Review of mailchimp
Wow - should have read the reviews first. This company is not what it used to be. I used it many years ago - times have changed. This company can not be trusted to operate in good faith. Their interface is horrendous and the entire product is basically broken. Moving on

Review of ispringsolutions
I'm really happy with iSpring the product as well as the support services. The product is very user friendly and easy to learn. The courses come out really nice. The support desk is wonderful. They always get back to me right away and provide a solution/guidance.

Review of groupon
I purchased MS Office and all went well. The process was quick, easy and reasonably priced. Then 27 days later, I started getting reminders from Microsoft that I had not yet activated my license and would soon lose access to the program. Despite having the sale confirmation and order number Groupon, it literally took hours to track down the right set of codes. Groupon sent me to Licensetom.com, who in turn referred me back to Groupon. Finally I was able to get the proper confirmation code from the Groupon help chat. That in turn led to the product key from Licensetom. I still had to uninstall and re-download the program. The key was not initially accepted and had to be verified over the phone. In the end all is fine. I should have acted sooner, but the process seems more complicated than need be.

Review of thumbtack
Thumbtack has been very cost effective for our household by giving us the opportunity to schedule appointments with potential contractors, and finding the right one's. Otherwise having to randomly call companies, and hope we find someone who will do the job within our price point.

Review of ancestry
I got my DNA results and it gave me more information on current, living relatives. I was able to write them and will hopefully hear back from them. I'm trying to find my Swedish relatives to visit and learn more about them and visit locales where my grandfather grew up before it's too late.
Review of squarespace
I have been having a website on Squarespace for a long time and I see how clearly the platform is getting worse and worse. New features stop working properly with every update. For example, suddenly the "summary block", a feature to show products, stopped showing the items in the right order. I contacted customer support and the answer was something like "we know it is broken but we are not planning to fix it". This meant to us that we have to either manually change the design in our website or keep showing the products wrongly. There was also a site-wide update from the platform that brought a lot of problems, they obviously release the update without proper testing.
Review of redbubble
Karen Glenn on Red Bubble is selling stolen goods. She has stolen my art and is selling it across multiple products. Not necessarily Red Bubbles fault, I've started a Notice and Takedown Report so let's see how that goes. Do not buy these products, the seller does not have permission to use this artwork and the quality is terrible.
Review of outlook
Just moved from (payed) outlook to EM Client. So I will now pay for a similar client but this time without stupid tips and messages, a search that just returns what I type (and not something 'relevant'), columns that i can choose and NO STUPID COPILOT THAT IS WRONG HALF OF THE TIME.Also changed to libre office so that files actually )that are stored locally) are actually used from local drive instead of 'the cloud'I really wonder what their main goal (something 'completely cloud' and that is completely the opposite from what I want. The cloud is a backup. Period.
