If I could give this email service a 0 or - I would. Honestly I'm sure the service works fine....when the site decides to finally open after trying to load the site to sign in 6 times from 3 different computers. Most days it just never opens. It's 2018 and most days I can't even access my EMAIL from a laptop or computer. They had this figured out 20 years ago how is it that they've managed to screw it up this badly that on the third day I haven't been able to open the webpage to access my email account. I am so mad off I'm taking time to give this email a terrible review. I shouldn't have to spend 3 hours of trouble shooting to open a website.

Customer support is just a dead end here. They run of a script, ignore most of your questions, and will spam replay with pre typed responses. After two weeks I was able to get too someone that would answer some of my questions but they still have zero clue when a replacement headset will be sent out. I sent my headset in on 13Sept2021 and it is past the time frame they told me the replacement would ship. They literarily told me they don’t know and there is no way to find out. So let’s unpack that… the company openly is admitting that they have no clue how to track their logistics to give an estimated shipping date for a warranty replacement. That’s bad… Now I have been ghosted for the last two days. If you go on any Oculus Facebook groups you will see countless similar stories. I get it, CoViD… but if other companies can still provide support a company owned by FACEBOOK should be able to invest some money in supporting there customers.

It's ok as a quick supplement to more detailed learning.I use the free app which is a very short daily lesson.Even when I've practised that day, it sometimes claims I haven't - maybe the time difference between the USA and UK? A bit odd.And the animated characters eg giving a high five are a bit annoying even if jokey.The only colour I've been taught after about a year is pink!

Horrible experience DoorDash driver and customer support are useless/ fraudulent. I ordered food through BAM burgers and more website,on 16/06/2025.They sent my order through DoorDash delivery and the driver ate my food and reported as delivered.when I asked the driver,he said I should have to report it so that they will send me another one or refund me . I reported to both door dash customer support and BAM burgers and more. They said we will refund you wait for 5 to 7 business days.I did, but not refunded.So I called again and again no one is responding.

Bitdefender needs to learn how to RESPECT THE USER CHOICE, ffs. EVERY TIME I access a site, to get the popup for SafePay, and I have to click "NOT FOR THIS SITE" not once but THREE times to get it to go away. And next time I hit that same site, minutes later even, SAME THING. I SAID NO already. About ready to dump Bitdefender all together if they can't get their act together and STOP SPAMMING ME EVER SITE I VISIT. I don't want your damn SAFE PAY.

I only went here for the soda stream refill but I'd always grab some candy or a little something else while I was there. They don't carry soda stream refill anymore so I will never go to this store again. Nice knowing you guys. Enjoy closing!

I am writing as an author, editing Amazon listings.I am English and I do not speak French, so I'd first like to praise the language skills, both written and spoken, of the French Amazon staff. They understood my issue perfectly.Amazon France works exactly as you would hope it would, as it should. I only needed to contact them once, with a list of edits and they made all those edits immediately. The listings are now exactly as I'd hoped.I had an issue with erroneous categories and the staff member made the reasonable request that I look through their categories and inform her of which ones I'd like to use. Unfortunately I was unable to understand some of the categories and I informed her of this. Having dealt with the other Amazon sites, I really did not expect anything further, but the lady almost immediately contacted me and said that she had chosen some for me. She listed them and even provided translations and explanations!!!I cannot comment on their service in any other respect, but as regards their assistance for the makers of what they list, I rate them very highly indeed, beyond my expectation, a perfect service.

DO NOT buy product from this company. I ordered a webcam 5 days ago and still have not received my tracking info and when I call I am on the phone forever as I get passed on from person to person. If this is a real company Do Not buy product from them I am so pissed I did not buy from amazon I would have had it days ago but I did call my credit card company to let them know I got ripped off. This is a pathetic company and from all the other negative reviews I am right.

Sarah was our guide on our visit to Ostia Antica in Rome. Although this was a small group tour, we were the only people, so we had a private tour. She met us on time at the train station in Rome and we rode to the Ostia Antica stop. We spent the next 4 hours being guided around the site where she explained what the various structures were and how the people lived. She then accompanied us back to Rome and even showed us how to take the bus to the next attraction we planned to visit. Sarah was very knowledgeable; it was a great experience.

I placed an order with Ulta. I realized within ten minutes of placing my order that it had the wrong shipping address. I tried to correct the shipping address or cancel the order as soon as I realized it. I was told they could not do that, but the order would be undeliverable and returned to the store. They would then ship it to the correct address. It was shipped on November 6, 2020, and left outside the door on November 19, 2020 of the incorrect shipping address. They now refuse to resend the products or refund my monies. Even though it had my name on the shipment they are saying since I gave them the wrong address there is absolutely nothing they can do. What is even more amazing is they manage to get my bill to the correct address and their flyers of offers to buy their merchandise. This is by far the worst customer service I have received from any business. If you think they care about their customers you are sadly mistaken. I will never set foot in an Ulta again. This is an update to my original post. I verified with the receiving address that they did not accept the delivery from Ulta but the shipper did try to leave the parcel outside the door. He was caught and package was unaccepted and should have been marked undeliverable. I spoke directly to the person that refused the delivery and he said he remembers distinctly refusing the package because it was an attempted delivery from someone that does not normally deliver to that address.
