Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Zero ability to contact a live person. If you happen to make an incorrect selection and call back, their system will just hang up on you. Disgusting. Only a company as big as this one could get away with treating their customers so terribly.

The website is misleading and says 1-2 days express delivery, what they fail to mention is the 5-8 business days to process the order. I was then told they ship from within the UK, this was also a lie as they were seemingly dispatched from the Netherlands. I’ve been given multiple days where one item should have arrived and it hasn’t, it’s now been over 2 weeks. They ship with UPS which is horrendous as they don’t seem to deliver at all or they say they will and just keep you waiting and waiting. One item I ordered said it would be delivered a few days ago and it hasn’t been, I didn’t even get a tracking number for that one. Logitech have marked both the orders “completed” but they aren’t complete as I don’t have either products. I’ve now had to open PayPal disputes because both Logitech and UPS have terrible customer service. Avoid avoid avoid. If you want to be scammed for 2 weeks and strung along and still not get your product, go ahead and order from them. If you want it next day or at least within a few days, order from literally anywhere else. This is shockingly bad customer service for a company that has usually been held with such high standards within the gaming community. It’s a shame really, but Logitech and Astro are sadly going downhill now. I’ll stick to steelseries products from now on. Even ordering their products elsewhere… if anything goes wrong with them, I have zero faith that they’d help me solve the problem in a timely manner after this experience.

I have a laptop under warranty with a broken screen (my fault). After calling in and opening a ticket I'm told the repair folks will call me back within 24 hours to tell me how much and how long. What they should have said was within 24 hours not including the weekend (I opened the ticket mid-day Friday). Instead I wait for a call all day Saturday and only find this out on Sunday when I call. Typical Dell non-customer support. The only way to make them respond and do what they should do is to light them up on BBB. The last time I did I had calls and email within a day and finally got what I paid for. Ridiculous but effective.

OMG, what a loser company, wish I could give zero stars.On 12/13/24, I ordered Estee Lauder face cream for my daughter, the free gift that was included had something very specific in it that I wanted and received confirmation of the order via email right away. On 12/14/24, I received another email stating that my order was "ready to go". I was charged $67.35 at that time despite the website's statement, "You will not get charged for any items until they're shipped..." Shipper was noted as OnTrac and a tracking # included. First mistake was that the company took my money immediately, even though the order had not been shipped. The shipment was due to arrive 12/23/24, but when it did not arrive, I emailed Ulta that day to request an update. Zero response until I called Customer Service for an update on 12/26/24. I find out that that the gift bag is no longer is available, that they could start a new order to get me the cream. Unbelievable, the worst service from any company I've ever encountered. I asked how they could compensate me for the loss of not having access to my money for more than two weeks. The response is sorry, sorry, sorry. I will be vigilant and monitor my account for the refund, which is not immediate. It will have been three weeks that Ulta had my money and I did not. Is that not theft, holding my money in their account when I have nothing?What a saga, but between phone and email, a waste of my time. How can they compensate me for that?Bottom line, I am shocked at how poorly run this company is, lousy customer service, not one person emailed or called or texted to let me know that my order had not been shipped. And they kept my money. This company should pay close attention to the numerous negative reviews on TrustPilot and do better. I will never shop there again.Maybe I'll change my review of Ulta if they offer me something for the grave inconvenience I've been made to suffer (no Estee Lauder for my daughter on Christmas), loss of access to my money for three weeks, and an entire time sink dealing with the company. Ulta--hope you're reading this and can make it right with me.
