Facebook after 10 years since my sister passed away have taken away my access to her account. I used to keep my sister alive my updating her photos with new ones and looking at her photos for happy memories and to feel she is still with me.They were recently going to delete her account. I had to log in and then contact farce book to prove I am a relative and to prove she died and to prove I am her sister and have accessed her account for the 11 years she has been gone. Now I find I can no longer log in to change her photos and keep her alive, they’ve made it deathly with memorial. You can see all of her photos anymore. Can’t see previous posts. Facebook have killed me. Insensitive and brutal to take my sister away. Can’t get hold of them . Maybe they will answer here and sort this insensitive mess out. I’m broken hearted and want my sisters account back.

Don't trust the call center!!!!! Still waiting for my refund.Then I order a pair of sneakers, I received the email confirmation. I called to complain about a refund that I have been waiting for awhile now from another pair of shoes. Received an email a few hours later that the sneakers I ordered was canceled!!!!! Call Center said there was a glitch in the system!!!! Very unprofessional...Will never order on line again...Have not been happy with any pair of have ordered...they seem like rejects!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!I cannot describe how inexperienced and unhelpful these employees are. They put you on hold and do nothing and transfer you to multiple people and get nowhere. If you ask them a direct question they do not answer. After 45minutes of explaining my problem for the 10th time I was put on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on! No call back! I experienced this over the phone and via chat. They hand you off to “supervisors” each time in a never ending circle that doesn’t get resolved. “Oh we promise we will solve this today.” A bogus script read to us and a pure waste of time.They do not care about the product or for that matter know anything about the product. Unprofessional and fake help. Never would have expected this from a Google Product. Extremely disappointing for GOOGLE! It’s not worth the hassle. DO NOT buy! DO NOT expect to have helpful support.

CNN will be the first news cast shut down. People are getting sick of their opinions in the news. CNN annoys me the most of all news. I try not to listen or read but when I do I just want to get a bunch of people and I'm sure we all could and fight these biased news people. The real.people of the world are sick of new casters. I hope everyone gets very smart and stop.listening to any news. We do not need the news of the world. All they are are drama queens and biased and all it is crap and negative. Bye CNN. Crap news.

I needed size 4xL so I thought I would order a size bigger 5 xL but when items cam 9 tops they were all to small ...most were equal to size 16 but 1 looked like size 10 ..how can they say 5xL ..then trying to get a refund..very hard messaging back and foward asking for more info more pictures. Even though I sent the pictures they asked for they messaged asking for the same pictures adian trying to get out of giving me money back..last time I ordered tops from here I ordered 4xL and they were to small hence the 5xL this time ..unbelievable..dont buy clothes from here

I purchased a game in good faith online. It never worked. Deleted & downloaded at least 5 times. I spent over an hour on with EA Sports. Advised me to contact PS Store for refund. They are very nearly impossible to contact if you work Mon-Fri 9-5! By the time I did eventually get in contact, they informed me it was more than 14 days so tough luck!!I will now be selling all my Sony gaming gear & going with Microsoft - for the first time ever!

I signed up for a trial for the Financial Times for the Premium Digital access. £1 for four weeks and the price advertised after was shown as "Just £9 per week". Now considering that's the advertised price I assumed that after my trial I would then pay £9 weekly and could cancel at any time. However after the 4 weeks was up I received a charge for £51.40. After contacting support I was told that the £9 per month advertised was a "representation of the cost per week if you pay annually at £468 per year". In fact what I would pay was £51.40 per month. IMO this is false advertising and considering the subscription had started only minutes ago and I hadn't used the service I requested to cancel and get a refund. They told me that their terms and conditions did not allow refunds. The sales person was somewhat reasonable in the end and agreed to downgrade me to standard service and refund the difference of £29.50. But at the end of the day I don't believe I should be paying anything. Not only was the price misleading, but the method of payment (monthly) was misleading and considering my cancellation request came minutes after the subscription started I believe its completely reasonable to get a refund for a service that clearly has no been used yet. At least I got some money back, now I'll be cancelling and won't go back ever, so I hope the FT enjoy their one time payment of £22 and the negative review its cost the company. I don't really blame the support person, I blame the Financial Times misleading advertising and very unfair terms and conditions.My advice, be very careful when signing up for a trial with the FT.
