Review Time
After being threatened by the IRS agent who made me feel full of fear and very uncomfortable, I asked for supervisor to call me back, I was promised a 24 hour turnaround.... it has been over 72 hours, no call. Not very empathetic to widow or negative life changes. Shameful.
No way to make a claim about unfair charges, customer service rep was openly rude. Would gladly burn all their buildings to the ground if I could assure no loss of human life. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend. Move to Canada--the taxes are higher, but at least they're honest and helpful about it!
Also, their website sucks and they don't update it when necessary. Checked their website to see if a certain business tax could be paid with check rather than online. It said that physical payments were acceptable. Turns out, no, they are not, and you will be penalized. But you couldn't find that information from them!
