going through the chat function, having paid for a background check and then not being credited for one, and the lack of information on many of the job postings that make it seem like there may be fakes out there. From the reviews, it seems as though I'm not alone in this -- there are many reports like mine and worse. Care.com clearly doesn't have its ducks in a row and isn't actually trying to help people as much as it is polishing its façade. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
