I ordered a pair for my son and they never made the delivery. Instead, about 3 weeks later I get an email late in the evening stating that they have received a return request for my order! I never even received the shoes nor did I request to return them. The next day I received another email stating that they received my return. I chatted with an agent live and after explaining what had happened he told me it could have been because there was missing information in the address I provided. I told him that wasn't the case, after checking of course! He said it could've been a number of reasons as to why my shoes got sent back to their warehouse but there was nothing they could do. I'd have to wait for them to receive the shoes in order to get a refund and then I had to reorder the shoes. I asked Yoan A "what if I place another order and this happens again?" He answered that there is a risk that it would happen again and that I was welcome to go purchase in the store. If I'm placing an order online, it's because I don't have the time to go to the store, because it's too far, and for many other reasons. Shortly after that answer he sent another message saying he was sorry he couldn't help and finished the chat. This is terrible on customer service on Croc's part. They couldn't figure out what happened with my order, they couldn't do anything to get my order back to me. All they suggest is to go to the store or reorder the product with no guarantee this would happen all over again. Extremely frustrating!!

I placed an order on November 18th, 2022 online. I called to get an update. After several calls and almost 3 hours on hold, customer service answered and said it will be delivered soon. This happened beginning of December. Waited but no delivery. I decided to cancel my orders. There was nowhere in their website about cancellation of orders. So i emailed twice. Dec. 5, i received an email my request was received, initiated a case and support reps will respond within 24-48 hours. Nothing!!! Received an email on Dec, 7 stating they are working hard to get my order out the door. I replied stating I have cancelled my orders and want my money back. Another email today, Dec. 9 2:33 pm, working hard again to get my order out. I replied order has been cancelled. Dec. 9th at 4:36 pm, received another email from Crocs asking if i am enjoying my recent purchase and would love to hear my reviews!!! Are you kidding me? I have not received anything! You went from working hard on my order at 2:33 pm to asking me if I am enjoying them at 4:36 pm same day. I clicked on Write a Review to voice my frustrations but did not go anywhere. What kind of business are you running? Is this a scam? This is very frustrating!!! I just want my money back!!

Beware Tips taken on gross total including delivery charge and fees. Tip also calculated at gross price instead of charged price. I added a 10% tip that actually worked out to be over 20%. Will tink twice before using uber eats again and certainly twice before giving a tip.

I was leery about flying SWA after all the cancellations these past holidays. But I decided to give them a chance and my flight to Tampa was totally fine. Even though it was an evening flight, it was only delayed 20 min due to waiting for the plane to arrive. Smooth flight, good staff on board. No issues!

Everything I purchased from logitech ->1. A mouse M170 => Malfunctions scroll keys2. A G413 Mechanical Keyboard => Costs 3x of a good mechanical keyboard, but gets damaged after 5 months of usage!I'm typing on the G413 on which all keys are malfunctioning, I can assure you I didn't spill something or hit the keyboard hard, I'm a touch typer as well, so no hunting and pecking hard. But it's still so bad that it can't last 6 months!3. 2 cheap Rs. 1100 (logitech is never cheap) keyboard mouse combos => That thing had a heavy mouse with dual batteries, both of the mouse started getting damaged, the scroll wheel made bad sound, and the keyboard also got damaged after some months.4. A hometheater => This was purchased years ago, the sound was totally awful! Creative home-theatres were similar cost back then, and was way better.5. A speaker set => They are awful too! Philips speakers are way better and even cheaper!! None of Logitech products I bought in my life is good :( Utter stupid company.

Change is always something that's needed in life, and being open to all cultures of Canadian life is always a blessing. Something that is important to people that brings a pride and love for Canada should be important. I can't think of a better was to show the important culture of our Indigenous Peoples is very important. And I am a non-native!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a book from AbeBooks when it was not available on Book Depository. After 2 months of book not being delivered (it is a worldwide pandemic, so I was giving it some extra time), I inquired about it via email. AbeBooks replied within 24 hours, notifying me that because they cannot confirm in their system my book was delivered, it was assumed lost and they issued a refund to me. Only a few days later—the book arrived! I emailed AbeBooks asking what should I do next, how to pay for a book I received a refund for and their reply was to keep and enjoy the book and perhaps donate the same amount to a charity of my choice.
