well it used to be great, I received lots of hits and messages from recruiters, nowadays it's dead. My profile was always filled out and now I see it says '30%' complete, because they have changed it. There is a structural problem with these univited middle men. In theory a well run business social media site is a great idea and will work, but the company running it seeks to interfere more and more into the private relationship of the users and place further demands on the provision of information. Finallly of course they demand fees and by monopolising the market can effectively blackmail the users so it becomes a form of financial extortion. And of course it's digital bureaucracy, all bureaucracies eventually kill the the thing they are meant to serve and subsequently die...

The monthly price for Hulu has nearly doubled in the short time we've had it. Our internet download speed is 300mbs so we should not have interruptions and constant sound issues. The sound just sometimes goes out for no reason or the volume drops to nearly inaudible, so then you turn it up and when the sound comes back it blasts you out if the room. I changed the HDMI cable, changed to a different port on the TV, am using the internal TV speaker with appropriate settings and nothing works. Hulu doesn't have an answer for it and there hundreds if not thousands of users with this issue. The last straw is that they are actually showing a previously debunked and racist conspiracy theory, the 1619 Project. Canceling our subscription!!!

I would not order anything from Wayfair. I ordered a rug and got a message that FedEx delivered it this morning. When I went to pick it up from the receiving room I learned it hadn’t been delivered. I reached out to Wayfair and got the runaround from three separate agents. Basically I was told that I had to wait four days before they would do anything. They don’t require FedEx to provide a signature or photo proof of delivery. It is beyond frustrating that in today’s day and age that this is their approach to shipping and customer service. I guess my experience validates their overall 1 star ratings. Wish I had looked at this before ordering.

After only 1 month using the free version of Mailchimp we were sent an email that our account was suspended as there were "issues" and to download our data and go somewhere else. Shocked, we tried to contact customer support to find exactly what we had done wrong and had hopes to rectify "the issue" but instead of being informative they sent another email and told our small company to basically "get lost"!!!. (We are still not sure what exactly was the problem) We are very disappointed as we had just gotten comfortable with the program and use of it... We are stunned over their vague reason for our dismissal and lack of customer service curtsey. We had planned on buying a monthly plan but am now happy to say we did NOT spend a dime on such a horrible service!!! Don't waste your time and money with this platform!!!!

Horrible experience with them. First time and definitely will be the last. My order got lost. I have been waiting for 4 days now for them to resolve my issue and either refund me or send me a new item. I bought the item on my credit card and because of their tardiness (email replies supposedly take 1 working day.... but have taken 4?!) I am going to be charged interest. I actually cannot believe how awful their service is. I just wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before buying from them!!

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! I am an event planner. I transferred my website over to Squarespace in hopes that they would provide a better website platform than the one I was using. I have over $700 in sales sitting in my Squarespace dashboard that I have ZERO access to because they have yet to confirm my bank verification for a transfer. I have submitted the verification request COUNTLESS times. This company has NO phone number - the only way toget in touch is via email or live chat. I have reached out 5 times now to get this issue resolved with NO solution yet. It is nowFriday, and they are closed on the weekends so I will have no way to access the money that I made from my sales this weekin order to host these events and purchase the equipment that I need. After my 60-day transfer lock is over, I am going back tomy prior website host. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and they are not taking thisseriously. I need a PHONE call to get this resolved asap or I am pursuing legal matters at this point. YOU SHOULD THINK TWICE IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING SQUARESPACE FOR YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS!

I wish i would have read reviews before purchase the product , zoom phone was set up by zoom rep and it never worked , kept asking account is inactive. After 10 days checking , they ended up supending my account for no reason. They are scam , they are stealing money from being in INDIA

Don't buy from here; their return policy is only for their benefit; my laptop's fan stopped working. I installed a 2.5' SSD and broke the factory seal to install it (The return policy says not to break warranty seals, nothing about factory seals). So when I sent it in, they looked at the sticker and refused to do anything more and didn't even look inside. So I will never buy from them, and I reamend you don't either. This experience with Newegg has been the worse one I have ever had in my life with a business. I have called and used their live messaging about six times throughout the return process; every time, I got a different answer and rushed me off the phone. They do not care about the customer, and it shows don't waste your money. I will never forget this and always inform people not to buy from them unless something changes.

I can see why Macy's is struggling. They are useless. No customer service reps available. Web site tracking does not work. Typing in questions on web site does not work. Items not received can't be cancelled. If Macy's is going to do on line sales, push on line sales, then it needs to have operators available to handle issues. Even if it is to document the issue so it can be dealt with later. Its just taking your money at this point and causing the customer wasted time and future headaches. Absolutely unacceptable business practice.

Leave your pre prepared comments about kids staying up late and people not going in to work and JUST DO YOUR JOB. Or better still stick to Dancing on Ice where you can cause less damage.
