Unfortunately haven’t received goods only cost £5.96 ( including P&P ) but were due to be delivered 21/12/24 then delayed to 25/12/24 . Today received card from Royal Mail saying seller hadn’t put on any postage so I need to pay £3.50 before they’ll deliver item . Phoned Amazon customer services who struggled to understand what I was saying and then sent message to seller . Seller said they’d refund £3.50 however I’d said I didn’t want items now and wanted full refund . Phoned Amazon customer services again and they tell me they’re still waiting to hear from seller if they’ll refund or not !!!! Absolutely disgusting - my contract was via Amazon so they should refund me and then liaise either seller to get there money back . I can see from seller feedback this isn’t the first time it’s happened and many customers complaining about being charged as seller not paid postage .

Their customer support is rude, insulting and now even threatening. My wife received an order with 6 items. The paper inside was for 2 items not for 6. She wanted to send back 4 of those items so she called customer support to get a paper for all 6 as it should have been, so she can mark the returns and what she keeps. The 1st support representative did not help, when my wife asked her name she threatened that she will ask the "loan department" about her since she asked her name! That is the quality of support of OTTO.Next representative did not help and denied giving her someone above her to talk to.Next representative passed the phoncall to the complaint representative who was polite, understanding and admitted they cannot trace who were the other 2 representatives who threatened and denied to help solve the problem!In SHORT WORDS, the customer support is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and THREATENING the customer. All these are results of an uncontrolled customer support, where noone checks who says what and how they mishandling the customer. They don't care.The customer support deteriorated very fast especially since the last year.Edit 1 * Dear Susanne from OTTO-Service-Team,After a long pause when the representative was asked her name, she replied "Frau Müller". Do you think this is her real name, especially if she knows whatever her behavior is, rude, threatening, impolite, noone can prove who she was? We have the exact time we called, but as the last representative told my wife, they cannot find who she was. There is fundamental problem on the way those "representatives" function and behave and starts from the fact they are unaccountable and they know it. As per the last representative, the 1st and 2nd representatives, have not noted down anything about my wife calling. It is like it never happened, so there is another problem on how your "support " system fails.The last representative suggested an action which might help solve the problem, which we followed. If it does not work, we will gladly try contacting you here to try solve the problem.

AVOID SCAM ALERT!!! I woke up to £280 missing from my account via PayPal- I never knowingly signed up to anything but was charged for an annual subscription and they’re refusing to refund.. I am so so upset, it’s a huge amount of money and I have no way of getting it back, I have tried to contact them to complain but this appears impossible DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

This is the third time in three months Best Buy delivery people have failed. I keep telling them I will never buy another appliance from them but this time I mean it. They hire unprofessional people to deliver and install. It is totally not worth the aggravation when there are other companies to use. Avoid at all costs.

My one-year membership ended at the beginning of 2023. I ensured there was no active automatic renewal, and I received confirmation of my cancellation in writing. Two months later, the Trust started taking monthly payments again - for MORE than the original direct debit. I’ve sent two emails and made four calls during the past few months (during which I was kept on hold for up to 45mins each time), and despite their acknowledgment that my money was taken in error (THEIR error), they have yet to refund me. Each time I call, I’m fobbed off with, ‘It’s with the financial team; you’ll receive your refund in 5 working days.’ The same false message was repeated to me during this morning’s call, and I have no doubt that I’ll be phoning again in 6 days’ time to be told the same thing.When I enquired about escalating my complaint, no information was given to or taken from me; I was simply told I would hear a response to my complaint (which I was not allowed to make) within 10 working days. What a JOKE this organisation is.

I’m done with Lyft and deleted the app. I’ve been taking a specific route for about 6 months now. It’s 18 miles and a bit pricey ($75 to $90 depending on the time of day). Recently a marathon had multiple roads blocked and rather than follow my instructions the driver tried to cross the marathon route and got us stuck. What normally takes an hour took two. The rate of the app when I took the ride was $93 but when we arrived at the destination all of the sudden the charge was $169. Worse still the driver added a separate charge of $120. The total fare with taxes was almost $300. I of course complained to Lyft and Lyft said there is nothing to dispute the company and driver are entitled to those charges. I was completely shocked by this and of course you have a credit card on file that is charged regardless of your objections.

I was a happy Platinum card holder of AMEX, especially with their service. Since this Feb, they've been trying to expand customer pool with more offers. However, it does not outweight their degraded service quality. As an English-speaking customer, I find it very challenging to contact AMEX via phone since there is no agent to help anymore but the automatic system. Furthermore, I cannot use the 24/7 customer service as the line is usually unreachable and English-speaking agents are only available during business hours. The only solution for me is contacting via email. However, it means of communication is not applicable for urgent requests and has many flaws when accessing. From my recent experience, it's totally a disappointment.
