We refused to stay a single night of 6 at the accommodation we booked and ended up spending a significant amount of money at the last minute to avoid sleeping in our car. The advertised 2 bedroom condo on Oahu's north shore was really a bed in a living area and another bed in a unventilated alcove with a plastic curtain "door" The listing has now been changed to a 1 bedroom. The host's stuff was everywhere including rubbish and even a knee brace and salve medication in the drawers. Vrbo have been phoned and emailed 8 times since our stay and not responded once. Why do they exist if they try and palm everything on to the host (who thinks their condo is fantastic)? They were happy to take our money but have gone to ground when we needed help. They deserve their extremely low rating here. Avoid at all costs

The wait time for a representative was awful, 45 minutes. I only needed help logging into my account. Your web site isn't much better than your wait time.HOWEVER, London, the young lady who I was finally able to speak with was OUTSTANDING!!! Very Nice, Helpful, Patient and Kind.

I returned an item to staples in Glastonbury ct. Amazon said return is lost. I have return receipt from staples Glastonbury but Amazon is not crediting me for refund. Did a Staples or Amazon employee steal my return? I just want my refund due me but Amazon is saying they have to find the return. If I can buy from someone else but Amazon I will from now on.

No help at all. Attempted to cancel a subscription on my console but no subscription showed up under the menu. Somehow still charged for it. Unbelievably bad customer service felt like I was still talking to a robot. Didn’t give me any help and no refund despite it being their fault.

Woeful. Just woeful.Throughout a 2 hr movie there was an advert break every 5 minutes. Not only that but it was just a black screen. Then the movie rewinds 20 secs. This destroys any tension and linear storytelling. This site is not remotely interested in providing a service just making money. I will not be using again. Shut down.

I've been an Amazon customer in other parts of the world for years. Never had a complaint and issues were sorted amicably and very promptly.Amazon India is a whole different story. After a gap of a year renewed Prime shopping and do I regret it. My first 2 orders to my elderly parents, claim to be delivered but have not.First off...It was so difficult finding out how to contact Customer service. I emailed them but only received automated responses and the app would not load the online chat page.Customer service is a sham. They come across as sadistic! On one single live chat I was transferred to 7 different representatives and they were still not able to locate my orders. I requested for pictures confirming the delivery location, but was denied that too.I was given a Complaint Id but on follow up after a few days as instructed, was told the number did not exist. On my third attempt at contacting customer service via chat again, the representative was disgustingly patronising. Confirmed a refund in the chat and an email, promising the amount would be refunded within 4 hours. It's been 2 days with no refund in my wallet yet. I also emailed the Pay Grievances team but again was directed to Customer Service....twice.Such shame that Amazon India brings to an otherwise internationally reputed and reliable shopping experience.

If you use Youtube then you know what i'm talking about, literally everyone and their momma is sponsored by them and i'm tired of it.. like no I don't want to use your d*** site and no I don't care about some "use my code for a discount off of your first purchase" so f*** off 😂 Be nice if for once we weren't constantly bombarded by commercials and ads, they're every where soon they're gonna be beaming them into our brains while we sleep like on Futurama 😑 Fr tho squarespace just some friendly advice... what you're doing, forcing your ads down our throats, oversaturating Youtube with your bs and haunting our dreams is only annoying us and will make us go out of our way to NOT use your site and in my case make me go out of my way to hate on you on here, so back off. Not only are you giving yourself a bad name but you're also not helping the Youtube channels you sponsor cause I kid you not if i'm watching someone and I even so much as hear a whisper of your company name on their channel I won't watch that's how much I DREAD seeing your ad and hearing about your company. And the funny thing is after coming on here I also see that as a company you're terrible too. Y'all really need to rethink your lives.
