After upgrading to Premium+

After upgrading to Premium+, I am disappointed to find that I still only have 25GB of storage. Despite contacting GoPro multiple times, they have acknowledged the issue but have no solution at the moment. It is frustrating to pay for a premium plan and receive the same limited storage as before, without the promised 500GB. Furthermore, there is no refund offered for this inconvenience. In an attempt to apologize, they have sent me free gear such as clips and chest mounts, but this gesture does not make up for their unprofessionalism. I am at a loss for what to do next.

The non-news news station

I’ve watch all of the different news stations throughout the years to see which stations reported the actual news. I chose to specifically watch your news station this morning to see what the big lead off might be. You may not have been required to say anything but it really would have done wonders. I have to say that your company’s lack of true news coverage and your “news” reporters who give more of their personal commentary or false assertions on certain topics is egregious. Your employees are not stupid people, however they’ve knowingly said things that’s helped to erode the fabric of our country. It appears that they have intentionally pitted our countries citizens against each other and this to me is quite disgusting. The lack of transparency or telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth instead of some contrived bs that’s been made up with only a sliver of the truth has been extremely harmful and detrimental! Every employee who knowingly passed false statements/alternative facts out of their mouth needs to be held accountable, from the top down. Why not tell the truth about your failings and how your company was found liable for the lies you’ve spread. Your company doesn’t seem to feel responsible for these consciously false statements. It would have been nice to hear anyone on your show expressing some form of accountability and responsibility for stoking the fire of our country’s burning. You may not feel responsible to all of us in the public but maybe you’ll feel responsible to your share holders. Your right to free speech does not mean you can lie, inciting violence and hatred in our United States.

Closed my account without explanation

They just closed my account without giving an explanation as to why. Never cursed, been disrespectful to anyone, always payed and the payment always went through. I have no idea why it happened. They say their priority is maintaining a safe marketplace for sellers and buyers. But they do exactly the opposite. I’m not gonna make a new account, not because I’m not allowed to but they don’t deserve me as a customer anyway after this. If I could give -10 stars I would. They don’t even deserve 1 but it’s the lowest I can give.

edX is a great platform for e-learning, but now you have to pay for a certification in order to get access to the courses for more than a week.A couple of months ago you could audit a course and decide whether you wanted a certificate or not.It is a shame, I have five certificates and I was happy to pay for them, but sometimes I need more time for deciding if the course is worth a payment.

Asos tried to steal £3.95 from me for…

Asos tried to steal £3.95 from me for an order they cancelled, claiming it was a return fee. I had to escalate through customer service and provide further bank details for them to rectify their error and I had to specifically ask for a voucher code to be replaced from the order they cancelled without apology or explanation. Trying to charge me £3.95 for their error is ridiculous. The quality of service was poor and I have found increasingly that I have had to chase up returns and refunds over the last few years. This latest failure was the nail in the coffin for me and I will shop at other retails that make their delivery & returns fees more transparent and equitable.

Subject: Extremely Disappointed with DreamHost’s Billing Practices and Customer Service. I am extremely disappointed with DreamHost due to their false billing practices and poor customer service. Despite multiple requests to address incorrect charges on my account, I have been consistently ignored or given generic responses that do not resolve the issue. 1. False Billing: DreamHost has billed me for services I did not authorize or no longer use. This is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on their billing integrity. 2. Ignored Requests: I have reached out repeatedly through emails and support tickets to resolve this matter, yet my concerns have been completely disregarded. It feels like once DreamHost takes your money, they stop caring about your complaints. 3. Lack of Accountability: No one at DreamHost seems willing to take ownership of this issue. The responses I have received (if any) are dismissive and fail to address the problem. 4. Customer Service: The lack of responsiveness and support for billing issues has made it clear that DreamHost does not value their customers’ time or trust.I expected better from a company that markets itself as customer-centric and reliable. At this point, I am considering moving my services elsewhere and pursuing further action to recover the funds wrongly charged.I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with DreamHost, especially regarding billing.

I enrolled in a membership and immediately cancelled it. I followed up by closing my credit card but they still kept charging my card & they then also charged my debit card which I also had to cancell. I tried calling their customer service dept but no one could or tried to solve my problem. In addition , I went on their website & it indicated that I had no membership but they continue to charge my account on a monthly basis. They are nothing but THIEVES !

Long story short: they tricked all my accounts, and treat as hostage all my files forcing me to pay money for the free storage that they offered.I can't manipulate with my data at all.I can't take my data back to me from FREE account.I can't delete filesAll that i can - close account.Exactly that I did.Do not make any deals with cyber terrorists.Sad, but Chinese IZIOTS who own the product do not understand how business works.I understand that they have financial problems, and they want to optimize their storage.But they must to respect their customers rights for THEIR OWN DAMN FILES.Customers must be able to download their files and take them, instead of locking them after many years of usage on free account and then forcing to pay , otherwise you will not get files.I decided to close my account.I never will do any business with cyberterrorists. I vividly remember eating my first Chipotle burrito...

I vividly remember eating my first Chipotle burrito back in 2001. I was awed by the size of the thing. Today, the burritos continue to get smaller as the prices continue to rise. At any given restaurant I'm either being skimped on the rice and/or the meat all the while still having to cough up $10. I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for a decade and a half, however, the direction this company is headed will be their demise and they'll slowly slip into obscurity as the chain that was "big back in my day".

Posting this as a small business seller. I have encountered numerous cheating customers who lie, scam money for return products, and have total disregard for products. It's a shame that Amazon France support cheating customers rather than honest sellers!

Don’t even bother

Don’t even bother. Whats the point of having to pay a subscription every month Just to have to pay extra to rent every single half decent Movie everything that’s included in the prime is unbearable badly made rubbish that no ones ever heard of at least with Netflix you pay one price every month and you know everything on the app is included and at least Netflix has some decent movies/series . Thought I’d give this app a chance but only had it two week and I’m unsubscribing it’s beyond cr*p !
