Great way to get professional designs…

Great way to get professional designs for a reasonable price. 99Designs was very easy to work with. I always got a real person on the phone. Overall there were about 50 designs that were submitted. Once I narrowed down the field to just one designer (Mamazon) things went really fast. I don't think she sleeps. I iterated several times, conducted 4 polls with my group of friends to decide on a final design. I am very happy with the results and the process.

New Year Eve stay at Crowne Plaza Mpls West

I had reservations for New Years Eve at Crowne Plaza Mpls West. When we arrived and started the check in process, it did not go very smooth. During assignment of our 2 queen bed room, our room was taken by another staff member and it appeared there were some computer glitches as well, so we were assigned another room. We hauled our luggage up to that room and discovered there was only 1 bed, so we had to go back to the front desk to get another room with 2 queen beds like I had originally reserved online. Finally got assigned to a room with 2 queen beds.

Account hacked, about to lose hundreds and NOBODY CARES

This company is an absolute joke and I will never use them again.My account was compromised so I immediately contacted them, they have no phone number (which is absolutely ridiculous in itself given how big a company they are) so I emailed.The person who compromised my account changed the bank details meaning my depop balance from items I have recently sold will transfer to their bank instead of my own. I managed to access my account but it won't let me change the bank account details - apparently you can only change them once every 10 days, meaning the entire depop balance of hundreds of pounds is going to be transferred to whoever hacked me. I am about to lose hundreds of pounds worth of items that I have sold because I've recently lost my job. I cannot afford to lose this money.I've explained this to 2 different people in their support team and neither are reading the emails because they're replying with instructions of how to change the bank details when I'VE CLEARLY STATED IN MY EMAIL TO YOU THAT IT WON'T LET ME CHANGE THEM.DO YOU EVEN READ THE EMAILS YOUR CUSTOMERS SEND YOU?!I'm absolutely flabbergasted at how many "customer experience" agents they seem to have on LinkedIn that work for them yet NONE OF THEM CAN DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY. YOU ARE LITERALLY STEALING MY MONEY AND YOU DO NOT CARE THAT I'VE BEEN HACKED. SORT YOURSELVES OUT AND HELP ME.

No order, impossible to get through to them

I placed an order on 9 December, which I thought would be early enough for Christmas. My order still hasn't been processed two weeks later. It's impossible to get through, I was on the phone for 30 mins, no agents on the chat, and the contact form on their website doesn't work. No email address to be found. I understand these are difficult times but none other business has been this appalling. They're a big company, surely they can afford to hire more people over the Christmas period?!

Fails to resolve email addresses

I've downloaded the Win-10 version for 'work', but the package refuses to resolve any external email addresses, so I can't send out invites to the people MS-Teams is supposed to help me meet?! I know it's free, but it won't even let me set up an address book or import contacts. I probably need to buy a better version, but I've never had this problem with Skype or google meet. It's been a 30-minute waste of time...

Pinterest is a pain

Pinterest is a pain, constantly popping up in the middle of my screen and staying there, it seems, for a prescribed number of seconds, meanwhile blocking my work. HIGHLY INTRUSIVE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM. And now when I try to post this, it says I must agree to surrender my whole address book (friends list, pics, etc via the Orwellian sounding "Trust Pilot"

Review of wpbeginner

I was pretty skeptical but not anymore!

I was pretty skeptical when WPBeginner messaged me to assist with my website issues but they genuinely just wanted to help me and haven't asked for any money. They even have a page on their website explaining how they do make money and it's nothing to do with their 1 to 1 support. I was scared to touch my website for 3 years after my designer built it for me and I couldn't afford to hire him back; it actually got to the point where my work was so out of date that potential clients thought I was producing a lower standard of work than I currently am. I decided enough was enough and I needed to be able to add content myself and WPBeginner were brilliant helpers. They sent me tutorials, recommended plugins and even wrote me some custom bits of code when elementor was clashing with the custom CSS my designer had written. I hope I won't need any more assistance in the near future but their team are pleasant and enthusiastic so I won't feel worried about going back if I do. Avoid Hotels.com at any cost

I accidentally booked on the wrong dates at Scandic Europa - Gothenburg (through Hotels.com) 2 weeks later than I should have booked. Very stupid, and the booking was non-refundable.I discovered my mistake a few hours later and contacted both Hotels.com and Scandic Europa. I was advised to make a new booking on the correct dates and then they would look intothe matter. Two days after my new booking they contact me and will not refund anything from the first booking, despite them seeing my new booking in their system - on dates 2 weeks later, and despite Hotels.com's advice to make a new booking while waiting.I have told them I am fine not accepting a full refund, but just partial, as it was quite clearly a mistake but they are completely indifferent.Talk about cynicism and acting in bad faith.Don't expect any(!) help from Hotels.com if anything goes wrong with your booking or your stay.Cynical and appalling company

Used for many years. but of late terrible service.AI Chat system only and when you do get a human they take lots of details but nothing happens.All i wanted was an invoice for a booking i PAID them for.Hotel wouldn't supply as didn't pay hotel they said talk to #hotels.com they wasn't interested at all. they say they dont supply invoices for money they take. they wouldnt even tell me if i paid UK USA or EUROPEAN COMPANY.

Now openly a publication for the Far Right. Comments are blocked if they don’t feed the narrative. Deliberate provocation to create divides. And the idea that there are “moderators” is a joke! There are now such vile and disgusting posts on the comments boards allowed to be published that are revoltingly racist and bigoted, it is dangerous. There has to be some form of regulatory body to get this wildfire of public hate under control!

Disgusting. 1 in 3 adverts for gambling sites. Alot of people are losing everything and some committing suicide because of these gambling sites and channel 4 are part of the problem for allowing and obviously making money from these adverts. SHAME ON YOU. These ads should be banned
