I received a bill for $ 811.60 for i nightPlease note it has a Balcony but she said you cannot open it. What's the point of paying for Balcony if it doesn't open. She wanted to hear the Ocean you cannot apparently.I will not be paying for this I live locally and used all my details and I booked this for my friend visiting from Italy I made the reservation to take the burden off he, and she used my car however. She has moved on to Northern Queensland before flying back to Italy. She does not live in Australia. Her name is Karmela Conguista. You had no right to charge my card for all of that. And believe me I'll fight for it. How dare you treat a foreign person that way. You also are in for an extremely rude awakening she told me she told you she was a judge. She's not !!!!! I feel so sick in the stomach for what you did too an innocent women she's never smoked a day in her life she has lung disease BTW. And also has many disabilities, noticed the cane did you ? The asthma spray etc how slowly she walked and you showed no empathy, sympathy or concern what so ever , . You even stopped a young man in the street that was going to help her walk across that crazy road and you stopped him and let her struggle and watched every minute of it and calling the police on her. It's people like you and the horrible rude manager she told me that makes me ashamed to be Australian. I hope you slept last night because she almost had to call an ambulance her blood pressure was through the roof she measures it 3 times a day. You turned off her TV she was still in room packing it takes her a long time. So she already told you that she was checking out and yet people pounded on her door over and over again demanding she left. I will right a review on her behalf because she made pages of observations on the way you conduct your business I was appalled. I took copies of all of her notes and will put it also in the review. She told me about I guess you a man employee walking around in bare feet. You don't know what I do either and that goes against every rule in the book on OH&S standards. Clearly you don't have any. I am a Qualified External Auditor and I know every rule in the book and will be reporting you in Australia. I will also report what she saw waiting in the lobby. A pack of kids that came out of pool area dripping wet and there was water everywhere in the lobby. She was waiting so long for the police she called them herself I laughed with there response. Anyway back to the water. Apparently no one cleaned it up while she waited. And I ask why did you not put a sign up saying be careful wet floor. She said there are a lot of older people there you do realise they have weak bones don't you. You people are an accident waiting to Explode like an Atomic BOMB !Do you think your guests are all animals and you are the zoo keepers. There's more coming tomorrow from meThere are like 150 places to stay in Redcliffe and this place should have gone down with the TITANIC.....You'll hear more from me. BTW from her too her complaint is going to your BOSSES in EUROPE. Her career is working for a well accomplished Company worldwide in Quality Management she did it for 30 yrs she's stayed in places all over the world doing external audits on all different companies. should be shut down by health department for filthy sheets.future customers know what to expect. It sounded like a scene out of Ramseys Hotel Nightmares when she saw what she slept on that night it was stained so Badley her she wanted to vomit and said because sheets were white. The note she left said don't you know how to use Bleachthe thing that makes me even sicker to the stomach is this woman only has months to live and she came to Australia to say her final good byes to her family and friends and you and the other lady treated her like garbage! She even offered to show the manager her medical records and you still aggressively kicked her out. You people are disgusting. Where is your DUTY of care to mankind?

Mirror website crashes and reloads every couple of minutes.

I have never known a website to crash and reload as much as this one. All these reloads must make it seem like you have decent numbers. Trash website and articles. I only come for the football and that is all regurgitated from social media sources. If you use socials and look on Reddit there is no need for these leech news companies to still exist

I Have Not Received a Refund from ASUS for a Wireless Mouse for 10-Months

I ordered a ROG Keris Wireless mouse (SKU: 90MP0230-B0UA00) from the ASUS online store ($63.59) on 12-17-22 for my son under order Number: #13000041330. I never received the package, although Fed-Ex Ground reported that they delivered it, using a (historical) picture of my porch from a sunny day; it was raining the day my package was delivered (12-26). We were home all day and the delivery driver did not ring the doorbell, per the delivery instructions.I contacted ASUS customer service multiple times and later, the Fed-Ex Ground customer service numerous times. I was assigned case #C-93821066 Ref-47400 with Fed-Ex Customer Support and was later told by Fed-Ex Customer Support to contact ASUS to request they use their “lost package procedure” to refund my money. ASUS Online support assigned case number N2301026061. I had several email exchanges with ASUS, ending with them saying they were not refunding the purchase price. They also tried to deter me from filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), however, that is what I am going to do next.Bottom line, ASUS Online support implied that I received the package. As the customer, it is not my responsibility to figure out between ASUS and their delivery partner, Fed-Ex, why the package wasn’t delivered. Because I purchased the wireless mouse through ASUS, this complaint/review is directed at them. Researching their reviews shows a pattern of dishonest and disingenuous dealings with their customer base. I think they are focused on dragging out the response process, in order to deter customers from getting a refund. It has 10-months without a fair resolution. I am left with no recourse but to file a BBB complaint in order to get assistance with getting a refund. To say I was disappointed with this experience would be an understatement. With Christmas coming around again, my children and I will not patronize this company, nor suggest it to any of their gamer friends.Dr. Scott Rose-Smith

Worst customer service!

