Twilio's customer service is absolutely abhorrent! For as big of a company as they are, they don't have live people to talk to so you're really at the mercy of some faceless person who decides if they want to reply to you and how long to take to reply. Those people are absolute morons. I am literally wondering if I'm even communicating with actual people. Every time I reply to the rep that takes over the communication (different people), I receive a generic "automated" email that literally asks me to address or answer questions I've already addressed! And there's no way to ask for a supervisor because the other morons are completely worthless. It's absolutely unbelievable how this company is being run.

No matter what device I use to access my library of photos, it takes FOREVER to load the photos! Some times I can't even see the images! Plus the fact that I cannot use my remaining images if I go into a new month and I miss a payment is so wrong.

Never ever use Expedia!!!!!!!We booked a holiday which was a flight and hotel. Only to realise 2 days before departure that the hotel was on a different island to the airport with a 9 hour ferry ride between! The hotel came up as a suitable hotel when we confirmed the flight! Expedia will not except any responsibility even though no where are you alerted to the problem. We can not get a refund for the flight. So we are left out of pocket or spend thousands more to book a hotel on the same island! Beware you can not email Expedia as they have no email address and the only person you can speak to just parrots off the same thing over and over again. In this instance the airlines policy. But it isn't the airlines fault it is totally Expedia's. I feel totally let down and wish you you could leave a minus star review.

If I could give it zero I would. I have been a loyal customer to asos for years, but this week I have never been so disappointed in a service. I paid for next day delivery for last Wednesday, DPD ran off before I even got to the door, so Saturday I went to the post office to collect it wasn’t there. I called DPD they said they didn’t have it it should be there post office people said it wasn’t. DPD said I needed to speak to ASOS. ASOS have been what I can only describe at shocking! They emailed Saturday saying they needed 48 hours. Monday I messaged they said they needed 3 days. Bearing in mind I’m having communication via their virtual team and via email I have proof of all of it. Their english is broken it is so hard to understand and spelling mistakes and grammar in what they are saying. I chatted yesterday at 8pm and they said it wasn’t 3 days when it was and that I would need to message back in the morning for a resolution. I did and they have said I need to wait another 3 days. They have changed the goal post TWICE. It is not my fault they have lost the parcel, it’s a large amount of £240. I will never shop at ASOS again.

Er for 4 dage siden blevet gjort opmærksom på at tv midt vest egen kanal er licens betalt og dermed gratis udover skatten. Der bliver ikke sendt reklamer og indslag om diverse sportudøvrre som har flækket en negl eller er blevet solgt osv. 😃👍 jeg glæder mig simpelthen sådan hver dag til og set det. Jeg vil ikke give 3 flade øre for tv2 programmet, som alle bare er genudsendelser på demens niveau. Simpelthen så skønt at blive gjort opmærksom på, jeg sidder lige og overvejer kraftigt og melde mig ind i jeres støtte forening 😍🥰🥰 tusind tak for fantastisk dejligt tv

Excellent customer service from Redbubble. I ordered my t-shirt as a 3xl as I am normally a size 16-18 but it was far too big for me. Redbubble gave me a voucher to purchase another t-shirt free of charge and I didn't have to send the original one back. My new one is a perfect fit and it's good quality and comfortable. Very happy with my purchase and I will use Redbubble again.

Shame on Macy’s for not having the Customer Service line up and running for help with customers online orders. This is unacceptable for a huge company regardless of the pandemic if they are allowing customers to purchase online orders then someone should be helping out with problems especially if they are sending out notifications that orders are being shipped and customers are not receiving the items ordered. Phone calls can be done remotely SMH with disgust.

beware if you use their card, when i got scammed they didn't let me file for transaction dispute, they wasted my time for hours on their hotline, and then ended up doing nothing, their agents won't understand you, they won't help you, they will hang up on you, so good luck using their card
