I cannot recommend this company any less, and I am recovering Optimum customer, so that is saying something. While the service itself, in terms of speed and coverage, and the device itself, a pixel 4a, were perfectly nice, their customer service is APPALLING. Endless billing issues, and I mean endless. From a double charge to promised credits that were never applied to a promise of not being charged since I had credits and being charged anyway, their lack of proper customer service is so bad it is almost comical. The customer service agents are beyond clueless, put you on endless holds while they "check their resources." and the only way to get to a supervisor is to wait 24-48 hours for them to email you back. Yes, EMAIL. Their supervisors do not even have the ability to SPEAK ON A PHONE.Trust me, stay far away from Google Fi. When a company literally promises you IN WRITING that they will not charge your card and then charge your card anyway, that is not a company I want to deal with.

We joined Google fi for three people and my son couldn't be sent an invite to our plan because of a Google fi malfunction. They told him to open up his own account and as soon as they figure it out they'll merge the accounts and he won't be charged. Cut to the present and we figured out how to merge the accounts with no help from them and he is being charged. Utterly horrible customer service

I use Duolingo in addition to Spanish classes and reading, but I'm considering dropping it. I pay for it. Their support told me that paying customers get the same value for money whether using a laptop or mobile phone. This is simply not true. Paying customers are still forced onto mobile phones, despite paying for the privilage of not being advertised at. I do not see the benefit. I am posting this review as it seems to be the only way of getting Duolingo to repair the problem.

I received a bill in the mail 2 weeks before it is due. The bill includes threating verbiage warning me of problems with not paying the bill online. The online registration process isn't working. I called and was bounced around for 30 minutes with NO resolution. This is the worst banking experience I believe I've ever had. Avoid this unprofessional business and go elsewhere~

Love Amazon Prime Video and Music... I switched away from Pandora and Spotify.... I'm still using Netflix and Hulu, but now that we've cut the cord on Cable and such, Amazon Prime Video is the perfect complement. Keep it up Amazon.

When ever order online my order ALWAYS GET CANCELLED THEY CANT TELL YOU WHY IT WAS CANCELLED OR WHY THEY DIDNT NOTIFY YOU OF THE CHANGE . BUT I CAN SEE ON MY CREDIT CARD THEY CHARGE ME FOR THE ORDER. WHEN I CALLED THE REP COULD NOT FIND MY ORDER EITH THE ORDER NUMBER PROVIDED TO ME. THEY GAVE ME A COMPLETE DIFFERENT ORDER NUMBER TOOK THE REP 30 MINUTES TO FIND MY ORDER TO TELL ME THEY CANCELLED IT AND FOR ME TO PAY AGAIN IF I WANT THE PURCHASE. I will NEVER SHOP AT MACY'S AGAIN!!!
