I wouldn’t even give them a one star, but it’s the least you can give to write a review! They try to sell you on all of the account setup because they know it’s a pain and ungodly.They leave you high and dry once you sign the contract. BE CAREFUL, it’s not worth it!

It was great to have all the remote and hybrid positions in one place. I liked that they had all been vetted and were trusted real jobs, unlike some job boards! The only thing I wish it would have had that it lacks, is an easier way to filter searches. It was somewhat difficult to find the positions I was looking for using their search features.

They use Australia’s top three most complained about companies (out of all Australian companies, not just delivery/courier companies) as their main delivery services: Fastway, Australia Post, Couriers Please and sixth of the list, Star Track.Australians are being scammed by Australia’s largest online retailer in cahoots with Australia’s worst companies who happen to be delivery companies.This is wrong on so many levels. The number of designers who participated and the quality and quantity of designs submitted was beyond my expectations.So many good designs made choosing a winner really hard.This wont be my last visit to 99Designs.

First point of contact was by phone. Very helpful with making arrangements for the day i needed to hire one of their van's. On arrival at Blackwood Self Drive the staff member was very pleasant and respectful. She gave me all the info i needed and showed me around the vehicle pointing out what i needed to know as i had not driven one of their newer van's. We had a slight hiccup during our journey and needed to extend our hire by another day. Again staff was very helpful by rearranging their fleet to accommodate each customer. Would not hesitate in recommending Blackwood Self Drive and happily use again.

I wish I could give them 0 star. I purchased a GoPro Hero 11 Black + 64Gb memory Card a month ago.However, I received a GoPro Hero 10 Black + 32 Gb memory card. I immediately took photos and contact GoPro and provided them will all their request (photos, serial number of the item). Their support team will listen and agree with everything, but they do not take any actions. They will not do anything. Chat support will keep all the conversation, which they turn off so you can not chat with them. Phone support agrees with everything, very sweet talk, but when I ask them to send me an email confirming our discussion, again, no action is taken. Eventual, I created a dispute with Paypal, GoPro asked me to return the GoPro 10 to them, and they will refund for a GoPro 10 instead of GoPro 11!!!!! They also stated that there is no extra GoPro 11 in their warehouse, so the delivery should be correct and blame it on UPS. So end of the day, it is my fault who purchased from them and if you happen to purchase from them and have the same issue, be prepared that it's your loss.I have filed a complain with ACCC and I suggest any of you have the same issue, file a complain ACCC.

I have to agree with every other review here which says the shopping experience is appalling with an absurd returns policy that only allows you to take something back to the specific shop you bought it from. Can you imagine any other respectable chain like Zara or M&S doing this? We paid at a self service till so no one told us the Christmas presents we bought could not be returned to the store near where we live, but we have to travel two hours to a store we were visiting as a one off, to get our money back. So rude and unhelpful in Oxford Street branch. Another customer lost we will never be shopping here again.
