Deposit via e-transfer, my bank shows funds withdrawn, but the cash doesn't show up in my crypto account. I contacted support, they keep referring me to standard transfer to add reference number etc. the problem is I didn't use standard transfer, I use e-transfer. No deposit in my crypto account. This is totally fraud, there is no integrity and process to support customer, not even a proper phone number for complaints, everything is through an app, and app freeze a lot as well. Do not trust them. Stay away please. Do urself a favour. Can't be trusted. Don't fall for it.

Booked to stay in a property one night with our dogs. The next morning was accosted by a woman/owner rep with her dog, saying we should have told them we had dogs, there was a limit of two, there was an extra charge for them. None of this had been on the listing, which I said. When we got home, they contacted Vrbo wanting extra £75 or they'd put in a bad review of us. When we refused to pay, that's what they did. They also contacted us separately wanting an additional £266, which we also refused to pay. Despite there customer guarantee, it was extremely difficult to contact Vrbo to report this/complain and when I finally managed it, they don't care - and they have refused to publish this honest account of what happened. Avoid Vrbo at all costs - our experience has been extremely distressing - stick to Air B&B

We recently attempted to open a shop on TikTok and were met with an extremely disappointing experience. While we were in the process of setting up our account, TikTok abruptly closed our shop, citing "Suspected Fraudulent Activity" as the reason, despite the fact that we had not even started our business operations.In response, we immediately contacted TikTok support, expressing our willingness to cooperate fully and provide any necessary documentation to prove our legitimacy. Unfortunately, instead of offering support or a fair investigation, TikTok assigned 48 violation points to our account without any clear explanation or evidence. We were informed that our shop would not be reopened, and we were also banned from creating a new account. This decision was made without a transparent process or an opportunity to present our case, leaving us frustrated and without recourse.We find TikTok's actions to be deeply concerning for several reasons:Lack of Transparency: At no point were we given specific details regarding the alleged fraudulent activity. TikTok's communication was vague and failed to provide any clear evidence to substantiate their claims. This lack of transparency undermines trust and makes it impossible for honest businesses to rectify any misunderstandings.Unfair Judgement and No Due Process: TikTok's decision to close our account was made unilaterally, without giving us the opportunity to address any supposed violations. We repeatedly offered to cooperate and provide any proof of our legitimacy, but our requests were ignored. This approach feels unjust and unprofessional, especially for a platform that claims to support small businesses.Inadequate Customer Support: The responses we received from TikTok's support team were dismissive and unhelpful. Despite our willingness to engage and resolve any concerns, their decision remained final, with no path forward offered to us. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, particularly from a major platform that holds a significant influence over sellers' livelihoods.Overly Harsh Penalties: The imposition of 48 violation points and the complete ban from setting up another shop feels excessive, particularly when no clear violations were presented to us. This punitive approach discourages legitimate businesses from using the platform and raises serious questions about TikTok’s seller management practices.Overall, our experience with TikTok Shop has been extremely negative. The platform's arbitrary account closures, lack of proper investigation, and poor customer service are major issues that need to be addressed. We urge TikTok to review its policies and provide a fair and transparent process for businesses that wish to use their platform legitimately.Until TikTok makes significant changes to how it handles these situations, we cannot recommend TikTok Shop to any business owners looking for a reliable platform to reach their customers.

Tried to create a test survey to see if I like the product and it doesn't let you beyond viewing your own questions. Looking for help if you don't have an account is very difficult and I wasted almost an hour of my time when I realized they want me to PAY FOR AN ACCOUNT before they agree to answer any questions. you have to pay for an account if you have questions about their customer service care, or after care once they already have your money. They won't even answer questions about HOW BAD THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNTIL YOU PAY THEM TO TELL YOU THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL

This was my first cruise and, overall, I was glad to do it and had a great time. As with any 3 star review the were pros and cons, so let's start with the good stuff:Food, service and drinks we're all excellent all the time. The ports were awesome, but we did miss 1 due to weather, I was told be regular cruisers this is common, so don't set your heart on seeing everything!Kid's club was fantastic, my boy was desprate to go, rather than making him (there was a 7 dollar an hour charge after 10 but this is reasonable)Cleanliness and room cleaning very good.Now the cons!This is not a cheep holiday but after paying for your room and food EVERYTHING Is charged for! Drinks £350 per person! (with no drinks package a beer is £7, a cocktail £10 ish) kids drinks £50! WiFi £70! Be aware that a lot of the time you are near enough land to get a signal. Tips for drinks 70 quid and 400 pounds of tips automatically added to your room!! (you can remove this one but not before you sail) And lots more. My £3800 cruise cost over 5 grand!Linked to this is the constant, annoying up selling. Staff seem more focused on getting as much out of you as they can. We did save a lot of money booking excursions though Cruise 118, rather than on board.The organisation was poor with lots of queing to be first on and of boat.Lastly, and something that spoiled the trip was leaving the ship on the last day. We were made to leave room at 8:30 and leave the ship at 9am, our transfer was not until 11:30 we had to wait for 2 and a half hours in a gazebo with 1 wooden bench in 35 degree heat. There were no RC staff to help or advise. It felt very much like Royal Caribbean were saying, we've had your money now bog off!

All either did not have a clue, sent me on goose chase back to the retailer, or, finally, promised action on warranty but did not deliver on the promise.. either a grossly incompetent service organization or intentionally defrauding customers on warranty claims.

I bought something through Indiegogo. Turns out, I got information that it was a scam. I got a hold of Indiegogo, who told me to contact the vendor. Well, both emails they gave me did not exist, and the information was cribbed from another real company. As far as I’m concerned, they did not do due diligence, didn’t do care to protect my money, and don’t stand behind their products. I won’t deal with them again, and advise people to exercise caution with any dealing with them,
