Review of Shopify
One of the biggest problems with Shopify is its customer service. The company has outsourced its support to overseas call centers, and the staff at these call centers are often poorly trained and unable to answer even basic questions. In addition, Shopify has a reputation for deleting stores without warning, often for no apparent reason. This can have a devastating impact on businesses that rely on Shopify to sell their products.Shopify is also notoriously opaque about its policies and procedures. The company has been known to change its policies without notice, and it can be difficult to find information about how to appeal a decision. This lack of transparency makes it difficult for businesses to understand their rights and to protect themselves from being unfairly treated by Shopify.Overall, Shopify is a platform that is best avoided. The company has a long history of problems, and it is unlikely that these problems will be resolved anytime soon. There are many other ecommerce platforms available that offer better customer service, more transparency, and a lower risk of wrongful store deletion. Here are some additional details about the problems with Shopify:Poor customer service: Shopify has a reputation for poor customer service. In some cases, stores have been deleted for no apparent reason. Review of mailchimp
The worst customer support ever!My client couldn't access his account because the verification code wasn't being sent. I tried calling MailChimp and they said they don't offer phone support. All they could do is send me a link to submit a ticket. I submitted the ticket and never heard back from them. There are so many other better options out there. Avoid this company like the plague. My client is moving to another company.

Review of amazon
Ordered a ‘new’ coffee maker and got a clearly returned item with coffee stains still inside. Their return process is easy, sure, but why do I have to keep playing the "Is this actually new?" lottery? Shipping times are hit or miss now—Prime doesn’t mean 2-day delivery anymore, just ‘whenever.’ And don’t get me started on the flood of sketchy third-party sellers. Still use it because it’s convenient, but man, the quality has tanked.

Review of ebay
eBay buyers protection is a joke. Over a hundred purchase... and one time I returned a faulty item seller refused to accept the return and eBay refused the refund. No item, no money. Lol. What was I thinking shopping on eBay in 2025? Like there is no Amazon or other reputable e-commerce. Never again. Update: The corresponding negative review was removed. Sellers ratings is fake!
Review of delta
I have been traveling with Delta and my service dog for years, but the handling of requests has become a disgrace. My fully completed documents were arbitrarily rejected—clearly without review. Instead, I received a generic response asking me to resubmit the exact same forms. For me as a disabled person, this creates unnecessary stress and humiliating obstacles for something I am legally entitled to. A billion-dollar company failing at such basic processes is a clear sign of cost-cutting at the expense of customers.I expect Delta to process requests more carefully. Until then, I cannot recommend this airline.
Review of bitly
Total scam. You sign up and send the minimal amount. Soon as you do that a the salesman contacts you and they want thousands of dollars for you to keep going daying they will add their own money to match yours. If you don’t do this and ask for your money back, kiss your money goodbye. They are lowlife scum
Review of ancestry
The process was seamless from submitting the DNA to getting the results. I felt at ease and very satisfied once I knew for certain my origins, as well as the journey of my ancestors. I was able to finally compare and contrast what had been told to me about my life to what my actual story is, and that's a priceless gift!!
Review of yelp
I immediately regretted making a professional profile when another business I reviewed threatened to review MY business as retribution (even though we had not done business together where they were the client and I was the service provider.) I went to delete it and realized it's impossible. Mind you I have 5-star reviews on there, but the point is, once it's made, Yelp is a t*rd and won't let you leave their platform. THEN, there are the awesome sales calls you get for having created it. This thing is a nightmare. Today, a very rude women FROM Yelp called me because I hadn't developed my profile enough. I told her politely that I just didn't wish to be on there. She was THE PUSHIEST B I've ever encountered in my life. Would NOT take "no" for an answer "YES BUT I JUST WANT TO UNDERSTAND!" "M'am, I've already told you. I'm not interested. I had a bad experience with Yelp and I wish I'd never made the profile in the first place." "I JUST WANT TO FIX IT!!!" "No. No. I don't want you to fix it. I TOLD you, I'm not interested." "BUT I JUST WANT YOU TO TELL ME-" Like B? I don't OWE you an explanation. MY ANSWER IS NO. That's a full sentence. ACCEPT it. If this were a man at a bar I'd be calling the police. So if you want my opinion, F Yelp. F! YELP!

