I would give them a negative

I would give them a negative, if I could. Bottom line 20+ yrs as a customer finally moved to T-mobile about a year ago. I cut my bill literally in half. Best decision ever. But AT&T is not done with me. I tried to turn on one of my old phones. They are trying to get $500 for a watch line which they say has to be turned off separately. The charged me 75 a month for close to 6 mo and included late fees. What a ripoff? Run away, far away from this corrupt company. Never received so much as a notice regarding this.

Do not use Venmo!!

Do not use Venmo!!! I opened an account today so someone could send me money. I then linked my bank account and debit card to my account so I could transfer the money. Now Venmo had frozen my account "because of suspicious activity". The only thing that was done on the account is I tried to transfer the money to MY bank account. They even verified the account through Plaid. How is this suspicious activity? They now tell me they have 3-5 business days to review it. It is December 18. I am just trying to have Christmas. HOW CAN THEY LEGALLY DO THIS????Don't give them the chance to do this with your money.

NEVER PAYThe only way is to call a ***** call centre somewhere in Nigeria. I'm not joking. The line is impossible to hear almost. They won't cancel your account until you sit through a 5 minute sales pitch about why you should be subscribing. Literally had to have every single benefit listed out to me 'to cancel my account.'Absurd. I feel bad for the poor goons who have to read out this droll (although I will say whoever was speaking on my phone was very committed and very polite, just incredibly stubborn about selling me the service). Evil editorial, evil greedy company.

Don't bother chatting online....won't…

Don't bother chatting online....won't get anything accomplished. Waited 40 minutes on phone and associate hung up on me a couple minutes into conversation and had to start all over again....which lasted another hour. Finally decided to get refund on game I purchased and will be switching to Xbox and hopefully have better customer experience and shorter wait time...

Spotify is absolutely amazing and free. The App is incredible. Just want to thank them for providing such a platform which gives such joy. It’s rare. I do not pay for premium but listen to their music daily. It’s an incredible service. Thank you Spotify!

Have been an Amex customer for 43 years, through good and bad times. After my 2 hour multiple person experience this morning, it is clear to me what the reviews I'm reading have been saying, it's time to move on. I will be ending this relationship this year. I am totally tired of their website not recognizing me. They keep telling me it takes time and guess what we are all living on borrowed time. They don't recognize me on their website...after 43 years! And not one person at Amex can tell me why. I can explain it in one word(?) AI. This will be the end of business in this country. When I was in school they repeatedly told me that looking for a shortcut as a means to an end was a fool's errand. Good luck Amex with your AI from one customer who has brought you thousands of dollars in business, and you may miss when I am gone. Also, one other thing, when you have called and spent hours with multiple agents, having someone say calm down DOES not reduce the frustration, it exacerbates it, making things worse and steeling resolve.

I bought a chandelier that never arrived

I bought a chandelier from a company called Zhongshan Lifan Lighting Technology Co, which ia an Alibaba verified company and I paid through Alibaba to confirm that my light fixture would be delivered. I ordered light in November, 2024 and it was supposed to deliver in February. It is still not here. I submitted a dispute to Alibaba and they just keep sending me emails to submit evidence that I did not receive. Be very careful buying from Alibaba or any of the suppliers.
