Hiren has a very casual style to him and I appreciate that. He was quick to laugh and was very respectful in asking if it was OK to put me on a hold. We had some hiccups along the way, but he was able to get with the higher-ups and handle the issue.

As it is listed on investing we went ahead with brokers station , full information was not provided and almost all of my trade profit was taken over by brokers station. Absolutely terrible. Signed up for a year when I was pregnant with my daughter had my 1 year old. Ended up needed a back surgery and literally unable to leave the house, needless to say didn't think they were auto renewing the year service as well. Never used a sitter once, now that im 2 kids in deep, a broke back and lost a job yeah that several hundred hurts. Thanks for helping out with the auto renewal over 300$ better left a tree.

My business website, piazzas-pinecone.com, was invaded by the pharmacy hack. I bought and installed Wordfence Premium, ran the scan, and poof -- it found five malicious files. I cleaned or removed them, and the problem vanished completely (other than in search engine memory.) Thank you so much.

My onboarding experience wasn't the best if I am being totally honest. The gentleman seemed pleasant enough and he kept asking me if I was ok to continue which was nice, but I just really struggled to understand him fully. It seemed quite rushed and I kept asking him to repeat things slowly, sometimes I had to ask him to repeat things two or three times. I seemed to learn more by playing about with it on desktop than I did on the on boarding session.

I understand that there was a $10 fee for Holidays but it was not disclosed it was “$10 per person.” I bought one ticket that included 2 people, and it was stated “$10 fee for holidays.” I ended up paying $20, which ultimately ended up basically being close to full price of a normal ticket.

Extremely disappointed. I contacted support about serious issues with my portfolio images being cropped and compressed, making my design work look unprofessional. I explained everything clearly, shared a YouTube video, and followed all guidelines.Over 10 days, I was passed between at least 5 people (Pratik, Ubaid, Owen, Zaid, and Supervisor Miles). None of them solved the issue. They repeated generic copy-paste replies, ignored my actual questions, and stalled for days. Even after compressing and uploading the video as requested, they claimed there was “nothing new to offer.”I paid for Seller Plus for faster, dedicated support — but I was ignored, dismissed, and left without a solution. This has cost me time, credibility, and trust in the platform.If you’re a visual freelancer who cares about quality and support: avoid Fiverr.

I have been a customer of AOL for over 20 years with relatively good performance. In the last 15 days I have experienced the worst customer service experience from AOL in comparison to any computer service (commercial or personal) I have ever had. I have been totally locked out of my email accounts. Just when you think it is working it goes out again again. Customer services has stooped answering support calls and refers you to a help screen that is no help. I believe the company might loose a lot of customers over this radical change in customer service and product reliability if improvements are not made soon.

Bought FM24 on the xbox site for my husband. It goes into the game pass collection the day it's released (I had no idea it was going to). Cost me over £40, requested a refund and they refused as they claimed I had 'reached my refund limit' (1 I haven't claimed a refund for anything 2 how the hell can a shop set a limit on refunds?!) I'm absolutely astounded. No way on earth I'm spending another penny on that heap of junk.

I migrated over to Squarespace from GoDaddy because I wanted to design a better website and they have a very good design interface and its supported by lots of training videos on linkedin and youtube. The support is not very good though, unless you like going round in circles clicking links to FAQs and guides on their website, then if you dont find the answer you have to go to a chat bot which spurts out some scripted responses, then you get to a human - maybe or just another advanced bot and have to wait in a queue to get to the human operator. Wheras GoDaddy has a brilliant phone support team, so in retrospect I wont stay with Squarespace, I will deisgn my website, getting it looking great and then move it back over to GoDaddy. I have a feeling I will have to get my site recreated when I move back to GoDaddy and then I can find a webdesigner to replicate my design. They say the customer service is award winning, not my experience compard to GoDaddy.
