absolutely terrible customer service, tried speaking to their bots about an issue i had where i made a deposit from Revolut but didnt put my unique number in, moneys now been missing for over a week now but still no reply from crypto.com apart from an automated email.

Don’t get fooled by the “BBB” name or by the name “Bureau” or by the claim that they are a “nonprofit organization” I was that fool that thought like this… I thought if I will pay them 600$ a year they will bring me more business and will help my business reputation After 4 years I realized that this BBB joke is a marketing machine that is only about profit! After some time I decided to stop wasting money on BBB and guess what? They deleted 90% of my reviews which was all positive. They do it only if you stop paying them and that’s a fact because no way someone will keep paying them after they remove their valuable reviews. BBB is a shame! And need to be exposed for their extortion tactics. As a business owner I will make sure to educate anyone I will meet about the scam called “BBB”

After reading some negative reviews, I was hesitating, but my experience was more than positive.

The people I found through Angi/Home Advisor were excellent -- of course I did my own interviewing and assessing but was very satisfied with all the providers. Where Angi falls down is they are completely disorganized. Companies change names and Angi seems clueless what to do when that happens and how to inform the customer. As for the review process, Angi mistyped my review so that a sentence was cut short, leaving a false impression, and a bad one, in the review of this excellent provider. I tried and tried, but there's just no clear way to edit a review and when I spoke to someone at Angi, either they couldn't find the review or else they told me it had been corrected when it had not, and finally someone assured me it was done, but I'd asked to see the review and instead, i got an email from Angi saying I wasn't registered! That's after I'd used them more than twice this year. I looked for my account ... and there it was. Also, you can never find the same provider twice -- they keep sending different ones! Angi is very obviously now about corporate profits - not about customer service! What a shame.

Facebook is very dangerous, someone made a clone of an account for me and writes nasty things to everyone, I sent complaints to Facebook, but they do not delete that account and write that they do not see the violation, although the clone uses my first and last name and my photo

I was scammed and raised this with my bank to block the payment. My bank contacted paypal and they refused to refund me. I then received an email from PayPal stating, they couldn't give me a refund due to me not contacting them first! They then blocked my account. Avoid, not worth it

I purchased Pyrex Vintage Bowls for $60. They were wrapped well but the shipper dropped the box. I put a claim into UPS and told the seller what I was doing. Two days later she put a claim in with who she purchased shipping from Pirate Ship. Pirate Ship paid her right away. I kept getting the run around with UPS. After much research I came to find out seller put a claim in and was paid. Seller thinks she was out money even though I paid her $60. and she got a check from Pirate Ship $89. Now she will not communicate with me. This was all through the selling site of Mercari. Mercari closed the sale and rated without my knowledge. They do not help at all. Buyer beware with Mercari.

Good product until you have something that doesn't follow the script. Then as good as it is when things work, it's as bad when it doesn't. For example, the proctored version of the test doesn't work on Mac 10.14 but you don't know that until the very end, and then their response is "sorry we haven't upgraded our software, you will need to borrow someone else's computer to take your test." ?? Anyhow, I'm an edX fan, but support is really lacking...