You cannot get anyone to call you regarding an existing account. I've spent the last 2 months trying to connect with an "account executive" who is the only person in the entire company that solve anything with your account. I've acquired a company and want to correct information relative to the account including billing. You think this would be a priority, but it isn't. In fact, I was able to get someone at sales to answer the phone, but he was unable to resolve anything as it has to be through an "account executive". This account executive does not answer voice mails, phone calls. Try to get help online and you have to have login to their help desk. Worst customer service ever. I find it ironic that salesforce first search solve is case studies on how to combat bad customer service.

The NFL app on my Amazon Fire Stick is…

The NFL app on my Amazon Fire Stick is basically useless even though I paid $40+ to get NFL+. I was under the impression that we could watch any game played without further issues. Instead, I find myself having to subscribe to other apps such as Youtube TV in order to see the Cowboys games. I will never subscribe to this app again.

They will sell your personal data

In the signup process they force you to provide a phone number and from then on you will get hundreds of calls from companies trying to sell their financial services to you. They call them "partners" but these are only companies to which investing.com has sold you personal data. If you delete your account investing.com will still keep your data although this is a violation of EU's GDPR rules and you can easily verify this by trying to sign up once more: the signup with the same phone number will fail as when you delete your account they will not delete your personal data from their databases. If you contact them to ask your personal data be deleted they will simply ignore your request. I'm investigating how to report their violations of GDPR rules to UE authorities.

Where do I start?

Where do I start? PayPal "HAD" way too much control over my finances and I found out the hard way that even though the money is "yours" if they don't want you to have it they're not going to release it to you. I've been dealing with the same customer for a long time on PayPal almost the same amount every time very uniform... So I sent a request / invoice he paid it and I had written a comment to him in the notes and evidently that triggered something to where they froze my assets... Hahaha you'll do that one time with me! So now I've cut PayPal out of the loop with my business and I do a direct ACH deposit to my bank and PayPal doesn't get there fingers in anyone's cookie jar anymore and especially not mine, and them doing that just cause the whole chain reaction of issues with my account and I tried to call them and talk to them and I got nowhere fast! So, I'm disconnecting all of my banking on PayPal and I'll use them for the slop that I I don't really care about like an eBay purchase or something here and there, if need be... Yeah they're like 3rd Reich tyrants with your/my money...NEVER AGAIN ADOLF! PayPal has gotten expensive and they're way overreaching! Quite frankly I don't know why I didn't do ACH payments in the first place? I've been paying them to handle the money, and now I could kick myself at the money I'm saving and keeping their hands out of my cookie jar! And I could go on and on and on and on about many different things that I put up with over the years but this is the latest incident that infuriated me! If everybody followed suit we could just eliminate them all together, forever! At the very least I need to rename the company-Pay"Pal" my ass!

This company is a complete rip off! I purchased one of their supposed "hand made" items and later found it on Temu for a fraction of the price. When I complained to customer services they said the seller had been banned for doing that but refused to refund me for it because I wasn't made aware before the refund period was over. When I asked for it to be escalated to a complaint I was told it had been and that someone would be in touch within 2 days (a blatant lie). A week later I still hadn't heard anything so I contacted them again and they told me there wasn't a complaints process and ended the conversation!

Horrible support.An agent with a name "Ember" is unprofessional and not able to help at all. I asked him through chat to cancel my last two order (prepaid) but he was complicating the life too much.If a manager from DYnadot saw this bad review, so he should take the necessary steps against Ember so that he/she be helpful and stop wasting time for customers.

Not worth it.

All I got after subscribing were more emails asking me to upgrade and buy more products. As others have reported, I kept being asked for a Registration Key which never worked and only took me to another pitch for another product or upgrade. NOT WORTH IT!!!
