This exchange is a complete joke; terrible support, borderline scammersDo not use Kraken. They will lock your account so you can't take any funds out (for no reason) and then ignore you when you ask why you can't.It's all smoke and mirrors: When you call support, they'll tell you they don't handle account unlocks, and it's literally impossible to just have it unlocked right away, even though it was locked for no reason anyway, and you'll sit waiting with zero communication, unable to retrieve your funds.The people handling support will just tell you "We've escalated it; it should be done soon" but it never happens, because they're scammers.Do not use Kraken; you will lose your funds.Ticket # 15266114Are you completely stupid you keep sending me emails telling me to login in to my account when the reason I got in touch with you in the first place is because I cant login to my account. Another bad experience and absolutely no help from Indiegogo. Since they post the opportunity, they have some responsibility to perform some due diligence that the company is not a scam. I invested, the company exceeded its funding, pretended to send out product (that prevents a refund), provided fake tracking details and then ceased all communication, whilst setting up on AliExpress to sell the product. So my advice is to avoid Indiegogo as your risk of tipping money down the grid is very high.

Their games are unfinished at release and yet charge us top prices. Games full of bugs, errors, constantly get disconnected from servers. If they do ever fixed them it takes months or even years.Customer service is a joke. A very bad unfunny joke. If you are lucky enough to even receive a response, it'll take days or weeks. The response will then being a generic copy paste response and probably unrelated to your problem or they'll just tell you the problem is your side.I'm now on my third Ubisoft title in recent years (For Honor) and all have been very buggy and often unplayable. For Honor has by far been the worse gaming experience I've ever had. Now almost three months after release and I still can only finish one or two games out of ten without errors booting me from the game.The really sad thing is, they do actually make great games. They just don't work!
