Review of asos
I placed an order on Friday (07) that should have been delivered NeXT Day Saturday (08). For no apparent reason Evri never delivered the parcel and returned it back to ASOS warehouse. I’ve been contacting their chat everyday for an update on my delivery or a full refund and I have no resolution. On top of that, I just received an IMessage asking me to update my delivery address using a suspicious link. So why my personal data like my mobile isn’t protected? Seriously concerning. After this issue is resolved I’ll be deleting my account.

Review of freshdesk
Freshdesk is a fine support portal. It does have its limitations that are frustrating but likely other support portals also have limitations. The thing that makes me most unhappy is their support. Never do they suggest a web meeting, which often would take 5 minutes to resolve an issue, vs 30 minutes to type back and forth the explain the issue, etc... Also, that chat window they have you use to interact with support is so tiny that is hard to use and gets frustrating. Lastly, they never offer to open feature requests when I ask about something they cannot currently do.Sadly, my bottomline is their support is very UN-customer focused. For that I likely would not choose them again.
Review of squarespace
A couple of months on from my unsolicited transfer of my Google domain onto Squarespace, all the images on my website are still missing. If anyone in Squarespace would be bothered to fix the mess which I have reported several times and which I never asked for, it would great...

Cannot believe how helpful this is. Powerful, comprehensive, intuitive and efficient. This will be invaluable for my business for sure. Particularly love the wealth of support especially my own dedicated account manager Connor Graham who reached out to me immediately on sign up and has been there ever since. Absolutely delighted to recommend this office suite for whatever your business needs require.

Review of duolingo
Used to love this app but then they changed it all and you only get so many hearts a day. Then you have to buy. Very annoying now. I would have happily paid if I thought it was worth it but there doesn’t seem to be any structure with learning. For a beginner they swiftly move on and throw more new words at you one after the other so they don’t stick. Word endings have no explanation and no going back over them. Also silly phrases that you would never use, instead of teaching you everyday phrases. I mean who says ‘the young girl likes November’ or ‘the frog is under the blue cat’ ridiculous! Not for me anymore unfortunately, better learning out there.
Review of duolingo
The Duolingo app doesn't always register the XP points or progress to the next lesson. This means you have to redo the section and hope it will then register/progress.I've told Duolingo about this numerous times and sent them screenshots on what's happening. They just ignore me and don't fix the bug.Really regret taking a subscription, won't renew it though.

Review of hp
I bought a laptop from the HP UK website for video editing. It arrived without a graphics card installed. They sent out an engineer to fix it, but he had no idea how to. They refused to allow a return and gaslit me into believing that the machine was fine. I contacted NVIDIA to do a diagnostics on the machine and they confirmed the machine had no NVIDIA graphics card (as advertised), but still HP didn't believe it. I had to get the money back from my credit card company. The many HP staff I spoke to were all useless, lied, and lacked any compassion.

Review of logitech
I'd had a Logitech Harmony remote control for a while when one of the buttons stopped working. It was within the warranty period so I e-mailed Logitech customer support and received a response very quickly. Via messages I was taken through various steps to find out what exactly was wrong with the remote. When it was established that the fault was with the hardware a replacement was shipped out very quickly via UPS. I couldn't have wished for better service. I also have speakers made by Logitech. Their items are top quality and their customer service is awesome.
Review of getyourguide
We found our tour through TripAdvisor. Had never heard of GetYourGuide, but we lucked out. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the Louvre in Paris, our group was only 6 people ( and included two teens, their parents, and my husband and me, both of us over 75). As we assembled at the well-described meeting place, Nadia informed us that the Louvrexstaff had gone on strike and the Louvre was not open (!!ut that this was not uncommon. Sure enough, it finally opened an hour + later, with huge crowds because of the delay. In spite of this, the tour was great (although pricey --it was Paris!-- and we'll be sure to use GetYourGuide again. Thank you, Nadia!

Review of eBay
All those others have said is true, so many sellers who are scalpers, scammers or scummy and don't get me started on the useless AI support botInternational shipping is garbage, slow and expensive, 2 months delivery to Canada from Chicago while free shipping from China on other sites takes 2 to 4 weeks at most.Removed all stars left because the ebay forums have white knight moderators trying to clean ebay of any wrongdoing, and also censuring any criticism to bad sellers or bad buyers.BOYCOTT EBAY NOW!

