LAST WEEK MY VIBER LOCATION HAD GONE LIKE MANY OTHERS I WAS SO ANGRY AS THIS HAS BEEN MY FAVOURITE APP FOR YEARS LETTING ME KNOW MY FAMILY IS SAFE JUST BY SENDING A PICTURE FOR FREE AND LETS ME KNOW THERE SAFE WHERE THEY SHOULD BE I SENT MANY COMPLAINTS TO VIBER TODAY I UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED AND I GOT MY LOCATION BACK WHEN SENDING THE MESSAGE I AM SOOOOO HAPPY I COULD CRY THANK U THANK U THANK U VIBER M X
A few days ago I wrote a complain review here for an useless Viber customer’s service. Yesterday I got an apologies email and they did fix my viber. I called my mom today and she heard me very well on the other end. So thank you to the viber customers service! I am giving a good review for a good international call apps.
I bought a subscription plan on Viber store, but unable to see it on my Viber APP. Tried to contact customer support for more than 2 days. Just got a standard answer that "Our records show that you already have an open case. I added the information you have provided here to the existing one.There is no need to submit any further tickets – we’ll be in touch with you as soon as possible."
Fantastic support! I had some trouble with verification on my iPad so I turned to Viber support. As it's a free app I did not expect any high level quality support but wow! They replied very quickly and I got to communicate with the same representative every time. She was very nice, helpful and thorough and solved my problem. I was pleasantly surprised by this level of service :-)
