Few advices to better our experiences

Too much promoting of irelevant music, i dont care about your companies political statements i just want to listen to songs i like. All time you put into that you could use to better your app.Also your algorithm for suggestions it looks at what you listen in too recent history it would be awesome if you could use a bit wider spread so i can return to some music similar to the music i listened ex. Last week.Generally algorithm for recommending could be allot better, but i hope that's something you are already working on.And song recognition is still sadly light years behind shazam.

HAVING BOUGHT MY 5th SONICARE TOOTHBRUSH ON HALLOWEEN 2019 IT WASNT THAT LONG BEFORE I NOTICED THAT IT WASNT HOLDING ITS CHARGE FOR NOT MORE THAN 5 TO 6 DAYS USUALLY WOULD BE 14 DAYS OR THERE ABOUT SO ON 5th MARCH 2020 I RANG PHILIPS (NEVER RANG UP BEFORE) AND GOT THE MOST AMAZINGLY HELPFUL FEMALE OPERATIVE (MARIANNA EFTYCHIA) WHO COULDNT HAVE BEEN ANYMORE HELPFUL AFTER ASKING ME VARIOUS QUESTIONS AND TALKING ME THROUGH HOW TO ATTACH THE RECIEPT TO AN EMAIL (IM NOT TECH SAVVY AT ALL 😂) I WAS TOLD THERE OBVIOUSLY A FAULT IN MINE AND WOULD BE BE SENDING ME A NEW HANDLE AT NO COST TO MYSELF AND WHAT TOOK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE UP TO ANOTHER LEVEL ENTIRELY MY NEW HANDLE WAS DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER RINGING UP THAT IS A LEVEL OF CARE TO CUSTOMER (ME) THAT IT JUST DOESNT GET ANY BETTER KUDOS TO MARIANNA AND PHILIPS 😀

Steer well clear of these gangsters!

Today 30th December they took £89.99 out of my account even though I had never used auto-renew and in my account I had a clear notification that my subscription was valid to Jan 2023! The contact Noel was unbelievably aggressive when i eventually got in contact and after a heated (on my part) exchange he agreed to cancel my subscription and I have now been informed that they will refund the £89.99, hopefully. Now looking for a more consumer friendly protection company.

LIARS AND SCAMMERS

This has really got to be the worst shopping experience. We ordered a Lay z Spa hot tub a month ago, free delivery was quoted on checkout. After waiting 3 weeks without delivery we contacted them, not easy as nobody wanted to answer phone or even email. Oh we don't know the order they replied, after an hour on the phone they said he courier had lost it but she they would send again. Nothing received..... .then a phone call..... you haven't paid delivery they said. But delivery is free we replied. Oh no they said your in Menorca, that's not Spain. Well last time we paid our taxes we were in Spain. They extorted another 50 euros from us on debit card, but when the statement arrived it was 53 euros. They are liars and con merchants, not to be trusted. We still have no goods to show for it and it's shameful. Have started legal proceedings against them to get money back, they really don't care. BE WARNED.

Bought LG OLED 65” tv

Bought LG OLED 65” tv. 2/2024. 9/24 thought wifi was causing freeze and disconnect but kept continuing. Called LG went through Procedures waited a week still same problem called again went through Procedures claim would fix But didn’t. Called again asked for service rep. They refused still wanted to do procedures. TV requires unplugging after freezing. Doing it for the last five months LG still refusing defects Best Buy don’t answer their phone when talked they’re refusing to fix. Don’t buy anything from Best Buy or LG $1600 TV And no help from sellers.

Your range is simply restricted without any indication of what you have done wrong.It may even be that you have blocked too many bots. But nothing is being done about the bots themselves. Almost every tweet has “My naked pictures in my profile” as a comment. Apparently, this is Elon Musk's new source of income.I have already deactivated my account.

Review of suno

Suno opens up a new world for me

This is a great tool. I am not a musician, just a listener. But as one I have already made many songs from scratch that other people than just myself are enjoying and playing all the time. Also some music based on lyrics I provided. Of course it is not perfect but still much better than I ever expected. And pretty easy to control and adjust in many ways. I paid for one year subscription in January 2025. In late April I somehow lost my access and could not log in. I contacted support but did not get any reply for 2-3 weeks. So that was a bit frustrating. However the login problem was due to my Suno account linked to google account and using my google password. For those who lose access to paid account I recommend checking the password manager to retrieve the account. Anyway Suno is a young company and they are constantly improving their program. I see lot of potential in this and look forward to use it in the future.

My son had the student discount and he…

My son had the student discount and he did not get an email that the charge was going up from $4.99 to $9.99. So Spotify charged the automatic payment each month of $9.99 on 11/20/20 on my credit card. I found out after I received my statement. Previously, I subscribed for the Family Plan which Spotify is charging $14.99 for up to 6 people, which we decided to change too since we have 6 in our family. So Spotify charged for the Family Plan on 10/17/20 and then they charged the $9.99 on 11/20/20. I wasn't aware of the charge until 12/6/20 when I received my credit card statement. Tried to call and everything has to be done online. Our electricity was out for two days and I call on 12/9/20 and Spotify said they have a strict 14-day refund policy, which is too late and we will not get the refund of $9.99. Spotify wouldn't even credit my next payment of $5.00 for the change of the past student discount charges. I am very disappointed with the customer service and in-consideration. Spotify being a huge company should be able to afford a $9.99 or $5.00 credit to our Family Plan. But instead, I had two representatives helping me, because the first one left and I was on the chat for 45 minutes and after speaking to their Supervisor the answer was no refund or credit. Thanks a lot, Spotify! :(

The service is excellent, I have been able to create multiple playlists to separate my favourite songs by genre, mood or special moments. But the reality is that they show too many ads, perhaps reducing them a little would improve the experience for all users.

We visited Upton House a few days ago…

We visited Upton House a few days ago and what a disappointing visit it was. The gardens looked very neglected. Mostly thistles and weeds. Obviously nothing had been done to the rose garden. The only reasonable border was closed off. I asked a member of staff if I could buy one of the plants that were for sale. I was told they were following government guidelines and could not open the shop. I suggested I could pay in the cafe but that was not allowed because of government guidelines. So why have a table full of plants with a price on them. The plants on the stall looked better than in the garden.Surely volunteers could have come in with their tools and carried on looking after the borders with social distancing. During the lockdown that is what most garden lovers did, GARDENING.When we visited Charlecot and Coughton Court it was the same. Neglected roped off gardens. I suggest you need to warn visitors about the state of your gardens.I certainly will not be renewing our membership.

UNRELIABLE

What to say about an app that should provide a paid service and which the service doesn't provide.Booked the previous evening and confirmed passage at 4 AM in the night in front of a hotel in Nashvile. The car of a certain Daniel does not show up but at 3.55 AM a message is sent to the user of service not possible due to a "payment problem".We talk about July 10th and we are an Italian couple with a small child on vacation in Nashville.We greatly risked missing the return flight.Keep in mind that Lyft (or Daniel) had all the possible references (phone, email, account) to be able to solve the problem without skipping the appointment.Totally unreliable.