Review of dell
XPS 15 - this is the worst laptop ever. From the moment I purchased this laptop until now it has been nothing but a disaster. I purchased this computer around October 2019. Not long after I purchased it the issues started. The laptop never turns off. I mean never! You close it, it turns back on. You shut it down, it turns back on. You keep your finger on the shut off button to shut it down, it turns back on. The battery constantly needs to be recharged because the computer never goes off. I didn’t understand so I googled it and there are thousands and thousands of people who are having the same problem with this computer and Dell is not able to help any of them. I spent the better part of five hours trying to get this issue fixed with Dell and in the end the representative pretty much said she couldn’t fix it. It’s ridiculous since I am paying for a two year premium service for everything to be fixed. Just recently, a new issue has begun. I can be in the middle of working from home and a screen will randomly pop up that says slide to shut down and even if you slide the screen back up the computer shuts down. This happens sometimes twice a day and sometimes 10 times a day and I am not exaggerating. Imagine working from home trying to get a job done and a screen just pops up out of nowhere several times a day that says slide to shut down and even though you don’t slide it to shut it down or you slide it back up so it doesn’t shut down it still shuts down on its own. Then there was just a random issue where I’m using the laptop and there pops up a blue screen that says something happened and the computer was not able to work properly and the laptop refused to shutdown on its own. I literally had to allow the battery to drain in order for this thing to shut down.I paid hundreds extra for non existent premium service from these people. They clearly have flaws in their system since thousands of people have the same issue, yet they refuse to fix it. When you Google either of my problems you will see so many forums on it and these forums go back for years. And Dell just will not fix the issues apparently. I should not be having an issue that someone had from 2015, now six years later. PLEASE TRUST ME WHEN I SAY, DO NOT GET A DELL. YOU WILL PULL YOUR HAIR OUT WITH ALL THE PROBLEMS THEY HAVE!I Bought a MacBook in 2012 and I had that MacBook until I accidentally spilled water on it in 2019. It NEVER gave me issues. I had an Acer (never gave me issues) before that because the DELL laptop my dad got me suddenly stopped working. I assumed it was just old but now I know it was just Dell! So I then made the egregious mistake of purchasing another Dell laptop. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! I will never make that mistake again. Dell got me twice but they will not get me again. This laptop has been a waste of thousands of dollars. It is extremely unreliable especially if you work from home and absolutely need your computer to work at all times. Save yourself the hassle and stress and get yourself a MacBook or pretty much any any other laptop other than DELL. At this point I buy a brand I’ve never heard of before I get another Dell. Before you buy, google the issues I had and you will see random people with the same issues going back years and Dell still has not addressed them. Spend the money and get yourself a Mac. If you’re on a budget, go for a HP or an Acer. Steer clear of Dell.

Absolutely horrible. The website didn't register my full address, so I called back in to resolve it. So quickly in fact that they had not even begun to work on the order. I was told I could not change the address. And had to wait until it shipped. Then it shipped and I called and talked to barely understandable person one after another. Finally after 1 rep had me on hold for 48 mins, he tells me he got it sorted and I would hear from a logistics person. Never did. This was a present for my kid. My entire family will never buy a single dell product, nor will my work, or anyone else that I can reach and tell this too. And considering I've got the 5 emails from your useless customer service staff to prove the validity of my claims, I'd love to see dell try to challenge it. Ridiculous. Please, save yourself Massive suffering. Shop elsewhere.Update: it gets worse. 38 contacts back and forth in I still have no device. It went to the wrong address and was stolen. I filed police reports and they sent out a replacement. Supposedly next day delivery. That was Dec 11th. It's now the end of Dec 19th.... no device. It's lost again. This was my kids present. Dell is literally the worst place ever to shop. Please heed my story people. Even their sales are not worth this. Seriously.
Review of crocoblock
Despite the terrible war going on, the help desk did a great job helping us! I have deep respect for that, because there are more important things than a problem with a website. And if the helpdesk makes time for you and solves your problem, then you can only have deep respect for them. The people of Crocoblock have their heart in the right place. I hope for their sake that Putin's invasion will come to an end very soon and that he will be put on trial for his war crimes.Power to Ukraine!
