Shambles of a company. I sent money from my bank via bank transfer as done many times before with no issues. this time its more than a day the funds are missing and support are less than useless in recovering them. £3400 lost!! I have provided evidence from the bank screenshots transaction IDs everything but support want this in a pdf format which is impossible! They are just stealing money and making excuses!

DO NOT USE (anymore).When Small PDF started most edits where free to use, to which i advised it to many. Then they introduced limited free uses, fine I thought with 4-5 free uses a day that should cover a mistake. Well not anymore! now you get 1 try and if you fail good luck, start waiting those 14 hours to try again. A company born for a free service destroyed by greed. This company is no longer worth focusing on as its clear they rather focus on earning more and more than actually delivering a service. Even Adobe is now a better option than them.

Not gonna lie, we were kind of terrified to open our doors to a complete stranger and trust someone with our new pet. The first sitter I reached out to gladly met us days before our appointment. She calmed our nerves, it was great meeting her. The day of her stay went wonderfully, she was a great communicator. We will definitely be using her again.
