Review of box
Our company recently faced a significant setback after transitioning from Dropbox to Box.com for cloud storage services. We were enticed by Box.com's offering of "unlimited" storage, a necessity for our business as Dropbox discontinued their unlimited plans. We had a massive 80 TB of data to migrate, and Box.com seemed like a promising alternative. We paid a considerable sum upfront, trusting their commitment to providing unlimited storage. The initial phase went smoothly, using their Box Shuttle service to transfer our data. However, only 3 TB into our 80 TB migration, we hit an unexpected roadblock. To our dismay, we received email notifications informing us that we were exceeding their "fair usage policy." This was baffling as our activities were solely focused on migrating data from Dropbox, without any other uploads or downloads. Despite this, Box.com abruptly locked us out of our account.Seeking support, we reached out to both their billing team and general customer service, but the assistance we received was far from helpful. There was a stark lack of consideration for our situation—a straightforward data migration exceeding their undisclosed limits.Adding to our frustration, Box.com offered only a partial refund. This felt like a slap in the face, considering the disruption caused to our operations and the trust we had placed in their service. The support provided was inadequate and dismissive, failing to address our legitimate concerns over a significant data migration. We are now left in a precarious position, with a substantial portion of our data inaccessible and financial losses due to the incomplete refund. This experience has been a cautionary tale about the pitfalls of cloud storage services that promise unlimited storage but fail to deliver when it truly matters. Our advice to others considering Box.com: Be wary and think twice. The lure of unlimited storage might not be as straightforward as it appears.

The worst customer service ever. I was charged for a membership I did not request. When I called about it I was told they could not refund my money, and that I would get a credit. I have not gotten either one. I will not order from them again. I have given several people their name for recommendation. I will recant that with them and not help this company.

Review of battle
Bought a $100 game that started glitching day 2 and constantly resetting all my graphics settings and trying to force me to use mouse and keyboard even when I unplugged them. I contacted Battle.net and they told me 2 days later that because I had played for one day that I had used the game for too long and they wouldn't refund me. I will never buy a game from them again after this because I feel like I was sold a faulty product and then robbed because I played the game for 4 hours before asking for a refund.
Review of outlook
Thank you MicrosoftI was trying to gather vital information earlier and have wasted 3 hours of my life trying to gain access to my account before 12:30pm. I gave Microscum 4 previous passwords, 4 email addresses that I know I have emailed previously as 3 of them were my Fecking UNIVERSITY TUTORS and my Skype information was all correct, My username and 3 different other usernames. Apparently isn't enough information for my account considering I was on group Skype session with them on MULTIPLE FECKING OCCASIONS in the past. There's tight security and then there's Microsoft. I have a greater chance of infiltrating AREA FECKING 51 than I have gaining access to this account. I could rob a vault on Wall st easier than accessing this account.Seriously Sort it out you money grabbing twaticles.I'm gonna verify my rating with a much better email service called Gmail. Good Day.
Review of envato
It's amazing but it is also still lacking key things that are really popular right now so designers are using it a lot. I really wish it would have more content like Creative Fabrica does—sublimations, watercolor illustrations, fantasy backgrounds etc, as well as more 3d illustrations and Daz characters for book covers. I'd love to be able to come to you guys for everything I need, instead of needing to have three to four different subscriptions.

Review of consumerreports
I joined in hopes of getting some reviews on a few products that I was in need of. Honestly, they had a few comments on different coffee makers. I thought that they would have many reviews for products, no. I also was interested in getting some reviews for a dog bark collar, there were none. Even refrigerators, there weren't enough reviews on the few fridges that were listed. Don't waste your money.

Review of techtarget
I've been needing recourses and articles for my college work and was able to get some information from this website, however if i want to view the whole article and not just a single sentence it's asking for a corporative email. I've tried giving it my college Emil but it was refused and i'm not able to look at the rest of the article. This is really annoying as it keeps coming up as a source but is completely inaccessible and a complete waist of my time and effort.
Review of southwest
I just want to let people know that in light of the recent devastating fire on Maui, I was instructed by Hawaii’s Mayor via televised news to cancel plans to visit Maui. I called Southwest Airlines to cancel my RT flights to MAUI. They canceled my flight but would not refund my money. Instead they are holding my fare as a credit (without interest I might add). Southwest also told me that I must now forfeit my early check in fee to total $50. So, Southwest is hanging on to my ticket fare and keeping the early check in money that they encourage customers to purchase. I actually may consult a lawyer on this one. PS: Heart felt wishes to the locals of Maui.

