Support Sucks and SmartSheets is No Longer What It Once Was or Useful

Honestly - SmartSheets truly is THE WORST. Their Support is non-existent. As a subcontractor to a company that uses it, when I went to access a file through the link the company gave me I received a notice saying I didn't have permission for this folder. A button comes up saying REQUEST PERMISSION - We click on it (there are 3 of us with this issue) and the company never gets the request. I sent a message to support - on the site it says if you need support to send email to support at smartsheets dot com...However, then you get a message back saying that this address now longer is being used and please enter support question online. You do...And you get a canned response sending you instructions on how to give someone permission. That wasn't the issue. So, 3 times and going in circles I Tweeted Support. No response. I get an email back with the same canned response, even after saying 3 times that the issue is something broken on their side...And I am sent back to the same link to online Contact form...Which doesn;t ask me for a case#, but starts fresh - and once more I have to type all of this in again. Hey...It worked great in 2018...but now - Frankly not worth even bothering with!

Mailerlite have suspended my account…

Mailerlite have suspended my account with no specific reason except "after investigation by the specialised team, they have concluded that your activity meets the criteria of inappropriate use of our service". They have declined to give me a specific reason. I have been using this service for over a year and not had any problems. You're not able to speak to anyone over the phone. It's all done via email and given no specific reasons as to what I have actually done. I have been sending out emails and newsletters about the similar content for the whole year. A years worth of hard work of putting together templates and landing pages has now gone to waste. Absolutely appalling customer service.UPDATE: No one has been in contact to let me know why they have suspended my account.

What's important to me seems to be…

What's important to me seems to be least important though covered. Why a hosting company needs to have a plug- in is beyond me and then.without my doing so had it added to my website. And thru that another plugin was added that corrupted my theme. Why do they promote non hosting plug-ins and themes etc? My little website was imploded because of Bluehost and my lack of knowledge allowed ask this to happen. When I tried to get help I was told to change themes. And told to do other things but nothing and no one solved the problems. I am now 3 months down and had to pay a small fortune to get my website up and running which I hope will happen in July. I'm not a designer nor understand code so am at the mercy of others. And I've paid until Dec to have this website hosted by them. Things will change then. They were wonderful when it was just hosting and everyone was helpful. Now - oh well. I'm too small to be cared about.

I love Helldivers2

I love Helldivers2, but PlayStationNetwork is not trustworthy. And forcing the issue to have an account for Steam users to link to, is unacceptable. I have several friends that have lost their PSN accounts to hackers with Sony doing nothing to solve it. I got the game for free. And earn nothing and gain nothing for leaving this Review. Sony's blatant disregard towards data security is appalling and they clearly behaves like its not their problem. Selling a game to 200+ countries only to later limit it to appx 69 is amounting to stealing and swindling.

My favorite podcast has 4k episodes. There is no option to mark all as played. There is no option to play only the download podcasts. On my commute to work I start with the second from last airing. When that episode is done iHeart plays some random podcast from years ago.

False reviews stay up.

We had a potential bride try and force us to change our policies by leaving us false reviews. The Knot knowing this allowed the review to remain despite proving portions of the review were factually inaccurate. There is only person at The Knot in charge of reviews and she has no check and balance and there is no escalation process. She’s also so sensitive she demanded her name be removed from this review. So she gets to wield a big hammer but can’t take the heat when it comes to being held responsible. Don't bother becoming a paid customer, they don't care about you.UPDATE:Since The Know has chosen to reply to my review (checks notes) over a year later, please allow me to respond. We proved to you with documentation that the review was false. And they never did any business with us. So your response is a lie. You took our money and didn't care one lick about our small family business.

The worst website I’ve ever used. Constant walls when you try to access information. Force you to then sign up to remove it, however that’s just a lie to get YOUR information, then you need to submit reviews etc to stop the wall from coming back. Very deceptive, shocking user experience

After hearing so much about Chipotle

After hearing so much about Chipotle, i tried it for the first and last time today. Simply put, expensive and not worth it. Worst chicken quesadilla ever from a Mexican restaurant. Guacamole tasteless. Chips too salty. They got the order wrong, so no beans or rice. No free chips like every other Mexican restaurant i have ever been to or ordered from. Overall, if I could give them a zero, I would.

8 months

I communicated --email only allowed--with zoom pro customer service from Jan-August 2023, on several threads. The main one had over 100 emails in it, and eventually it took 15 minutes to find the most one to respond to. I also had to repeatedly re-open zoom and send copies of my screens, which took some time. In the the most recent exchange, I sent my answer to the wrong address because I couldn't find the rep's email, and the ticket was closed even though I re--sent my email to the correct address. 8 months to fix something? 100 message thread?? Unbelievably poor customer service. But it sounds like I was lucky compared to others.

Review of zoom

Expensive and no customer service

I signed up for the package most suitable for an independent practitioner, which is very basic despite paying a premium price. Amazingly there is no support available, despite this being a basic addition to any reputable product. Basically, Zoom has found a way to make money out of everything. It doesn't say much about a company that doesn't read its reviews to improve its service. Either they are delusional or just flat-out don't care because they are getting money. If you are considering using Zoom I wouldn't bother. Try one of its competitors instead and save yourself money and a headache.

Zero Customer Service, Avoid.

Zara seem to make it as difficult as possible to return items purchased online. I registered my return, and received an email acknowledging this, advising me I would receive an email within a few hours, with my returns label. They also advised the label would be in the returns section of my online account. I have not received an email with the returns label, and the label IS NOT in the returns section either.I used live chat, who told me they would email the returns label to me, it would take up to 24 hours. I have not received any email, and yes, I’ve checked my junk file.I will not be purchasing anything else from Zara, ever.

I’m very disappointed with Uber

I’m very disappointed with Uber. For the past 6 months, they’ve been charging me €6.99 every month for an Uber One subscription I never signed up for. I never agreed to any membership, and yet they kept taking money from my bank account without my knowledge.This feels like a scam. I only received a partial refund after contacting support — and even that hasn’t shown up in my bank account yet.Be careful. Check your statements. Uber added this subscription without my permission, and I wouldn’t have noticed if I hadn’t looked closely. I want others to know so they don’t fall into the same trap.I will not use Uber again and I strongly advise others to avoid it too.

Scam site. I pledged to a creator but the creator didn't give me anything for 2 months. The creator also didn't reply any of my messages. I told my condition to Patreon and asked for refund but they told me to contact the creator directly for refund. How is that supposed to work if the creator didn't even reply my messages?
