Review of care

Can't delete messages and super slow!

I paid your subscription fee only to have an underwhelming experience. For some reason your app and webpage move slower than anything else I've browsed in recent times, so I've burned a bunch of time just waiting for messages to reload. Regarding messages, you've apparently removed my ability to delete or hide messages which are not of use to me so now my inbox is full of junk messages and I have to try to remember which ones are good matches and worth keeping. THere is no explicable reason why I should not control the right to manage my inbox. That in itself is an epic fail by Care.com and a main reason why I will be canceling my subscription. Especially when you pair a cluttered inbox which I cannot cleanup, to the slow performance of your app and webpage...it's a large waste of my time to try and use your service.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! They just closed our website without any prior notice and without giving any information on it. Spend hours and hours working on getting it up and running. Been running for a month, and now they've closed it out of the blue, and cannot get in contact with them. We've had a local hosted website the last 10 years before were we had total control. This is insane behaviour!

Can't stop monthly subscription without paying more

not good any more, if you have 500+ clients emails, mailchimp will push you to buy a monthly plan and then if you want to stop the monthly plan they will force you to buy 'pay as you go' and pay minimum 200$. Chat is unable to cancel this aswell, only option is to pay NOW and buy 200$ pay as you go points..

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! We have used mailchimp without incident for years. But the minute something goes awry, they are useless. I have existed in a gordian customer service limbo for weeks now, trying to get help to bulk unsubscribe contacts, after a faulty update resubscribed thousands of customers. Nobody has been able to help me, and now that I found the solution myself, it is so ridiculously simple that, frankly, I just wanna switch platform here and now. That noone in customer service could guide me to that 5 second solution to our problem, is infuriating. One of your customer service reps even told me to send out a new campaign and apologize at the end, to have them unsub again, which could potentially land us in a world of trouble, being GDPR non-compliant and all. This experience has been ridiculous.

Not my first or even second choice anymore...

I have experienced so many unpleasant things that I do not recommend Dreamstime to anyone. The pictures are quite good, but I had a special subscription that was then - after years - unilaterally canceled when I was in the hospital. When I wanted to download at least my pictures weeks later, they told me I should have downloaded them earlier, right after the cancellation. I lost about 100 credits that way. Some pictures are of very bad quality, others have a wrong preview, but I don't feel like dealing with support anymore. Other services are much more customer friendly. For example, you keep your unused credits if you suspend your subscription temporarily or even completely.

Terrible services! Was promised a refund and this was not honoured!

Terrible services! I am appalled that I haven’t received my refund that I was promised last Thursday! The item ordered is blatantly faulty. The person I spoke to last week was named Benedict, and he confirmed via email that I would receive £134.99 for the faulty item, and not to send the faulty item back. I’m shocked that he promised something that was not even honoured and still no refund! Having spoken to a manager Marlon and telling two advisors that I’m losing my voice and can barely speak, Marlon said he has processed the refund as it wasn’t done last week! And they expect me to wait another week it’s disgusting! This is not fair, and unacceptable. I don’t trust nor have confidence that they will give me my refund so I’m missing money now, and have a faulty chair that could have caused me serious damage if I had fallen! These people are useless honestly and no wonder they have low ratings! I feel sorry for the drivers that work hard! I will contact trading standards when I’m feeling better and take action if I need to! It’s not acceptable to lie to people and give them false hope!

Works well as a free service...with bugs

Works well as a free service. But every few months the website says it has sent out a verification code to my email. It does actualy take DAYS for that code to arrive, that is not a metopher for a 20 hour delays it does take 3 or 4 days to arrive. Which is kind of ironic for a web based transfer company.Lately it has shown the photo as not downloaded but the clients have downloaded them. So, very unlikely to upgrade to a paid service if the basic has basic problems

