Dispute wrongful results

I dispute 2 hard inquiries for Bank of America and chase bank. And Experian removed 5 of my credit cards with good standing. My credit score when down for utilization because I just have 2 credit cards now. Experian reported fraud to Bank of America and chase bank and they closed all my credit cards account 18.000$ in credit. When I tried to call Experian for many hours and many times. They said they can’t do anything for me. So they flap my credit history for ever. Ty Experian

I run Wordfence on all of my WordPress sites!!!

I run Wordfence on all of my WordPress sites to keep them safe. I cannot safe enough good things about their software, it has kept my site from being infected with malware several times and it has found changed files that an attacker tried to do. Great product! 5 Stars!

Reviews Are Important to Check!

I don't know if it is the company or that I just chose the right person to take care of our cats. There was a fairly wide variety of sitters to choose from and after having the first one I chose decline to come to my house, I found Morgan R. The reviews from other customers were positive and encouraging. My daughter used Rover.com in Nashville, TN and found a lovely, compassionate sitter for her dog, so I was confident in their reliability.

How do you get in touch with Facebook?

At the beginning of October, whilst away on holiday, I received an email from Facebook, asking if I had changed my email address and my phone number on my account. I had not done this and told them so. There was an option to click on if I thought my account had been hacked, so I clicked on this, as it was obvious that it had been. I was then asked to enter my password, which I did on my mobile phone, since I did not have my computer with me on holiday. This immediately aroused suspicion with them because I rarely use my phone to access my account whilst at home. I was asked to enter a code which was emailed to me very quickly but, having entered the code, I was then asked to enter a second code, which they were sending to my phone, but it did not arrive for several hours so, when I entered this code, I was told that I had waited too long to enter the code and I was directed back through the whole process again - emailed code, which came in seconds, followed by another code to my phone, which took hours - again I was told I had waited too long! On my return from holiday, I started up my computer to see that I had several Facebook notifications, so I tried to view these but found that I had been had been 'temporarily' locked out of my account while they 'carried out their investigations' into the matter. Now I have been told by a friend that my old account is ' unavailable at the moment', so it seems to have been closed down. I don't think much of Facebook, but I use it to keep in touch with my daughter and grandchildren, who all live at the other end of the UK from me, several of my old school friends and also my brother and sister-in-law, who live in New Zealand . Because we all lead busy lives, it is not always possible to use the phone to keep in contact, so it has been quite distressing to keep receiving notifications about people's posts, which I cannot log in to read. I eventually had to set up a new account but, because I couldn't get into my old account, I was unable to message friends to tell them about the change, so I then had to search for everyone who was on my friends list to send them a friend request. It was not that easy to do this, as there were many people listed with similar names but, when I eventually found the account of someone and tried to send them a friend request, I was told that I could not send them a request because I 'don't know them'! I was advised to message these people directly to ask them to send a request to me but several people didn't respond because they weren't convinced that it was really me! If I happened to have phone numbers, it was easy enough to text them and explain, but I just don't have numbers for most of those on my friends list. Over the last 7/8 weeks I have kept trying to log into my old Facebook account, even having to send Facebook a copy of my Passport to prove my identity, which they accepted by email, but I am still unable to access my old account because they send me email verification codes, followed by another code sent by SMS, but these texts continue to take HOURS to arrive and I don't always have the time to watch for a message to arrive so that, when it does, I am told I have taken too long! On a number of occasions I have also been told that I had been locked out from trying to log into my account because, I was entering details 'too fast'! As a trained touch-typist with a speed of 70+ words a minute, it is normal for me to type fast! Having had my ID accepted from my passport details, I do wonder why it is taking Facebook so long to investigate, when I have done everything they have asked of me, and they are apparently still 'investigating' but how do you get in touch with them? I have also tried clicking on the option to 'recover your account', but that has been unavailable since 6th October - What are those people doing?

