About three days ago I logged into my account to find that hundreds of emails were missing from my inbox and thousands of emails were missing from my send files (Every email I sent during the entire year of 2022 is missing, excluding six.) I did not delete these, they are just gone. I called customer service and they told me to go online and request to restore the emails. I did and, while some of the emails have returned, I still am missing the entirety of my sent emails from 2022. I have spoken to numerous customer services representatives and none of them can connect me to anyone who can restore the missing emails, nor explain why they went missing. I see from online complaints that the disappearance of emails has been a frequent bug for yahoo since early in 2021. All customer service reps keep telling me is they can only restore if the issue has occurred within a 7- day window, but most servers are purged on a monthly timescale and, frankly, nothing is ever truly gone when it comes to the internet.

eBay deserve 5 stars + but I have had to complain on many occasion's due to the lousy couriers they allow who many abuse, delivery contracts and just dump items where they are easily stolen.eBays reputation is starting to suffer and as the home e-commerce industry explodes, they may eventually lose many of their customers to Amazon due to appalling deliveries.Its not eBay but they need to address this soon.

WORST CUSTOMER SVC EXP WITH INDIA TEAMTech customer support is so bad it’s laughable. The call got through, but there was no response from the other side. When the person finally spoke, her pathetic excuse was “can’t hear me”. And after I said a sentence, she immediately hung up without saying a word. Rudest service ever, please look into your India service team

Their customer service department for the online orders is terrible. I placed an order on their website and clicked the Paypal link to pay for it. The paypal payment was authorized by Paypal but not accepted by Ulta so it appeared as a temporary payment authorization. I called Ulta and Paypal. Paypal said the money was waiting there for them. All they had to do was accept my payment on their end to complete the order. After talking with three separate customer service techs and a supervisor I was told they couldn't accept my payment. That paypal was mistaken and it didn't go through. I asked them to cancel my order re-enter it so I could pay with my debit card. They said they couldn't. I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for the current order to close before I could re-order my stuff. I asked the supervisor to put me through to their tech support for their website and she said they don't take outside calls. I told her she needs to report this occurrence because this is ridiculous. So basically they can't take orders over the phone, they can't cancel, update, or alter orders in any way. This is ridiculous!

I was paying £45+ a month for a business membership and wondered... what am I paying for? I hardly ever use it, I'm not looking for a job, I don't want to be cold calling. So I kicked back about rates and by some magic it dropped to £25 which I thought was tolerable. Then 2 months later it went back up again with no notification, I didn't notice for a few months but was very annoyed so now I'm back down to Free. Bye Bye.
