I purchased a laptop on 26th December 2019 and all was fine for 11 months. On 3rd December 2020 I cameto turn on the laptop and it would not start. I looked on line and did all the hints and tricks it suggested but still nothing. I then called Asus and they ran me through some similar things to try but still nothing. The advisor then said that as it was still under warranty, a courier would pick it up the next day and would take it to the repair center in Scotland.48 hours later I recieved an email from said repair centre saying that my laptop had been examined and WAS NOTincluded under warranty as the damage had been caused by 'a spillage'. This was accompanied by a grainy photo of the supposed innards of my laptop.This was a great surprise to me as no fluid of any kind had been near the unit. They stated that to repair would cost £425 (the laptop cost me £379 new!), or £45 to return it unfixed, or pay nothing and they would keep it!!!I called the advisors at the helpline and explained that no fluids had been the unit, they escalated it to second tier complaints.In the meantime I visited an independant repair centre in my home town of Rugby and told them the tale of events thus far. They said it was a case of the small man against the big company, but they actually laughed when i showed them the image I had been sent of the supposed 'spillage' damage. They said the photo was amateur quality and they I should reply asking for clearer 'proof' that this was even indeed my laptop. i did this but got no reply.After a couple of attempts I called asus again to demand that someone talk to me on the phone. They said it would not be possible to speak to someone directly in complaints, or even talk to a manager and that they did not even have phone numbers for their own complaints department! - This is completely ridiculous! - I was told that all i could do was to write a letter to asus head office, which I did in late December. I have heard NOTHING, and am still without a laptop, have lost all my files, folders, music and photos.ALSO - as i pointed out in my letter to them, I have home insurance and had I have spilled something on the laptop (which I did not), then I would have just claimed new for old and not sent it off into the ether to then get a bill for £425!!Do not buy Asus. Buy anything other than Asus, I feel swindled, conned and more than a tad upset at the whole affair.ALSO - have since tried to locate a phone number for asus head office uk and the onelisted on line does not even connect!

The most expensive was 4 € and for all three books, the shipping was more expensive than the books. At this stage, I haven't received anything yet, even if the first book should have been delivered last week. Obviously, this is going to be my first and last order and I am glad I did not buy anything expensive but only cheap books.

I am very pleased with the one-stop service capabilities of the Keap tool. I look forward to using all of the features with ease but as of right now, I still have trouble customizing the campaigns. The Covid19 pandemic has significantly impacted my ability to earn sufficient capital. When my business account did not have sufficient funds for one month’s payment, I called customer service for support. The representative I spoke with was able to assist me in paying my bill and got management support to lower my bill for a few months. I appreciate the company’s generosity and consideration for clients like me.

Horrible ad experience, excessively the same ones, too many ad breaks especially when compared to other streamers’ ad experiences. The whole layout is the worst too, great content library especially retro tv and movies is the only pro here. The simple experience of browsing through the libraries is laggy often even with great internet. Hulu started as an illegal streaming site it’s kinda ironic they’ve sold out the most when it comes to ads and everything. I’m completely fine with LBGTQ ads but there’s a noticeable excessiveness at times with certain ads being overtly sexual which I’m individually fine with but I know if I had a family and was a parent wouldn’t want ads catering towards certain casual hookup lifestyles for my kids (tinder etc.) And weirdly specific health/pharmaceutical ads that are just not what u want to be seeing when watching your entertainment lol. Show car ads, beer ads, education ads etc. Not politically charged agenda ads. You’re isolating your customer market by doing such things if that isn’t obvious.

A few months ago, I got hacked. They stole all of my passwords and more. Every website where I was logged in became inaccessible, but most of them responded promptly and assisted me as best as they could. However, when I attempted to contact Facebook support, I discovered that there was no live support available for a direct chat with a real person who could help me. Facebook only offers support through an "IF ... THAN" based system on a simple page where most solutions don't work completely or are just useless.Fortunately, when I got hacked, I had set up a backup email on my Facebook account. When I tried to recover my account through that email, I encountered a problem. Facebook gave me an error message stating, "You cannot use this feature at this time" :) ... I felt hopeless. However, when the hacker deleted my main email, I finally managed to regain access to my Facebook account through my backup account. I don't know how or why it worked, but I was able to recover my Facebook profile. The entire ordeal lasted about two months, during which I tried various methods to regain access to my account.

Charged me for a free 7 day trial even though I cancelled. Wouldnt actually process cancellation. Customer service is beyond useless. Told me I had a google play reciept which I do not. There is zero information on the charge I recieved. The charge did not show up on crunchyroll or google play at all. I had no cards connected to google play either. I still can't get a refund, I nuked my account. Worst experience witha streaming service EVER.

Have had WordFence Premium for a few years now and have been very satisfied with its performance. Recently it warned me that I had unknown WordPress files on my site (with a list of the files, all 751 of them). Contacted WordFence to see if they could provide any additional information. Learned that the files were probably do to something being done by the hosting company. Contacted the hosting company by email, no response after 24+ hours so entered a chat session. Hosting company support person said they weren't their files and could be deleted. I deleted the files and they just continued to come back. Contacted the hosting company support again asking to have someone contact me with an explanation and assistance in removing the files and after a week, no response. Per WordFence, they have seen this on 3 WordPress sites hosted by this company and they don't respond or address the problem. Time to switch to a new hosting company. In the meantime, 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up to WordFence and Phil who assisted me.

We ordered a sofa that was delivered on May 13th, and less than two months later it’s broken. You can see that the furniture is literally held together with staples, I can’t believe what a con this company is selling this kind of furniture. And no replacement because it’s been more than 30 days. Robbery.Update: I’ve received an email from Wayfair apologizing that I’ve misunderstood their return policy (seriously), and passing on contact information for the manufacturer (which doesn’t work). To clarify, I do understand the policy, I just find it dishonest and unfair considering the quality of the products they sell. A 30 day return policy is reasonable if the furniture being sold is of reasonable quality, but if you’re selling poorly made products from manufacturers that don’t have valid contact information that means Wayfair either isn’t doing their market research or doesn’t care. In either case, all the risk is passed onto the customer with no accountability for Wayfair. So thanks for getting in touch, but the one star review is more than warranted.

Terrible! I spent years getting my membership up to “platinum elite” for nothing! Their Guaranteed Room availability wasn’t honored, never got an upgrade and their customer service is a joke, even if you can understand their operators all the say is sorry but can never correct the problem. Do yourself a favor go with another loyalty program.
