Quick and informative help!

I had a complicated problem with the installation of Viber for desktop and their support helped me out only within hours of my contact to them, very grateful for their service!

I recommend anyone having problem to use their Twitter account as i found out i t speeds the process!

Very nice messenger with minor bugs

Viber is very nice and handy. A great messenger and a wonderful substitute for any other one. The only drawback I can mention is that Viber has once started to substitute any contacts I had with the name of one person. So I had a ton of dialogues with the same person and I could not know who was writing to me. But the problem vanished after reinstalling the app.

VIBER HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Viber "disabled access codes for both my cell and home phone numbers" They can't explain why and can't fix it. Incompetent service reps who don't seem to have any concern about Viber's brand!

Wow!

It simply does as promised - with more services added almost daily!
I referred Viber to all family and friends and use it to call relatives that are overseas - it always does the job - well!

Great App

I installed the Viber app a few years ago because I needed an alternative to S**** - and it functions far better than its competition - and allows true high quality voice and text messages - including many humorous "stickers" to any and all phones. A true "must have" app!
And Israeli!!!