Zero Stars!!!!! Facebook's AI temporarily blocked me for no reason!!! We all know there is no customer support so there is no way to contact them about failed attempts exhibit my artwork to my followers. There is a reason for the 1.3 rating. Worst social media out there but I have to keep it due to family connections!!!!

I had been a top level Holiday Inn/IHG Member since 1997. For years I would get letters at the end of the year stating I was in their top 5%. Then I noticed the good locations they had switching to another brand or closing altogether. Then, the points program, which was then the best by far, is now average at best. Harder to get points, and takes more points to use at locations that are generally less attractive than the other brands. Along with this, I have encountered scams for baseball tickets, no refunding points if you check out early. So I changed to another brand as my primary. You would think when someone goes from 100+ nights a year to less than 10, a phone call or letter would be sent to find out why but there was nothing. Other than the aggressive vacation club tactics, much better on points accrual and the actual locations to use. I did keep IHG for a secondary hotel for years, but I found out the 47K points I spent on gift cards is now lost when the cards didn't show up and IHG takes no responsibility. So yesterday I have cancelled my membership, giving up substantial amount of points so there is no risk I will not feel tempted to book with them again. There didn't seem to be any REAL concern as to why I was closing my account after almost 30 years, I can see why there rating is so low

Shocking experience, even worse customer service

Shocking experience, even worse customer service. Absolutely appalling company, they can’t work out what’s a counterfeit from a genuine item.I joined Depop several weeks ago to find another selling option for a few of my genuine designer items. As a highly experienced collector, buyer and seller for more than 40 years, both in a shop setting and online with an exemplory reputation for selling authentic items. I was encouraged to sell and decided to list 8 authentic bangles that l have owned for years and purchased in the original designer store myself, 2 sets of 4 bangles, sold individually, so I listed 8 pieces - each bangle shown with clearly photographed authentication marks, and had my account immediately suspended for apparently selling counterfeits.There were supposedly messages in the account that explained why, but l was locked out and couldn’t read them. Responses to appeal emails sent to them were replied to with little more than automated answers saying to re-appeal and then finally a day or so I was told their decision was final with no further appeals allowed.l do not possess a single counterfeit, never have, never would, to be accused of this is deeply offensive. They need to turn their attention to unquestionable counterfeits that can be found, not authentic items. Their Customer services team seem do not actually read, understand or reply to my comments or seeming believe a single word, or care less.I have never experienced the appalling treatment that has been dished up to me, it seems to have become some sort of vendetta, I have no desire to sell with them again, and judging by the appalling reputation they have on here, I think it’s pretty obvious I’m not alone - beware!

My samsung TV is broken in 2 years. Samsung told me they have everything they need to issue refund, I don't know why they keep delaying it, it's been more than a month. They don't sound legit; they only text me, and the number I can't call them back, they told me they don't have a number to call; the texts they sent with different name each time; they said they are located in the Dominican Republic. I never had such a worst experience. Cotsco shouldn't do business with them. I'll find a way to do a review to let the public know about this scam-like service.

It is concerning to hear from employees in banking fraud departments that dealing with unauthorized charges from Yelp is a common occurrence. Additionally, my research revealed that many other customers have reported similar experiences, indicating a troubling pattern of behavior.I also noticed that Yelp appears to filter reviews in a way that highlights negative feedback while prioritizing positive reviews, particularly for those who pay for advertising. This practice raises further concerns about the integrity of their platform.This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I want others to be aware of my experience. An unwanted subscription

I suddenly discovered I had a subscription to Scribd which I didn't want and never knowingly signed up for. Presumably I got hooked when I was looking for some article and arrived at the Scribd website, and then like so many others failed to see what buttons needed to be pressed to avoid being signed up. When I approach Scribd to terminate this unwanted subscription, I receive meaningless repetitive questions from a computer. This is a bad experience and I still can't see how to terminate the subscription.- DavidSequel: Invited to contact their support team, I did so, and got into a meaningless sequence of exchanges with a computer which was no help. There seems no way to simply request termination of the membership. I'm therefore requesting it here: Sribd, please cancel my membership. And please confirm that you've done so.
