Review of wpforms
What could be better than wonderfully intuitive software with wonderfully friendly support? I can't think of anything right now, but that's probably because I've just had a very satisfying lunch and vacation starts tomorrow.... WPForms is a godsend for solo business-owners-slash-website-manangers like me!

Trash customer support! This company is not interested in a good relationship with customers. We bought a theme package which did not work, lots of error messages. Contacted customer support - NO REACTION!! Opened a case with PayPal, Envato blocked right away the account. Emails full of threads, "if you do not cancel the case in PayPal, we block your account". They were NOT willing to refund the faulty package. PayPal took care of this. NEVER AGAIN!

Review of mercari
This is BS. They used to be a legit site but now you have 72 hours to try to return something. Who has time for that? I was finally able to get around to looking into the return policy 5 days after I realized the item doesn’t function properly and it’s already too late. They also have fake 5-star reviews, where they give a seller 5 stars automatically if the buyer doesn’t give them a review within 3 days. So their numbers are super pumped up even if they’re a terrible seller. Total crock.
Review of depop
I was a victim of a scam on Depop. Not as a result of a buyer or seller situation but from organised fraudsters who stole over £600 from my current account They sent a message into my Chat on the Depop app saying an item had been sold The message from a ‘verified user’ included a link to receive the funds and those web pages also showed my item, the price and the buyers news and detailscomplete with a Depop.com address Scarily they seemed to know that I had not linked my bank details to my account to receive the funds from the sale and to cut a long story short, funds were extracted Fortunately my Bank refunded the stolen amounts having established I had been the victim of an elaborate scam I also reported this to the Cyber Crime unit in the UK who gave me a Crime reference number I contacted Depop on half a dozen occasions not because I expected a refund BUT because THE APP and WEBSITE are not secure or safe to use. These fraudsters can get into your account into your App chat and inbox! In answer to my account of what happened all supported by screen grabs as evidence, the so called ‘Team Zen’ Help Team merely responded with apologies, said they’d remover the user(who was long gone if they ever existed) and instructions not to follow links via emails or texts and only use the App…which I had. I sent screen grabs of the app and webpages but apart from thin apologies nothing. No accountability. No effort made to make the site safer for users I even had this escalated to the Head of Customer Service in the UK. NothingSo Buyer and Seller beware. This site and app is not secure or fit for purpose I may well receive a response to this review, suggesting I contact the Zen Team. I won’t be doing so, as they have already demonstrated their total lack of interest in getting to the bottom of this or increasing security of the site hence this negative but honest review
Review of uniqlo
The returns policy of uniqlo is an anathema to mainstream retail. They insist, if you want to return an item you must go back to the original store you bought it from. The signs informing consumers are in the same font/style as all their marketing, nothing standout, indeed when you are ‘encouraged’ to self service, you are have to work out how to purchase your item and once you have mastered that , they assume you will read their unusual return policy amongst all the literature around the till point. In short it is a scam design for the company to retain your money. It is inconvenient, feels unethical and makes you less likely to want to physically shop in their stores once you realise what the returns policy is. It’s another nail in the coffin of the high street shopping experience. I don’t intend to shop there again anytime soon.

Review of Zoom
I’ve used zoom once for a doctors appointment and have received no fewer than 10 emails since then. Every time I received an email I opted out but I still receive emails. It seems like they’re never going to leave me alone and I am going to have to change my email address.

The CMC Energy Services associates, Mike, Victor, Danny, that did an energy audit in my home today, were professional, efficient and personable. They explained what they would do and why and effectively answered my questions along the way. I would highly recommend them.
Review of squarespace
It's not quite as simple & intuitive as people make out, there'a a lot in Squarespace, and it's crucial to read the individual PDF that comes with each template. Then you'll sail through. Also it doesn't hurt to put your images through 'save for web' in photoshop. Big difference. If you get stuck the service here is unbelievable, I feels like they actually want to get back to you and help, the templates are great and using the site is a pleasure once you get the hang of it. All in all I love it.
Review of hotels
Frequent user program (OneKey Cash) is FAR worse that the program it replaced.I do use Hotels.com often (but not so much now due to this DOWNGRADE)The old system of a free night every 10 (1/10th the price paid per room per night) was great. At this point in the year I would normally cash in a few hundred pounds worth of free nights to take a trip with my wife. Unfortunately the value of my stays have dropped under the new OneKey Cash program, so instead of having about £300 to play with, it is just £56.90.There is no incentive to use this web site, so I will be booking with other sites from now on.

I placed my first order using a promo code worth €15. It was initially accepted, and the discount applied. However, after verifying my phone number, the system removed the code, and I was charged the full amount. I contacted support but received no help — they restricted my promotions and refused a refund. I feel scammed. Not recommended.

Review of southwest
I generally like Southwest. However there’s some airline employees that simply are not intelligent. First we are told that the upper storage is small. I’ve brought the same bag a dozen times on various plane types but this is a MAX8. It’s a newer plane and storage is more than ample and was designed that way!!!. I know she’s wrong but I compact it even more. She measures it and tells me I need to check it. So while I know she’s a flaming idiot I comply because it is a commie process and they can decide if you fly or not. I get on board after checking my bag. Over the intercom they say that the bins are large. Ok. Which is it Southwest? Shouldn’t the attendants know what the hell they are saying and doing? Now I have a checked bag because we an have an idiot at the gate who is using an old baggage sizing for an old plane. Some people just never figured out how to fit the square block in the square hole and are now controlling people that passed that test with flying colors!!!! Please do something about these people because I’m slowly moving towards delta. It’s way more convenient but not a direct flight…. It seems it may be worth it though especially when you go to assigned seating… I’m sitting here hating Southwest right now because I have to abide by rude controlling people that are less intelligent then me.