What would ShipStation do if 3000 of…

What would ShipStation do if 3000 of your orders got returned due to incorrect shipping? Shipping that was chosen from Shipstation software and verbally verified? Absolutely nothing. Visit BBB and you'll see that I filed a complaint months ago and the case has been closed due to unresponsive communication and in their words "not knowing what to do" from Shipstation. Here is the list of events etc.. if you feel like reading. This was the final communication with ShipStation. It was their turn to respond and they did not. On 4/9/21 products were ready to be dropped off at the post office but it was rejected due to the pricing of the stamps and the thickness of the packageAlthough the ShipStation labels verified the cost and dimensions for Letter Size 5 by 4 by 1 inch at .51 cents, the labels had to be reprinted, products repackaged and packed with less insulation. Help was hired for the packaging and re-packaging of all the products at $12/hr for 2 employees. Shipstation had no solution. In fact, my account rep’s exact words were: “ I don’t know what to do.” Per Shipstation recommendations, Stamps website suggested the use of the setting for Large Envelope size 5 by 4 by .75 inches for $1.00. A lot of those got returned and are still returning. Since the envelopes were getting run through a machine with disregard for the size indicated on ShipStation, the product was ruined for a lot of customers. This product had to be fulfilled again and shipped. Even the selection of the shipping labels per Stamps recommendation and choosing the Non-Machinable setting had no effect. Envelopes were returning and product was getting damaged. 8- Customers were getting charged for the product using standard ( not business ) pricing by the USPS. I had to refund every one of them for the amount, whichranged from $3.12 to $4.00ShipStation pricing on printed labels was incorrect and/or not in sync with the restrictions of the post office. The software should not allow a label to be printed if the dimensions are not accepted by the post office. This did not happen in my case. I was able to print the label for a letter size 5 by 4 by 1 inch and print it. Due to this, my product was damaged and twice the amount of work was done, with zero support from ShipStation.

After 30 years it seems i'm about to…

After 30 years it seems i'm about to lose my hotmail address because i can no longer log into it. "too many requests" is all i get and there's no fixing it apparently since microsoft apparently employs zero people to attend to outlook, just links on a help page that take you in circles for hours if you let them. I see they don't have care about answering bad reviews either. So when my current phone and tablet that i'm already logged in on give up that's the end, such a shame.

What you see is not always what you get. I booked a car via Kayak but the car rental didn't have that car and forced an upgrade on me. Naturally Kayak was unable to help, since they are not renting out cars, they just find the best prices. But it's not the best prices if the car rentals they send you to then don't have the car you booked via Kayak. What a mess.

I live in Spain, everytime I click on an article it redirects me to the Spanish main site "independentespañol" and I can't access said article. This has happened to me several times before I remember I JUST CAN'T VISIT THE INDEPENDENT WITHOUT A VPN. Absolute trash coding / management of viewers from outside the anglosphere, I know how to speak English perfectly, I don't need a poorly made and translated website WHICH WONT EVEN SHOW ME THE ARTICLE IM INTERESTED IN.

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE JANUARY 2001, AND I HAVE NEVER FOUND ANY OTHER BOOKSTORE THAT PROVIDES INTERNET SERVICES THAT INCLUDE BOOK ORDER RECEIPTS AND DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS. THEY ALSO PROVIDE EXCELLENT IN-STORE SERVICES BY THEIR BOOKSELLERS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN FINDING THE BOOK I WANT, AS WELL AS RECOMMENDATIONS ACCORDING MY PREFERENTIAL INTERESTS. Billing Support is Atrocious

I attempted to pay for a teachable course using a visa debit card issued by WISE (formerly Transferwise), Teachable gives me an "Incorrect Card Number"error.I sign in to my teachable account and try to add a new card. It asks me to try again later.I'm notified by WISE every time there is so much as a card check on my card by any institution and there have been no card checks by teachable on my cardThere is no way to contact support on this issue and the help page makes a generic claim that it is an issue with the bank. How can there be an issue with the bank if no attempt was even made to perform the first step which is a card check.They are using a substandard credit card processor. Good luck trying to sell your courses to people outside the US using teachable

This is the worst site I have ever…

This is the worst site I have ever used. DO NOT BUY TICKETS ON THIS SITE. There is a $5.00 convenience fee that you don't know about until you give them your cardit card info. Then in the midst of making the reservation, the site times out!! I had to wait 2 HOURS to talk to someone and Jackeline, the CUSTOMER (NO) SERVICE rep, said she could not do anything to help. Save yourself some frustration and a lot of your time aind another site for your tickets.