Review of eBay
I returned a solar panel to the supplier on the 17th of January 2025 at 1.01 pm and haven’t yet seen a credit for it.I received and returned the item on the 17th of January 2025 and have had no response or refund concerning the returned item. I have received emails about a different return not the one in question and now my explanatory emails have not been understood or not read.EBay keeps telling me I have been refunded an amount that has nothing to do with this request. I have sent copies of emails and JPGs as proof of purchase and the return with no results. I have spent an excessive amount of time trying to communicate with them with absolutely no success. Either they can't read or they do not want to refund my purchase.
Review of eBay
We were eBay buyers and sellers for over a decade before taking a break. When we recently returned, we found that everything had changed—new protocols, new processes. Unfortunately, we lost a few laptops, and eBay was unable to help us recover the funds. When we complained, we were told nothing could be done because we hadn’t followed eBay’s policies. We lost nearly every dispute.Realizing our mistake, we took the time to reread and fully understand eBay’s policies. Since then, we haven’t lost a single fraudulent dispute. eBay’s agents have been incredibly friendly, and callbacks happen in less than five minutes. The key takeaway? Follow eBay’s policies to the letter. Always call eBay to explain any issues, and be aware of strict timelines—if you don’t follow up, disputes may automatically close against you, even if you’re 100% in the right. Document everything, and never conduct transactions outside of eBay.If you’re selling multiple items, consider adding a hidden stamp, warranty seal, or another method to verify returns, especially for electronics. Buyers can swap out non-working devices and try to return them as if they were the ones you originally sent.eBay remains the gold standard, with lower fees than Amazon. We are proud to sell exclusively on eBay. Unlike other platforms, where faceless sellers dominate and prices are fixed, eBay offers better selection, better pricing, and the ability to negotiate bulk discounts. A++!
Review of dell
I purchased a Laptop from Dell on Tuesday evening 7/18. It was thru their Black Friday in July sale. Online statement read that if I purchased it by 2pm on Wednesday 7/19 that it would be delivered by Friday 7/21. Not wanting to take any delivery chances, because I leave on vacation 7/22 AM I pulled the trigger on the purchase early. It was not until the purchase was finalized that I started getting messages that delivery would be on Saturday 7/22!! I've also received conflicting info that delivery may be on Sunday 7/23!!What happened to truth in advertising??
Review of bitcoin
Unlike Bitcoin.com that is controlled by a ex-convict Roger Ver, Bitcoin.org is the website where one should go to get trusted information. At least here you learn about Bitcoin, whereas the Roger Ver website you are scammed into buying Bcash, a fake form of Bitcoin.
Review of ulta
I have been a member of Ulta since 2014 I've had shipments lost but they've always sent me out a new shipment but I've had problems with my points or anything like that everything is always been corrected I'm able to get mid-range and drugstore products all at one place and that formula and love I will stay there in store customer service a lot of times are discriminating if you're not wearing a full face makeup or if you're not of a certain social status they tend to treat you like you're not going to spend any money but that's pretty much any brick and mortar store I will say that they need to get some newer brands in the store like Huda Beauty Sonia G brushes something

Imagine a communications company that is completely impossible to communicate with and if you need to chase up issues with your service you can only do so booking in advance using the service provided that clearly doesn't work otherwise you wouldn't be there in the first place, not to mention if you do get hold of someone you'l only get treated like a child for thier own incompetencies while being charged top dollar which for me lasted a couple of months with my service cancelled over an internal mistake on telstra's side and when it all finally come to fruit over repeating yourself 6252627154 times not a sorry or even an explanation in the hopes of avoiding future drama other than "a tech looked at it and it solved now" People are trying to run businesses obviously relying on communication, the second telstra has communications competition with common sense in rural areas they're done.
