I am using Todoist for a number of years and is becoming more and more unreliable with many unfixed bugs. Really so many bugs and the worst of all is that nobody fixes them even though they close the raised tickets! Although the customer support responds relatively in an ok timeframe, there is usually no successful resolution of the issues raised. More than 10 issues I raised are still unresolved and I have not received any meaningful update. Also, many features are half-baked such as the location reminder feature that can only be assigned to yourself although for other reminders you can assign them to other people. Literally, so many things are wrong, that is a waste of time to report them as they will never get fixed.

Absolutely horrible experience with kracken. Slowest app ive ever used. Spent half hour trying make a buy today that nvr happened. Bought on coinbase canada in 5 mins. Extremely high fees, especially $10 etransfer fee. Done with them forever!No thank you on further feedback or looking into it further. Ive complained before and received zero satisfaction ever. Just done. Good bye Kracker!

I was sent an email for my birthday offering a free trial for a month to commemorate it. I was instead charged immediately. I contacted customer service and was told my account was not an "eligible returning account" since I had cancelled my subscription less than a year prior. Why send the email to an ineligible account? And how would I know the terms of eligibility, since they weren't stated or linked?Customer service did at least give me a refund, but the experience has me quite against the idea of ever considering the thought of returning to Hulu again. After all, this was questionably false advertising.

The site is a waste of time and money. They closed my account without speaking to me and emailed me indicating I used their site to recruit employees! This is not true at all. Customer service is a joke. As a professional that works with seniors I will gladly spread the word to colleagues to not waste time and money with this site. Aside from this, I was able to help a household interview 2 amazing caregivers and the family hired them. The family had nothing but positive reviews for those 2 ladies. The other caregivers from the site were no shows with families, lied about availability, or were unprofessional. I have encouraged adult children and spouses of seniors to check out the site as well as helped those that are not computer savvy hire caregivers from the site. I work in a role where people are seeking help and guidance. I have never hired anyone from care.com for my company nor paid a caregiver. Never again will I refer anyone to this site as a resource for seniors. The senior community deserves better than investing in this site. I have since found another resource and have a call scheduled to ensure they are truly in the business of helping others vs taking payments, poor communication, and having a site consisting of individuals that over promise and under deliver. To actually be able to schedule a call to talk about the needs of seniors is already a plus in my book.

The ENFOLD theme can really be anything you want it to be. The built-in Advanced Layout Builder makes it so easy to build the pages any way you want it was actually surprising. My old theme from almost a decade ago required clunky short codes and the design flow seemed broken...not great for a visual person. ENFOLD allows you to design how a creative person would design, and there's lots of info on YouTube and in the forums to help learn how to set things up.

Do not use them!! Customer service is shocking. Buyer decided wanted to return my item, I informed depop was away so couldn't accept return until back. The item was returned and left out in the rain and destroyed. The worst part is depop ignore your emails and refuse to help. Terrible service. Would urge everyone to stay away and use another site.
