Used them for the 1st time (08/2024). Didn't read their terms. Seller & items were just fine--can't complain about the transaction. BUT, did read more about Mercari and their fees and who pays for all of them (what they changed recently). I'll continue with Amazon , Ebay and some of the other on-line independent sellers. I'm paying a percentage of the sales price to Mercari plus all the other add-on's--FORGET IT. I guess it was my fault for not buying until I knew more of them, lesson learned. BUT I just assumed they worked like all the others and was totally wrong.
Review of gopro
I can't comment on the camera because mine never arrived. Whilst this was the couriers' fault,it would have been nice if gopro had offered an alternative delivery or pick up option. The courier they use is useless. However,the chat option on gopros site was useful and,with perseverence, helped move things along. I didn't get a gopro,but i did get my money back. Lesson learned.

Too Many things to mention from setting the automatic renewal to off then choosing a 1 month package and 1 year later getting funds taken out of my bank account. I eventually found that after being a good customer and purchasing a package, then the site automatically resets to automatically take payment annually.Downloads missing yet charged for, emails from Romanian people with poor written English.Thirty six hour reply promise which was answered 5 days later from the above.The whole downloading process has faults from missing images on download but takes credits away, displays them in archives but downloaded folders have missing files etcDownloading images is not straight forward. A trial image (download preview) is easy , but when actually downloading for real, you click download then wait to receive an email to download, then we had to click download again on another page. If you are lucky then they all download . If not it is a manual task to find the missing ones. On 200 downloads it takes hoursDo not use this site. We took days downloading bulk numbers of images but still do not have some.They have not sorted ongoing queries. We were going to use them regularly for our business but Customer Services other than Tom who works in Sales in the U S A is virtually non existent .For anyone knowing about The Post Office and Fujitsu denying the system had flaws and bugs for years, this system has flaws and we have evidence that this system has problems.As of posting this today 21now 2024 we have no real contact. We were last contacted by Tom Templeman who advised us to contact the Romanian tech guy who was responsible for originally answering our queries and problems but avoided answering most of them, giving us a few muddled answers . In the days following more problems occurred (at least 2) Again i advise from our experiences, don not use!!!We have now used our credits and are writing off this companyTo anyone who reads this from Dreamstime! I am happy if you really want to be serious and sort your I T problems out with us then Speak to Tom Templeman and View several emails From Shane and myself Gordon.

My 2tb External hard drive has begun to fail and disconnect constantly so I contacted Seagate for a replacement. They told me I would have to PAY FOR SHIPPING THEM THEIR FAULTY HARD DRIVE. I also have to pay for customs clearance and the service of "data recovery" on my faulty Hard Drive. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act of 1994, a retailer must provide a replacement or full refund for a faulty product, it is literally illegal for them to charge me for the replacement and shipping of my faulty hard drive. The Government needs to sue them.

Worst experience ever, Ordered carrom for my nephew and it was scheduled on 14th oct. The dilvery boy just gave a missed call and updated the status that the customer has not recieved the call.. we call back but he don't recive the call... After that contact has been made with customer care 3 times but till date they haven't diliver r the order till date and customer care is saving that I will again reschedule and wait otherwise cancel the order... Not expected such kind of service from Amazon

If you don't the keep you bad reviews up. The only take them down if you sign up for one of their advertising campaigns. Iam letting everyone know that yelp is joke.

Got scammed out of €240. Placed an expensive order, it never got delivered, but the track and trace says it got delivered on a day where I WASN'T HOME. I provided them with proof that I wasn't home that day, the logistics company their GPS confirms that the delivered scan was at another address down the street. Neighbors down there didn't receive it either.They refuse to refund me my money after having spent a LOT on their site before.Absolutely recommend you AVOID this site for anything worth more than $5, because you WILL get scammed out of your money eventually by customer service refusing to help you. Even if you provide them with proof that you couldn't possibly have received the product.

Wow the rest of the reviews say it all! Used to be amazing but bought out by Expedia and now utter scammers, DO NOT USE!!! Kept £100 of mine after refusing to re-issue a coupon. Customer service is shocking and Marcos in Escalations and Mark were obnoxious and sarcastic. What’s happened to this brilliant company! No responses to any complaints so clear they no longer care. STAY AWAY and head to booking.com!

Joke of a site.They seem to allow employers to pick and choose what reviews are kept or removed. A previous employer of mine left several blatently fake reviews....they even read like ads for the job! I was even present when I saw the manager leave two of them!!They also take down genuine, valid reviews from staff... I assume at the request of the employer. In one month alone my previous employer lost 6 members of staff. They each left a truthful, yet negative review of the employer. Explaining their experiences of bad business practice and countless examples of the law breaking that was accouring. These reviews slowly got removed to leave nothing but the fake, overly positive reviews written by members of management.How are people supposed to get an idea of whether an employer is good or bad based on these practices?!?!?!Glassdoor bang on about their integrity and how they 'never' remove a review unjustifiably.... Yet its all they seem to do.Glassdoor have no integrity. Its obviously all about the money for them. My advice.... Don't use Glassdoor. Due to their rubbish ethics they make their own website null and void.

The Envato Elements is good in theory. But they save their best assets for the main paid stuff. It’s mainly the older cheaper assets that you get on the Elements subscription which means you end up buying twice often. Also they could do with improving ways of searching the site so you find what you need quicker.
