Working with MindBody has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Their software is appalling and not fit for purpose. I received a hard sell from a guy called Rhett Brewer who lied endlessly about the things this software could do. Prior to using MB, I had used PayPal and MB does little more than PayPal. it has more functions but the set up is so rigid, you cannot flex or adjust anything. Even getting it to accept direct debit payments is a nightmare. Timetabling is a nightmare. It is the greatest case of over-promising and under-delivering I have ever come across. It is also expensive for what it is. There is also a very sinister side to Mindbody. Their software does not allow you to delete any persons data from your system, only de-activate it. So if you get a request from a member to delete their data, Mindbody does not allow this. Under data protection this is illegal but when I told MB they did not care.

If I am being asked these questions and on basis of other reviews this approach and tactic is appalling way to take money and those organising the survey already know this. Others be aware!

Linktree is great for having all of your links for literally ANYTHING all in one place. I enjoyed designing my page... It was quick and easy. I totally recommend using Linktree! Also, you should generate a qr code for your Linktree if you want it on your business cards! That's what I'll be doing... ✨

Then my account went poof gone after weeks of back and forth I just gave up.UPDATENow they send a message telling me to contact support. That's what I did for a month before I gave up and told them it just wasn't worth the uphill battle anymore.Support is no help at all!

The library of books is great and I love the fact that there are audiobooks as well. HOWEVER, there is some really weird limit to the amount you can read that is never disclosed. I cannot pin down what this limit is, but occasionally nearly all of my books will become unavailable for a week or two. It wouldn’t be so bad if this was disclosed, but the deceptive marketing and answers I’ve received is extremely unprofessional.
