The only reason I gave Kayak 4 stars is…

The only reason I gave Kayak 4 stars is because of one of their representatives had helped me solved my ticket exchanged issue. 1 star knocked down for the 4 days waiting time. Elijah was a representative from a sale department who technically has nothing to do with the exchange department. I told him my problem and he had it solved within a couple hours versus a zero direct phone call from the exchange department when I was promised a return call for 4 days straight. Thank you much Elijah!

Asleep at the switch or dragging their feet

I'm disappointed with the FDA for taking so long to check out the drug METFORMIN. Independent testing labs have found excessive contamination with NDMA, a probable carcinogen, one manufacturer, Amneal, with 16 times the allowable limit of NDMA, and the FDA is still testing it, so they say. I'd feel a whole lot safer if they were getting these contaminated drugs off the market a whole lot faster.

Beat up box.

Fortunately the books were vacuum wrapped in plastic because the shipping box was too big, the air packs were not satisfactory to cushion the books so they shifted inside and the box was really beat up. By the time the USPS delivered it, one entire end of the box was gaping open. Only the corners of the two large hardback books I ordered were a little bent. These are Christmas presents so I wanted them to be pristine. Next time I think I’ll pick up in store, if that option is available. Otherwise order process was great and delivery was actually 4 days earlier than expected.

I ordered an AC on Apr 1st and I got the delivery date as Apr 3rd and says out for delivery, until night I didn't get any notification and checked with seller and got confirmed Amazon will be delivering my product, then checked with Amazon customer care and notified it will be delivered by 5th Apr, have not received any response and 5th April I checked with customer care and escalated the issue and they promised it will be rectified and will get my product mostly within 24 hrs and it is about 48 hrs still I have not received a single update from Amazon. I paid full amount on April 1st itself. Is this kind of scam or cheating Amazon into now? Like this they become a leading company in online shopping.I am prime customer and now thinking I am in a wrong side. I should think whether to purchase or order something in Amazon further.

On the whole Temu items are good

On the whole Temu items are good. I have had one or two 'dodgy' things but because they are so cheap, and other items are well worth the money, I am not too bothered. I find their customer service excellent and they do not quibble giving refunds if something is wrong, often not even wanting the item back.

GOG for Games

I have always appreciated how GOG has good old games. I also appreciate the basic lack of DRM. There is still some issues with DRM but far less than other platforms. The regular sales and giveaways are nice as well.

It's dumb to have a system that's a copy of Steam and not have an essential feature that is included with Steam. No one in hell is going to patiently wait three months to be able to gift a game to your friend, especially when the sales barely only last a week!

Unable to issue outgoing invoices via Freshbooks unless I sign new August 31st, 2021 agreement containing the following in quotes. "In no event shall the aggregate liability of FreshBooks, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of the FreshBooks Solution exceed any compensation paid by you for access to or use of the FreshBooks Solution during the three months prior to the date of any claim. "What kind of a business leadership needs to publish terms and services with three month retro-active language and why? What is the message being conveyed here?

This is the second time that I’ve picked up food traveled 20 minutes back to my home and the white rice is under cooked - it’s crunchy. in the chicken taste like somebody fail with the seasoning into the chicken - it is extremely salty. Is there a measuring process or a process to check if the rice is done??? This makes Me so upset because I only get three things rice, chicken and cheese - how hard could that be????

After phoning the restaurant to ask about order delivery, I was advised to place my order on their website for delivery via, "Delivery shark" (Zoom) ordered placed with an estimate of 45 minutes? One hour passed when i got a phone call asking if i mind waiting up to another 30 minutes? I reluctantly agreed to this, 2 hours passed and still no delivery so i phoned red mango to find out what was going on? And they blamed the delivery driver? Informing me that my food had been my food had been sat ready for almost one hour! I was a bit upset by this, as food thats been sat for a long time under a heat lamp is not good! So i asked to cancel my order? I'm then informed it cant be done & i must contact the delivery company direct :( Even though i ordered through red mangos website? So i did try this but the delivery company were an even bigger nightmare than the restaurant themselves, Cant find your order? Dont know how to issue refunds? etc, etc?

Zoom Support has no knowledgeable support techs

I, like most of the other negative comments about Zoom Support, found them clueless about our issue and they were never helpful in solving our installation issue at all.First, we get a Tier 1 support rep that tells us to send him a screenshot, then we send him a video of our installation steps, showing him that the Host name was someone we didn't know and couldn't change. Then he redirects us to the support forum and other Zoom documentation. He didn't have a clue how to resolve our issue. For a month, he wasted our time, getting him what he asked for, then he cops out by sending us somewhere else...Zoom documents and forum.I later got an email asking if I wanted upper tier support. I said yes, yet all I got was links to the Zoom forum and documentation. I even stated I would pay for support, but they never responded back.I'm just mad because I paid two months for a Zoom account and in those two months, I never used it or could get Zoom installed correctly. NO SUPPORT!!!Don't ask or pay for Zoom support. They won't help. Maybe the forum can, so I would recommend going there, first.We finally resolved the issue on our own.

Just terrible customer service. Every second episode in a series "currently unavailable", no answer. Online chat incompetent. Call centre long wait, incomprehensible accent then cut me off when I started to complain as it was recorded. Just awful. Will cancel after free period. Is this really Amazon? They are usually good at customer service.

Nintendos run around.

Called the nintendo customer service only to be practically forced to the support website because of a high call volume. I was able to get to the hardware section online only to see that repair was closed. So I proceeded to just cancel my subscription to online for now because my switch currently won't charge and i'm not gonna pay for a service that I can't use. When I tried to cancel it asked why and I told it, it was because of a broken console. Witch the website automatically redirected me back to the support site.

Ebay is out of control

What happened to you, eBay?You used to be a decent place to buy and sell. Now it’s just ridiculous.I sold an item—and had to wait two weeks just to get my money. My account keeps getting restricted without warning, no messages, no notifications. I can't even withdraw my own funds.This happens at least once a month, each time for a week or two. I contacted customer service to find out what’s going on. Their response?> "I can see that the issue is internal on our end, and we would not be able to share any details regarding the restriction, nor send any email about it. However, I can see that the restriction is to be removed automatically today on the 5th of May, around 9:30 AM. Therefore, you will just need to keep an eye on it today, since that will be sorted out automatically by then."Well, today is May 5th, and the restriction is still there. I called again and explained everything. Now they’re telling me it’s undergoing some kind of verification. Bear in mind, this is now the third week. They said it would be lifted tomorrow.When I pressed for more answers? They hung up on me.Honestly, I’m done. It’s time to delete my account and move on.I hope more people do the same—until eBay finally gets its act together and earns more than that 1.2 Trustpilot score.
