Security personnel and Guest Service personnel were not doing their jobs and were standing around on their phones while arguments were breaking out and people were standing the entire game making it impossible to have a clear view of the football game. It was not enjoyable at all and with all the money spent it was truly a disappointment. People were standing in the isles making for a safety issue and no one able to watch the game. All this was going on while Guest service and security were standing there watching it happen. Like I said fights were getting ready to break out with a lot of cussing back and forth and nothing from security. I waisted my money and would rather watch it from him in peace

I purchased a NFL neon clock from the NFL Official shop (NFLshop.com) and was shocked. The website says it is official NLF merchandise but the clock gave no indication of that (very expensive for a generic clock). The wiring was secured by tape instead of wire nuts. The website says it is 75% metal and 25% neon but the clock was actually plastic colored silver. The clock face is hard cardboard that doesn't lay flat. To top it off, you can't contact via email. You can only connect by live chat and the person chatting with you disconnects in mid conversation. My order was not reflected in my orders under my account. The live chat didn't even to bother with that question. Overall, I am very disappointed in the NFL. Very high priced items at a very poor quality and very lousy support.

The support team is really good and everyone is always very eager to clarify the questions. I would especially like to mention Karin Schütte at this point. She is just great and no matter what request you have, she always clarifies everything! Above all, problems are solved quickly and efficiently. This makes dealing with MBO really fun. My 10 week old LG fridge freezer broke. Both LG Global and John Lewis & Partnershave decided to close ranks. One John Lewis employee told me I could have a replacement product by the end of next week if LG would give them an uplift number. LG have refused. The Engineer LG guaranteed would be out 24th Dec to repair the product cancelled and informed LG on two occasions. And LG chose not inform me. The engineer called me. So this leaves my family including my 2 year old daughter without a fridge freezer for the Christmas period, the first available slot being 6th Jan. All of our perishable food has been lost, including Our Christmas shop, hundreds of pounds lost, and LG and John Lewis believe this is an acceptable resolution.With a 2 year old daughter, I don't.They will not currently replace, or refund. If I had bought a PS5 and it stopped working, I would take it back to the store and a replacement or refund would be offered, but because this is a large they would not

Discord Support are incompetent, unprofessional and unable to carry out simple instructions. I have sent them a request to delete an old discord account of mine. After 3 days they still keep making excuses and failing to delete the account. They are wasting my time.