Review of scribd
This app has amazing value and I’ve rarely found that a book I want to read is not available. I love that I can make personalized reading lists so when a book is recommended to me I can save it to a category and come back to it later or just search one up using their search engine. An unlimited library at your fingertips for a good price, hard to beat scribd.
Review of mi
Do not order! I know they have cheap deals but don't do it, the time and hassle you spend subsequently is not worth it. I ordered on 13th Feb, and its not 11th march, and I'm still waiting for my order. Romeo (sole person in customer service) emails me the usual jargon everytime. Nothing is resolved and I don't think it will be anytime soon. No body replies. Almost 30 days and nobody can despatch a phone? Its 2021 for god sake, this sort of companies should not be allowed to operate in this way. Terrible, feel disgusted. Do not order from these guys.Xiomi if you are reading, my order number is Order ID: 5210213513501743Updated 25.03.2021Upon posting my review on here, xiaomi took notice and got things moving. The phone was finally delivered on 13th March (a month after ordering, and numerous numerous chasers). UPS are letting xiaomi down, but xiaomi were also not dealing with the matter or taking ownership. Delivered via DPD. Shame, as the phone is actually really good value. Would I order again? NO. What if I had time to waste and didn't mind waiting months and chasing on a daily basis? Maybe.
Review of hotels
Please NEVER book through this company. Having today discovered that they are using my photos to advertise a fake listing, I have been trying for the last hour to get the listing removed. They will not remove the listing. The only way they can help me is if I book the fake property (which is non-refundable) and then complain!!! I have given them the address of the listing as per their website and I have given them the Property Registration number as listed on their website and they say they cannot search the listing this way! unbelievable. I gave them the host name, still no help. so they are aware there is a fake listing and they are happy for it to remain on their website and keep taking peoples money. unbelievable. I would NEVER book through this POS company
Review of google
Their support is an absolute joke. My ex boyfriend complained about it as well. They ripped him off when he was cancelling. I'm still an active customer, paying off my Pixel 7 and was considering getting a pixel watch. Pixel 7 thumbprint is a joke. Absolute junk. If you do a reddit search you'll see a lot of people reporting the same issue. I submitted a warranty claim. They approved it. In the back in forth emails for that they said I had 45 days to send it in. The email they sent me though said 14 days and I was busy. So I contacted their support to confirm I could still send it in. Before actually sending it. Being proactive. Well, as I have mentioned, their support is the ultimate JOKE. I contacted through one of my emails. I was transferred twice without anyone actually verifying anything. Then after 35 minutes the last person told me that I would have to contact from a different email. I was logged into my google fi email and tried to get to the contact page from there originally. It had switched to my other email. They refused to verify any other way. So I contact again, and got transferred 4 additional times before they could figure anything out. They provide a case number, and then everyone says that they can't access any information in the case number because they aren't the right department. No one tells you where they are transferring you or what department you're speaking with. Google is huge, and it's hard to get away from them. However, after this experience, I am going to be spending time over the next year getting away from any and all google services that I can. I am aware of how difficult a task this will be. I'm more than happy to undertake it. Google invades everyone's privacy and provides among the worst customer service I have experienced. They do not deserve my money, or my information to make advertising bucks off of.
Review of garmin
I have used Garmin through multiple marathons and other cross training, for 10+ years. I will never buy another Garmin. The customer service and website experience has gone from bad to worse. I've had multiple issues with Garmin Connect and they never ever get resolved despite the same problem being reported by many other users on the Garmin forum. You just get a reply either after a few weeks of not hearing anything saying the case is closed, or a reply saying they're working on the problem. Both responses mean nothing will ever happen. It's disgusting when you pay $600+ for a watch and you get less functionality than a $3.99 app for your phone.
