Review of routledge
1. Ordered from EU, 9% import tax directly charged to credit card, even though it was not mentioned in the order. But I guess it's OK.2. Waited for a month, no delivery, no contact, nothing. Sent an email to ask for the status and got a reply 5 days later from Hachette UK, who is in charge of distribution and CS for Taylor & Francis I guess, that it was deemed undeliverable and returned to their warehouse. And nobody thought to inform me?3. I was offered a refund or a redelivery. Would not get the import tax refunded, so I opted for a redelivery. I was about to move soon, so asked to change the delivery address. Got a reply pretty quickly that the replacement order was raised. At no point did they inform me that I would be taxed again for the redelivery.4. I asked if the redelivery could be tracked. Got a confused reply 5 days later then another 10 days of emailing back and forth to sort it out.5. Redelivery by UPS. Again no delivery, no contact, nothing. In the tracking system, UPS said I was not home, even though I was waiting for them.6. Went to the pick-up point, I was asked to pay another 21% of import tax. I asked Hachette why it was not the tax rate for books. They replied 6 days later that they were not aware of it.7. At this point I was absolutely sure that if I were to ask for a refund again, I would still need to pay for the 21% of import tax and I just wanted this episode to end. So I gave in and paid the tax again to collect the package. Found out the address was still the old one even though they asked me twice for my new address.Should have just gone with amazon.
Review of live
Honestly there has been few things in my life more infuriating that outlook. I am locked from my own account because I logged in from a different computer. I no longer have the cell phone number I used 6 years ago for verification so I can't use that to recover it. They ask for account details to recover it, I give the exact pinpoint details just to be told "not enough details". I don't even care about emails its the fact that as a result I no longer have access to many other accounts. For example, I cannot even play GTA 5 anymore, like at all. I love how we move forward with technology yet some companies have decided the stone age is a good time to revert to. Final note: trying very hard to keep this rated E for everyone but I would never in my life recommend anyone create an outlook account ever. If something goes wrong suddenly you will find there is less than zero help to be found and you can lose anything associated with the account.
Review of foursquare
I love being able to check in. I find Foursquare very easy to use, and provides me suggestions, and feels like it knows me each time I use it. It makes recommendations, provides badges, and makes you feel good about going out. Have found it useful, and valuable. It's improved so much over the past few years.
Review of chase
Had a business account with Chase and a customer filed fraud with they're company to avoid payment. Payment was made and 1 to 2 weeks later I get a chargeback against my company. Chase protocol was to investigate. Never happened never updated just passed around with no real answers to resolve matter. They are poor with follow ups.

Review of squarespace
Absolutely terrible customer service! After Google Domains sold my domains to Squarespace, I've had nothing but problems. Their support is unresponsive and painfully slow. Email support takes forever, and when you finally do get a response, you have to explain the issue multiple times before they even begin to understand it. The chat support bot is completely useless and never connects you to a human. I am moving all of my domains away from Squarespace as quickly as possible. I want nothing to do with this company.

Review of duolingo
Learning Welsh with Duolingo was going well until the Obsidian League ( the penultimate league). As Duo was supposed to be free I didn't have a paid subscription. You are bombarded with ads to take out a super duo subscription at this level but it would be better to tell people they would have to pay to go further rather than make it impossible to use their keyboard- certain letters would stop working so it was impossible to complete an exercise and move forward. A rather underhand way of saying Duolingo isn't free! I always thought if I'd made good progress I should subscribe but don't appreciate the blocking.

Review of crocs
The customer service is absolutely terrible. I was trying to return an item but the label they had sent was too small for the post office to scan. The advisors on the live chat are super rude. They didn’t help at all, one of them told me to pay for my return (even though returns are free) and both advisors that I spoke to ended the chat because they didn’t want to help. They are super rude, I would never ever purchase anything from crocs ever again.

Review of primevideo
Paying for a subscription and now they’re filling everything with adverts coming full circle back to television and the entire reason I started paying for prime was i don’t want to watch adverts every 5 minutes. Oh but you can pay moreeeee money on top of your subscription to stop this when does it end.
Review of macys
Wow!! I hate to repeat the same thing as everyone else but... I ordered on 12/3 it was supposed to be shipped on 12/9 and a delivery date for 12/16! I talked to them 12/19 they told me they were reshipping it and I would receive it within 3 days! I called today and they told me it’s out of stock and I will receive my credits in 7-10 business days! What a freaking joke! Never again!
Review of ibm
I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could! They were not only rude on the phone saying "just google what you are asking, its pretty simple" after I was asking advice if there was anything I could do to extend a trial, so I am able to finish school (due to the quarantine). They told me unless I am either a business or buying the program they can't do anything for me. I asked to be transferred to a manager, so I could ask if there was anything the company can do even if it meant sponsoring me to a paid version for one month or even getting a discount, so I could afford this extremely expensive SPSS, and I got even ruder remarks and when I confronted the woman for being rude all I am asking for is help she hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!This experience left me in tears after the phone call. They have absolutely terrible customer service and don't care about you unless you even with all that is happening in the world right now. It's upsetting to see a business run this way.
