Speaking with a Direct Agent is Important

I RELY on HP customer service for trying to sign in and register as a partner in their page, but the automated voice calling system can’t even get my email address right. It is truly frustrating when I want to do business with this company, yet it’s made difficult due to a simple issue. I hopefully suggest there should be an option to speak with an agent directly, thank you.

Support sucks.

Support sucks.Recently purchased a new XPS system. Wanted to find out boot options (CDROM, External USB stick) and no one within support organization can provide proper guidance. Outsourcing has its limitations. They want me to pay for third party software support rather than providing me with bios setup routine to activate CDROM as boot device. What a shame, used to be great organization.

The most unpolite store I have ever been ! Avoid it ! Go to Sephora ! The staff is not prepare to treat well a client even if the client has a diamond fidelity status ! The store I went in the Loop in Orlando is really a problem for the brand ULTA … the manager (Michelle) is aggressive and don’ know how to address herself to customers ! Used to be a great app but now it is being shuttered unless I buy a new phone. Time to shop for a new app!Somewhat of a useless reply, directing me to their chat bot, which I’ve already tried to use with no success. Received an error message on their site from Trust Pilot, who they use as a mediator, claiming that they are using it incorrectly. I took a screen capture of the message, but unable to post it here.

Absolutely No Response

Is there a legit reason why instagram dies not respond to there customers at all except for when ther is an online comment? If your account has been hacked they are nowhere to be found. You can t call and speak to a human nor do they answer or acknowledge the many reports made. Must be nice to be able to just ignore the people who supply the reason for your existence.Sad!
