Review of xero
New Invoicing changes made not thought through creating issues that remain unresolved. Too many mouse clicks now instead of being able to tab through fields. Too many drop down boxes when adding a payment v’s the classic invoicing. I use Xero daily and find it far more cumbersome now than my previous experience. The customer support at Xero does not give me any confidence that they will resolve issues in the Xero community. How long have Xero been working on this ‘improved’ user experience only to disappoint and frustrate its customers. It does concern me that additional changes to Xero software will again impact users e.g. Bills.

After paying money and subscribing online nothing would activate my account. 12 hours later their support was able to activate my account, with the wrong subscription "app + web" when i have paid for "print + app + web". Trying to use their "manage subscription" online with the details they provide just results in "Subscription number could not be found, please check and try again". The website is outdated, doesn't work properly and i would advise everyone not to bother with this junk.

Yelp is just a bully. They pressure you into signing up and constantly call and email you if you don't. They do not show any good reviews and hide them for multiple reasons and will not do anything to show those good reviews. And of course, they put a bad review right at the top. They do not help small business, they harm them. You cannot remove your listing if you do not want your business on their webpage and claim is a consumers right to see this info. Their paid services offered no return on investment. Save yourself time and money and do not work with them.

Xbox is far beyond awful as they choose to ban you with only having one side reporting you and that’s that, no case or investigation so that’s 1. Now 2 disc trays (or disc input) always brake. 3 too high in prices for un-relabel rubbish they sell and I know there’s more to mention but bored now so try repairing your work before allowing it being sold.

Wells Fargo 3390 Pilot Knob Rd Eagan Minnesota is horrible. June 22nd went in to get a cash advance for $550 off my Capital One debit card and they tell me the teller made an error. Even though they WF withdrew the funds from my Capital one credit card. They indicated the transaction would be cancelled. It went through on June 3rd after 6 pm on my account and I never received the funds. I waited because the transaction was pending. Capital One indicated for me to go to the branch to get refunded. The branch manager senior acted like the transaction was my fault. Incompetent border line fraud if I was not a minority they would have refunded the transaction they screwed up. Capital One indicated if I file a dispute I have to wait up to 90 days for money I have worked for and earned doesn't make sense. I couldn't get a receipt for the transaction they screwed up. Will be contacting the Attorney General and filing a formal complaint on Monday. STAY AWAY Incompetent Personnel.

This company is an absolute joke. To get a free account sending 100 mails a day they ask you a multitude of questions. You answer one lot of questions, then they come back to you with more. When they finally approve your account if you go to upgrade, you get automatically put into a pending further review status at which point they are likely to suspend your account. I swear to god do not waste your time signing up with this company, there are tons more out there that are a better experience than this. Absolutely 0 out of 10 for customer service it's like you are dealing with robots not humans.

The customer service and response to emails from Nintendo is very poor, it takes weeks to hear back from an email - if at all. The only course of action is to pay to call them (national rate).I had to contact them as the left joycon I received with my switch is faulty, connection issues, its common apparently. I now have to take it to the post office (not easy) then I could have to wait up to 2 weeks to get it back! I was told if I had purchased through Argos I would have been able to have it picked up for repair (so much for having loyalty to the Nintendo Store) unless I was sending it back within the first 30 days (it hadn't gone wrong by then).The switch itself is good and the quality of games are great - although they are expensive so they should be. Just hope you don't have any problems with the actual product or need to use the customer service!Oh, and if you can, buy through Argos!

Customer service non-existent. So, I placed an order last week, (for which I earned $10 in "Macy's Money" ) yesterday I received my packages...one order 3 packages. One of the packages should have contained 2 mens shirts, instead I received 2 ugly Christmas sweaters that I didn't order. I called the cust svc line, which btw, I had to google to find, I explained the situation to someone, he asked if I would like a refund or a reship. I said reship, and he tells me that it will take 7 days for the order to be "investigated", then 2 more days to ship. Of course I say that I need this for Christmas, and ask if it would be easier to refund and then order the items again since I was already placing another order. He said yes, that would be easier. So he processed the refund for the price of the two shirts, and asked that I return the sweaters (which legally, I am not obligated to do, but said that I would) Fine. Today, I get an email telling me that I will receive my refund, minus the $10 "Macy's money" which I have now forfeited. What?? So I call back today, ask for a supervisor, (which apparently they don't have) only to be told that the only way I'm getting that $10 back is on a gift card. Really?? Why would I want a gift card after you treated me like this? YOU screwed up my order. (Two phone calls, totalling more than 30 minutes on the phone with these morons.) Why am I the one that is being punished for it? Seriously? Apparently Amazon is still the only company that understands what customer service is supposed to be. Good luck getting your ugly sweaters back.

I have been buying stuff through eBay for around 6 years now. Anytime I have had an issue with an item I purchased, their customer service would quickly help solve the issue. UNTIL A FEW DAYS AGO AND THIS ALL CHANGED. THERE WAS A MISTAKE MADE BY EBAY AND A COMPANY THAT I'D PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM. THEY HAD DIFFERENT EXPIRATION DATES FOR A RETURN I WAS TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF. THE COMPANY THE CAR GUYS HAD GIVING ME A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL THAT EXPIRED OVER A WEEK BEFORE MY EXPIRATION DATE TO COMPLETE THE RETURN. IT TOOK ME AN HOUR AND A HALF TO FINALLY TALK TO SOMEBODY THROUGH EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SENT ME WHAT THEY SAID WAS A NEW SHIPPING LABEL BUT COME TO FIND OUT WHAT'S THE EXACT SAME ONE THAT I WAS GIVEN BY THE NEW CAR GUYS COMPANY THAT HAD EXPIRED. SO UPON CONTACTING EBAY AGAIN THEY TOLD ME I COULD NO LONGER RETURN THE ITEM AND GET A REFUND BECAUSE THE DATE HAD LAST FOR WHEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO COMPLETE THE RETURN. I REPEATEDLY TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AND HOW IT WASN'T MY FAULT THAT THERE THEY AND THE NEW CAR GUYS COMPANY WERE THE ONES THAT HAD THEIR ADDRESSES MIXED UP I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT SO I WAS JUST BEAT. I'VE BEEN PURCHASING STUFF THROUGH EBAY FOR 6 YEARS NOW, AND THIS IS HOW I GET TREATED? NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH A BUYER OR ME AS A SELLER BEFORE IN THE SIX YEARS I'VE USED THEM UNTIL NOW. SOMETHING'S NOT RIGHT WEIGHING 100 OTHER SELLERS GIVE ME FIVE STAR RATING AS A BUYER BUT I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THIS ONE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN IT'S MY FAULT. SHAME ON YOU EBAY AND THE NEW CAR GUYS COMPANY YOU ALL SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR THIS!! A quick update on my review I went back to the eBay app and left a review for the new car guys company. Waited a couple days and went back on eBay to look at the reviews for the company and my review is nowhere to be found. Not only that they have one less negative review than they did two days ago. How is that possible? Some shady stuff going on here with eBay.
