I have used IHG for most of the last 16 years and few small issues occurred which is resolved swiftly until I stayed at Holiday in al Barsha in Dubai where I got injured in the shower because of the hotel fault in placing the shower, conditioner and shampoo in place which it was not fixed properly. The hotel stuff specially duty manager at the time didn't seems he cares as he was enjoying his phone conversation and when I was contacted 3 times with another manger who Offred me dinner which I rejected as I was full and Offred me Breakfast which I rejected I was laving next day and invited for breakfast, finally I was Offred a fruit basket and some voucher I can use any time I want ( Which I never received) after contacting the customer care twice I was not satisfied with the reply of the Room division manager as you can feel the arrogance in his words and Customer care didn't do anything expect relaying my message to the hotel which is weird giving them the customer care where they didn't anything to show they care. I didn't need a messenger I needed action it was a very serious incident if it was in UK then I will know what to do... Just making a point

Bought a seagate 1TB from Amazon and a couple of months in it just stopped working. Thousands of images lost. They went through a recovery program with me that they sent me but the guy Nick was rude and blunt. They then offered to recover the data for me but in order to do so I would have to send the disk to the Netherlands and wait at least 30 day’s to see if they could recover any data. I sent the disc off the next day after receiving the label but my disk has gone missing. They have never received it. Absolutely poor service and by the looks of other reviews terrible product. Would never use again

Just updated and the new layout and look is terrible...to the point of being unusable for me. Why such drastic changes to the layout is beyond me. Gone from one of my favourite social media platforms to never looking forward to using. Reluctant hiatus.

It was a bitter experience. As is usual with Microsoft and there overly sensitive security i came back after creating the account to log in. Well what do you know? Password doesn't match. Of course not. Even though i had to put the same password in 2 times to set it up. I wrote it down on paper so i know it was right. Every time without fail they do that regardless of the right password. It is super silly.

Ma souscription en ligne ayant échoué, j’ai contacté Le service client (1). Celui-ci m’a dit que l’abonnement avait bien été mis en place. En essayant de me connecter, mon identifiant n’est pas reconnu. J’essaie alors de réinitialiser mon mot de passe… Je ne reçois pas le courriel de réinitialisation. Je contacte le service client qui m’envoie un lien pour réinitialiser mon mot de passe. J’accède enfin à mon espace client et je découvre que mes adresses de facturation et de livraison ont été inversées. Ceci fait suite à une demande faite au service client il y a quelques semaines pour savoir si le complément d’adresse correspond à l’adresse de livraison ou bien de facturation (ce n’est pas clair sur le formulaire en ligne). Le service client me répond alors que le complément d’adresse correspond à l’adresse de livraison si celle-ci est différente de l’adresse de facturation !Quand je compare ce parcours client à celui de mon abonnement en ligne au Financial Times, celui du Financial Times s’est fait en quelques minutes et sans me faire perdre du temps !(1) « Une erreur est survenue dans le traitement de votre commande… Pour plus d’informations, nous vous invitons à contacter notre service clients … »

I spend hours on the site, finally pull the trigger to book my flight. Then, I get an email two hours later that the flight cannot be booked and there’s no explanation? Oh, and in that same email, I get confirmation that I’ve been billed for my trip insurance for a flight I don’t even have.

Glassdoor is damaging to good and honest businesses.It is an free-for-all platform that allows disgruntled ex-employees a platform to make slanderous and baseless accusations about employers, protected by the anonymity of glassdoor.Glassdoor has no interest in ensuring content is truthful or correct. Allowing personal attacks on individuals, allowing users to set up multiple accounts, leaving multiple reviews and allowing users to make accusations without requiring any evidence. Glassdoor also has no interest in hearing the other side of the story from employers, unwilling to investigate abuse of the platform, or remove bogus content. it allows employers to respond to reviews, but how can you respond to anonymous post which is simply untrue? you cant defend your self fully with one hand tied behind your back.
