I loved notion as a platform, however a small nonprofit, they changed my plan to enterprise without me knowing, NEVER sent an invoice or notification of subscription renewal. I went from a $200 yearly charge to $1482 and they refuse to give a refund. It's extremely unethical and I’m not alone.. I was an unoffficial ambassador to the product, now i'll only be warning people. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This review is based upon their Customer Service and the experience I have had since placing an order.For an organisation that produces some high quality technology, they don't apply their might to their own internal systems, procedures, platforms or customer service solutions.I placed two orders from 1st January during their winter sale, orders were two weeks apart and as of 30+ days on Lenovo took full payment at time of order and haven't delivered a single item, nor have the ability to provide accurate delivery information nor (when you call then) have the ability to get updates internally.The average turn around for an intital inquiry is 3-5 business days, they often don't answer your inquiry when you call, chat or email them. Their front line support teams just don't have accurate, live information in front of them.I don't know if my item was delyed because of the way I configured (customised) my order, if their supply chain has issues, they give you no clues, nor do they try and work around the problem by identifying alternative products that are available for shipment.Who ever is in charge of their Customer Services should be ashamed of the standard to which their teams are able to offer support to customers.They use overseas call centres, often the language barrier means that the customer is left to leave a message which the associate will just input into the system and then a long wait for a mythical creature to respond.I have several contacts over the last 7-8 weeks since ordering and only 1 of those contacts resulted in me getting a little more information.I have been informed that I should expect my item in the next 5 working days, but I just won't believe it until the courier is at the door.Lenovo - do better, you have the know how... otherwise just give up, sell your business and go home.

Gumroad suddenly suspended my account without any valid explanation, despite me following all guidelines. I spent months building back-links and driving traffic from my website to my Gumroad store — all wasted. Their only response was a vague message blaming “banking partners” and suggesting I “look into an alternate marketplace.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to creators. If you value your time and work, I strongly recommend staying away from Gumroad.

Legit. I was able to get tickets, for the hard to get, May Sumo tournament in Tokyo. Seats were great. Came with a small (optional) tour. Guide was friendly and spoke English. Showed us the sumo temple near by and spoke to the history of Sumo. Great experience

I am currently very disappointed with LinkedIn. I had my account suspended by them in 2020, then when I appealed they would not accept my identity, I use a family name for business as it is part of my company brand and more recognizable. Not only this the person that made the complaint against me was someone who had been involved in a breach of my privacy, through a dispute. He approached me on LinkedIn before optaining and abusing personal information. LinkedIn took his opinion at face value, that i had been understandably negative about him, but did not investigate my side of things, meaning they helped facilitate a breach of privacy, which in unlawful as a data provider. It meant my business network was lost, which included some of the most powerful people in marketing around the world and very valuable. Since this my business has folded and I am struggling to regain my reputation. I had high hopes for LinkedIn and found it brilliant to start with but now I can't develop the contacts I need of engage in creative development as I keep falling foul or their rules or because they fail to apply rules properly or evenly. Law is written for purpose, it doesn't mean it is applied how they do now and against innocent parties. They really need to review their policies as it makes the site unusable. Plus they never got back to me about the investigations, very bad, but uphold other decisions against me. They unlawfully facilitated a breach of privacy and then unlawfully destroyed my business but do not seem bothered. Now they constantly infringe and interfere. It is unwelcome and unprofessional.
