great website but poorly explored. Has it flaws when it comes to duplicate artists, as they redirect a lot of pages. Also they mostly don't care about user suggestions bcs they don't do shi- and don't really fix things. It's just basically really poorly explored but still one of my fav websites.
Review of hotels
Avoid. I used to book all my hotels on Hotels.com as they had a good reward system but things seem to be going down the drain and the reward system is not half as good in comparison. Today I realised the information (about the hotel I booked) was inaccurate on the system. It states that you need to contact the hotel one day inadvance for check in (I messaged the hotel through Hotels.com 3 days in advance and repeated my message one day inAdvance) and never received any reply. We tried to call the hotel number indicated on Hotels.com and all calls failed). We had to go on google maps to find the hotel’s accurate phone number, which was a mobile phone number. I went on the Hotels.com app to complain about the check-in issue and the chat bot was useless. Finally, after several attempts the woman at the hotel answered the phone and said it was her day off. She wouldsend the information the following morning, which she did not do. She said she does not receive the information from hotels.com and that hotels.com is responsible for the information on the system. The receptioncloses at 4pm and not, as indicated on hotels.com at 6pm. She did not have my contact information either. A leisure holiday that I booked for my husband’s birthday is now becoming sostressful and unreliable. Also, Hotels.com never indicates clearly on the receipt if breakfast is included at booking so, when you book a long time in advance it is difficult to remember what is included, or not. So basically, you are supposed todouble check with each hotel if it is included or not, just after booking, to keep a written track. I think it is time to look for another booking platform.

OK it was my own fault spilling a drink on my existing MK330 keyboard. This and the larger mouse I had bought previously as replacement mouse connected with the unifying receiver. Replace like with like I thought! BUT the new 330 keyboard and mouse only work with the supplied receiver and NOT my existing unifying version, although spent a couple of hours fruitlessly trying to make it work. Why Logitech changed the spec of this model but retained the same ID number is beyond me. As I find the supplied mouse too small I have retained my mouse and now have 2 USB slots occupied by the unifying version for the mouse and the one supplied with this combo for the keyboard. Also I expect I will have to trawl online to find any instructions to programme the shortcut keys or find out what the padlock on the - key signifies! Otherwise the keyboard works as well as expected and similar to my much older model, a little rattly but easy to type on although as others have noted the rather small mouse remains unpacked as a spare but for under £24 will provide good value unless I spill my juice again!

Our trip to Ephesus and the Virgin Mary’s last known residence and Sirince. From the start of our booking the communication from Apasas Travel was excellent. We met with Verdat, our tour guide, who was so friendly and was on time at our hotel for the start of our day trip. We then made our way to our first stop the Virgin Mary’s house (last known residence). As we were collected early there was hardly anybody there so it was a very spiritual and relaxing experience. We then made our way to the historical site of Ephesus which was amazing. Verdat was so knowledgeable about all of the history here. We stopped at a pottery factory where we saw the most exquisite pieces all hand made. There was no harassing to buy anything. They gave us lovely Turkish coffee and we watched them make a piece of pottery demonstration. It was lovely and enjoyable to see this. We then make our way to lunch which was included in our tour and it was a very nice Lunch indeed. After lunch we then went to see carpets and rugs being made at the heirloom weaving centre, again there was no pressure to buy anything but it was so enjoyable to see the craftsmanship behind the making of these rugs some off which take upwards of two years to make. And they gave us complimentary apple teas which were lovely. We then headed to the Artemis temple ruins for photos. We then made our way to the village of Sirince, which is a unique stunning little village famous for it’s wines. A must do while on your holiday. Again no pressure to buy but you can taste a large variety of wines. They also have a small museum which is worth a visit free of charge. Overall we would highly recommend this trip and cannot fault it at all. We would like to thank Verdat our guide and his team for a wonderful day out. Gareth and Lisa (Ireland)

Review of evernote
Solid product but very unethical business practices. I used Evernote in 2015 and liked it enough to spring for a year's worth of the premium version. After about 6 months I decided that I liked other platforms better and discontinued my use. When you sign up for 12-month access you are also automatically put on a recurring 12-month subscription. I didn't realize that until 2018, going on my 3rd cycle of paying for a product I no longer use. My bad for not realizing it, but when I asked for a refund--not of everything, mind you--but only for the upcoming year, they said, "tough cookies, it's in our user agreement that we don't refund for subscriptions." Really. Looks like somebody at Evernote lost sight of what they stand for and are more interested in jacking with their customers to keep revenues up. I will never give them another cent and will tell everybody that I know that OneNote is a better (and free) product.

My Dell 15 3000 laptop, bought in December 2020 sadly without having read the online customer reviews of it or Dell Customer support, crashed completely last week and would not reboot. This was after having given me many minor problems already.A friend took it for me to his local repairer, as I had by then read the lengthy and unsuccessful reports of others who had sought support from Dell , and was told the Hard Disk had failed. On replacement, the PC worked but needed resetting with all the attendant work involved in restoring files etc.Dell claim the average life of their Hard Disks to be 3-5 years, in itself far less than should be expected of any reputable manufacturer.. Mine lasted less than 21 months but Dell completely reject any idea of responsibility, still less compensation. One wonders if anyone in their vast organisation ever reads the product and support views online or on Trust Pilot. If so, they are obviously regarded as totally unimportant.Needless to say, I shall, myself, never buy another Dell product and write this in the hope I may help others re any future choice of laptop.
Review of 1password
Great experience working with support team!I worked with 3 members of the support team in upgrading and moving my old 1Password account to the latest version that my wife and I could share. The responses were prompt and comprehensive. 1Password is an excellent product and their customer support is top notch.

Have had internet connectivity issues for over a month. However, Shri from Perth was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t fix the issue but was able to decipher what the problem was and then was able to create a bandage for my system until my new modem arrives next week. Thanks Shri, you are fantastic. Cheers Danielle
