Review of sendgrid
Don't be fooled by reviews from companies like Capterra. Those reviews are monitored and only the good reviews are published. Those companies I guess rely on donations from big companies. They have a good relationship with big companies. So they are biased. SendGrid used to be good, but not anymore. Here are a few points1) API documentation is bad. For example, the API to add a customer. I have a custom field which is of type "date". What is the format? Is it American or British? 2) APIs are buggy. Anyone who have created segments using API will understand what I am talking about.3) It takes too long to refresh. It is absolutely a joke. Every command is queued !!! It takes a long time to delete a single record. What a joke.

Never had issues with this company before until I had to contact customer support. As someone who has worked in customer service, I feel like the person handling my case barely has experience in the field.I asked to reset my password as the link wasn't working and my account was locked, and they asked me what I wanted to change my email into even though they didn't tell me that I needed a different email. Besides this miscommunication and unwanted solution, I went with them in changing my email because I just wanted my account. Then they gave me the option to verify through my phone number *or* my full name; I chose phone number. After I gave my phone number, they still asked for my full name. After providing my full name, they asked me for a selfie-verification, my bank statement and a photo of my identification.. They never told me it would be a long process; they just kept asking for more and more information after I had given what they asked..After trying again (for the 10th time on a different day), I finally got the email when I clicked on the ''forgot password''-button and now I got my account again, without the help of their support.The only reason my review is not 1 star is because I never had issues before I had to contact their customer service and I've been using NameCheap for about 4 years now.

I am a regular monthly contributor to Change.org as I greatly value the work that they do - giving people a voice.On this occsaion I needed help with a payment on my credit card for Change.org that I was unsure about.I contacted the help service and Ricardo promptly went to some lengths to sort it for me. As it turned out it was for a legitimate payment that I had forgotten about.I can't praise Ricardo enough for the way he dealt with my query and the correspondence that developed. Instead of feeling stupid that I had forgotten the payment, he left me feeling good about myself and very positive about the organisation.

Not sure why Ulta has so many bad reviews but I can only speak on my experience with them. They have amazing deals and I love the points that you can earn. Customer service has always been amazing. The stores are always clean and the employees are right there to help when you need them
