Horrible Experience

First let me say that I had to get PayPal involved. I purchased something from the site which were vintage canisters from the 60's, I received all 4 canisters with their CERAMIC lids in a medium size box with no bubble wrap, no packing peanuts only a layer of brown paper, that's it. Of course when I opened the box they were all broken, I could not believe that a seller would ship breakables in a med size box with nothing but 1 layer of brown packing paper. Trying to reach customer service was horrible, I googled their CS number and the recording told me that they do not service my area(what?) I went to the site which tells you to report an issue however you cannot report an issue because it does not give you the option to chose that an item came defected, you basically go in circles and I am sure others who have tried to report an item that came broken have had the same issues, I reported it the day it came and sent emails and had to finally get PayPal involved. I will NEVER shop at this site again, I feel sorry for those who sell on here because many buyers have gone through something similar as you can see on the reviews. I sell on a platform, I have 100% positive feedback and the minute any buyer sends me a message regarding anything, I am on it. If I have to refund a buyer I totally will & have. I also reached out to the seller before reaching out to Mercari's CS but Mercari didn't care that I sent a message to the seller letting them know that the items were all broken. Stay away from this site and go somewhere else, you will be happy and less stressful, I promise.

I'm OUT! I am NOT Amazon. I don't lend my items for sale to someone who can then turn around and return them for ANY reason. This policy alone is enough to send me elsewhere to sell and buy. I won't even get into the new fees tacked on to the buyers.....I'm sure your dropping stock will continue to plummet. Bad business.

Customer service is abysmal

Customer service is abysmal. For such a large online retailer and huge customer base, I would expect a little more from their customer service platform than an AI bot and chat online option only to make contact. Had to contact 3 separate times today due to being cut off every time, finally managed to stay connected and was given zero solution for my issues. Unacceptable.

SHAME, SHAME, SHAMEQUIT HOLDING MY PACKAGES HOSTAGE!!!!!!!I ORDERED A MOTOROLA STYLUS G (2022) AND WHEN IT ARRIVED I FIND A NASTY LITTLE SURPRISE! I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE A 6 DIGIT CODE BEFORE I COULD RECEIVE IT. I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT I HAD TO GIVE A CODE! AND THAT THIS CODE CHANGED EACH DAY! I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND ALL I GOT WAS THE RUN AROUND AND DOUBLE TALK. AND THE AGENTS SOUNDED LIKE A BROKEN RECORD, TELLING ME THAT "THERE IS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE" SO I AM CANCELING MY PRIME MEMBERSHIP AND UNLESS THINGS CHANGE, I MAY CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!

I used Seagate Recovery Services, but the returned data was a large amount of unopenable garbage data in one file and could not be recovered at all.There was no explanation for that, and my broken HDD was never returned.

Review of Pinterest

What has happened to Pinterest, disappointing

I am so immensely disappointed with Pinterest lately. I am a long-term user and the changes that they have made have altered it beyond recognition. I used to recommend Pinterest to everyone, knowing that there was something there for everyone but now it's just become limited, repetitive and full of adverts. It has totally lost it's unique quality and it's user friendly feel. Everytime I go on, I end up so frustrated with what I see, for example, if I pin a picture of a bathroom I like, then all I see is bathroom after bathroom. Its just a load of rubbish. I hope the marketing staff read these reviews and make changes back to the old format before they lose the customers that made them so popular to begin with.

Viber out - useless due to instability - hopeless support

HiNow again today calling any viber out contact fails right away.So far here in June viber out intra DK calls to Danish landline and mobile numbers have not been possible for several days - 3 complete outages.I have made tickets each time, but never received any solution - tickets just closed without explanation or response.So I certainly can not recommend viber out and I will switch to another deskphone on windows and iOS.Br Peter L

Perks are fake

Guys, the perks they are offering are bs. I am now gold and i realised the prices on their bookings are 2% cheaper than a regular customer, instead of the initially 20%! Dont bother to use them to get "better prices". Even with the "cashback" from my booking i would save 8%...way lower than the 20%.

I'm paying for the service and still they don't know how to talk. Have some respect for your customers.If I have no idea about the issue, that's why I calling the customer service. This is the reason you need to explain me every single thing, instead of being rude, arrogant. You are not going to die if you'll speak nicely and do your job.Honestly, last time I talked, they were being nice and forcing me to buy the subscripton. Customer Support will refuse to help

I have recently had an order that was awaiting a courier to collect for over an hour before cancelling my order. Before my order was cancelled i reached out to the customer support who refused to acknowledge i even had an order on my account and asked me to contact them from the correct account. The account i was contacting them on was the correct and only account i had for the service. I then explained this to the support and provided information on the order and they repeated the same message again and force closed the chat without any further questions. I then selected the issue was not resolved and the following agent left the messages on read for over 7 minutes with no response or no message at all. This issue remained unresolved and the store itself ended the order with no assistance whatsoever from Uber Eats support. Due to the negative experience with this company as this was not the first time, i have ended my Uber one subscription as the customer support does not help with issues.
